Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution is not completely satisfactory to meWe purchased the car on 06/06/and the check to the bank was issued on 07/01/ Before this we asked for the payment about times and the times they said they had paid, which was a lie and the date on the check probes it The title and plates were paid until 07/09/ What happened during that month that the traded in car was not paid? Were they maybe waiting to sell the traded in car to pay for it to the bank, without thinking on all the inconveniences they caused us? Did they make the payment because they got scared because of this complaint and the complaint sent to the Office of the Attorney General of NJ? I think this business has to be audited, they might be playing this type of games with all other customers Please take the time to review this business, something is not right, please protect customers from this type of people If you check the reviews on [redacted] and [redacted] you will see a lot of this Please also check attachments for dates and for a letter from the bank about the car loan of the traded in car, which one month later was still not paid.Also, we still have a light on on the car They reset the computer on 07/11/and two hours later the light came on again They said they just have to change the oil sensor, so again, on 07/13/my husband will have to go to the dealership (he is been there about times already) and again he would have to go there the next day to bring it back.We had to rent a car from a friend of ours for $50/day because we didn't have plates during the week of 07/06/15-07/10/ We have been going back to the dealership around times or more because of all the inconveniences We have had lots of inconveniences! To Whom It May Concern, We would like to respond to the submitted complain with the support of the legal paperwork from the transaction between [redacted] and BM Motor Cars as of 04/14/ 1) Navigation system was never present on the vehicleExhibit 1, a window sticker for the Mercedes-Benz GLKpresents the evidence that "Navigation System" option is not present on the vehicle in the description of options sections, is signed by the Customer 2) Reflector on the rear bumper was sent to you via [redacted] on 05/23/2017, the tracking number is #: [redacted] it is in the attached documents under Exhibit 3) Every vehicle at BM Motor Cars goes through pre-sale inspection to make sure the condition of the vehicle meets state criteria 4) We sell used vehicles and do not guarantee the exterior condition of the vehicle unless customer purchases extended service contracts for paint protection of the vehicle 5) BM Motor Cars discloses all the fees on the purchase order (bill of sale), Exhibit Dealer Prep Fee of $3,is disclosed on the purchase order and signed by [redacted] and a sales manager at BM Motor Cars 6) Exhibit 4, Vehicle Delivery Receipt, which is the document which states all of the promises due from the customer and/or the selling dealer after the sale dateUnder Section "Work Promised" "N/A" is stated and signed by [redacted] and the sales manager at BM Motor Cars With the aforementioned data presented, and our investigation of this matter, we strongly believe that the customer was treated fairly and with full the transparency and on top of the legal boundaries we would like to offer free oil change at BM Motor Cars used within year as of 5/25/If you have any additional questions or concerns please feel free tor reach out to me via phone or e-mail Sincerely, Mikhail F [redacted] Finance Director [redacted] ***

On 10/13/2016, when [redacted] and his wife purchased a Chrysler 300, he was fully aware of the mileage of the vehicle he was purchasing prior to the sale and throughout the entire sales process as reflected in the price and clearly stated on the TRUE MILEAGE UNKNOWN (TMU) DICLOSURE (attached) signed by [redacted] Also attached are the Carfax signed again by [redacted] as his receipt of his copy which clearly states "Branded title: Not Actual Mileage" and reviewed by [redacted] prior to even coming to the dealership as well as reviewing with his salesman [redacted] also signed for the acceptance of vehicle in present condition without any question or concern about the mileageAt no point in the whole buying process was the mileage on the vehicle represented as anything but unknown.Sincerely,Randy B***General Sales Manager

In our response we mistakenly referred to [redacted] as opposed to [redacted] as the state of registration for the vehicleThis does not change the facts [redacted] ignored phone calls from our DMV clerk, Daria for over months after taking delivery of the vehicleAt that point MrB [redacted] got involved with [redacted] to try to resolve his neglect to have the car inspected or returned to the dealership for repairs to do so and he made no attempt to let us know his license was suspendedAt this point we have tried again unsuccessfully to contact [redacted] by telephone, email and [redacted] He has not responded to anything againThe vehicle is no longer under contract to the bank, is not registered or titled and is being driven by [redacted] without a license

The plates and the pay off of the trade was processed in a timely mannerService issues do happen with used vehicles, we took care of all the concerns, and ready to do so on...........Please see the attached docs as proofs

To Whom It May Concern: Bm Motor Cars sold a car with 126,miles on itThis vehicle is sold as is, due to its age and miles, please see attached documentsBm Motor Cars does not provide loaner cars, please see attached document.Out of a courtesy, Bm motor Cars, offered [redacted] a loaner, and agreed to make certain repairs so the vehicle can pass [redacted] inspection, even though Bm Motor Cars only guarantees NJ State Inspection

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Regardless of when they processed the registration, I attempted on occasions to pick up the registration by visiting the location So, if they were surprised by the complaint that was probably because they don't have people that take the time to file a complaint I received a call a day and a half after filing the complaint from John, who indicated that they had "dropped the ball" on this and apologized I will admit that I did not return the call because in my complaint I indicated that everything should be mailed to me; I was not driving back out to their office My registration was *** to me within days of the call, and I picked it up from the local [redacted] location However, the items in my car were not returned On two separate occasions, I received calls from their office indicating that they had my items I asked the sales person, and the receptionist if my belonging could be sent to me with the registration; they indicated "YES." I left office keys, money, and other basic items in the center console by mistake (I know that this is my fault), but I was contacted indicating that they had them, so why not send them with the registrationSo in conclusion, I finally have the registration, but I do not have the items left in the car They should be mailed to me as wellThank, you [redacted] Regards, [redacted]

When doing out of state registrations, as a dealership , we must rely on third party registration agencies and the out of state DMV'sUnfortunately , in this case we did everything we were suppose to do and the state of [redacted] DMV took longer than anticipated in processing [redacted] s title , registration and platesWe have been in close communication with [redacted] and have resolved the issue with [redacted] DMV where the title and registration will be completed and in our possession on February 8th when we will overnight it to [redacted] ***For her inconvenience with the matter, BM Motorcars offered [redacted] $which she agreed to as settlementSincerely,Randy B***General Manager

I've made numerous attempts to try and work with you guys, brought my car for service on multiple occasions and my car's condition got worse to the point where the front bumper was seriously damagedI am now in the process of a full blown lawsuit against your establishment & have gotten the media involvedI do not want you guys to service the car because your employees called me a " and a " which I have recorded! I do not trust you guys at allI want a full refund or the contract cancelled in fullthis is my last attempt to try to make things right before this is taken to court! my lawyer also found that you commited fraud on the contract and excessively charged me for other miscellaneous feesbut like I said we will either deal with this the easy way or through court.

When *** *** came into our dealership, he was made completely aware of the final cost of his vehicle purchase after first agreement with his salesman, then the sales manager and upon final completion of his paperwork with the business manager in the finance officeOur sales

complaints and a leak in her roof* *** was provided an estimate from our service department and left the dealership without a discussion with managementI would like the opportunity to review any repairs to the vehicle that we can provide to maintain what has been a good relationship thus farAdditionally, I would like to review with *** *** the terms and conditions of the contract she entered into with us to provide financing for her vehicle
