Our condo suffered catastrophic fire damage. Everything from the walls in had to be replaced. United Services did a great job with clean up and restoration and put our place to back to better than it was before.

My parents' home sustained water damage from a leaking fridge line. The floors in the kitchen as well as the dining room and hallway were damaged. The water leaked through the floors into the ceiling in the basement and also the basement floors. There was also asbestos that had to be removed. The first company that came out was Service Master. They did the initial clean up and water removal. I was not at all impressed with their service and could not get them to call back.
The asbestos team leader recommended I call *** with United Services. To my surprise, he was able to come out that very day to get an idea of what all needed done. He had an estimate ready for me within the next couple days. He told me right off the bat that it would take a few weeks for him to have a crew available to start the project. We agreed to the timeline and estimate.
The first project superintendent had a crew there to take out the bottom cabinets in their kitchen so the asbestos crew could remove the flooring underneath that contained asbestos. When the asbestos crew was finished with their part, I contacted *** so that his company could finish up with the rest of the repairs. He informed me that the superintendent in charge of our project was no longer with the company. They needed a little extra time to assign a new person to the project. They were apologetic and professional.
The superintendent that was assigned was Brennon Shoemaker. He contacted me shortly after and set up a time to come out and get a look at the project. Since he was taking it over he wanted to see it himself. He was very thorough and went over things with me. He gave me a time frame for his crew to get started. It ended up they were able to start sooner than he had originally thought, which was great news. Once he took over, the work went smoothly. The thing that took the most time was waiting for orders to come in, which had nothing to do with United Services.
His guys were punctual, professional, respectful and efficient. Brennon kept in contact with me, letting me know when certain tasks would be worked on and when materials would be delivered. After tasks were completed, he would contact me to make sure everything was completed to my satisfaction. There were only a few minor things that got overlooked but, when I let him know, he had them taken care of right away.
All in all, I am really pleased with United Services. The only issue was at the beginning having to change superintendents but they promptly took care of it. I would absolutely recommend United Services.

When my basement flooded they responded right away. Removed water and damaged goods within two hours. Seven days later they returned to get the drying equipment after they said they would come back out daily to check walls and flooring. Then the bid from their people to do the work was 30% higher then the other company that we had a bid to do the same work. After they knew that because we sent them that bid to see if they could match it or even get closer, they didn't even want to do the work because the profit margin wasn't high enough for them.

We had a plumbing leak at our lake home ,And united services was recommended by our insurance company. They were very professional and thorough and conscientious*** and their team did a wonderful job we could not be happier with the work they did.

Unfortunately my business was affected by water and smoke damage from a fire in the building where it is located. United Services was recommended to me by my insurance agent, and I could not be more happy with the service I received. I especially was impressed with Pam who I was able to call at anytime with questions and concerns and she always got right back to me with the answers I needed. My business is back up and running the place looks beautiful and my contents were cleaned immaculately.
