Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:Regardless of when they processed the registration, I attempted on 3 occasions to pick up the registration by visiting the location.  So, if they were surprised by the complaint that was probably because they don't have people that take the time to file a complaint.  I received a call a day and a half after filing the complaint from John, who indicated that they had "dropped the ball" on this and apologized.  I will admit that I did not return the call because in my complaint I indicated that everything should be mailed to me; I was not driving back out to their office.  My registration was [redacted] to me within 2 days of the call, and I picked it up from the local [redacted] location.  However, the items in my car were not returned.  On two separate occasions, I received calls from their office indicating that they had my items.  I asked the sales person, and the receptionist if my belonging could be sent to me with the registration; they indicated "YES."  I left office keys, money, and other basic items in the center console by mistake (I know that this is my fault), but I was contacted indicating that they had them, so why not send them with the registrationSo in conclusion, I finally have the registration, but I do not have the items left in the car.  They should be mailed to me as well. Thank, you. [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because the transaction of the sale then was illegal the car was listed at 14900 and being that the car sat there for 8 months he said the price went down to 11995 and it was also listed for 11999 on cargus and the car I originally wanted was listed at 16995 I really didn't understand why the total price of the white 2016 was total 24079 because cargur it was listed at 16995.the carafax did not mention there was something wrong with the transmission I learned that from auto land the window was an ongoing problem that was just repaired because the car was partial under warranty

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:Randy took this car to fix it and gave it back in worse condition, damaged my door and now you want to talk about your cost. I have my expenses too and I expect to have my deposit back.
Regards,
[redacted] everything stated here is either a lie or part true, guess that what happens when you can't keep up with with the lies. First, I don't live in [redacted], never have, I live in [redacted] as stated in my original post. Now Randy B[redacted] of BM Motorcars (GM) starts off with how long it took to get to the DMV but neglected to mention we were in contact during the first month about this issue of the check engine being on but he said the sale was As Is and there was nothing he could do. Randy stalled out past the 30 day marker with "ok, let me call you back" as if he needs to talk to someone else when he is the right person. It wasn’t until the finance guy from [redacted] threatens to take back the loan, when he became a little interested in helping. He said I should bring the car down to their shop to be repaired; I told him that it was over a hundred miles one way just to get to him and with the condition the car was in it wouldn’t make it. He said “ok, let me call back”, didn’t hear back so I called him. Randy gets on the phone,  acts like he called me when I’ve had zero missed calls and zero messages from him and try to say he called a bunch of times (phone records can prove all this) . So I’m calling to see what’s going on with car getting repaired and he says “ oh yeah, you have to bring the car down to be fixed”. I explained that I had the car looked at by the lexus dealer who quoted 1000 for the repair and he said no, I told him there was a [redacted] who did the same thing for half he still said no the price had to be lower. I told him its no way this car is going to make a 100+ mile trip and a tow for me would run almost $700. after that he said he would tow it and fix it to save the cost. a week goes by and he says the car is ready. when I arrived to pick up the car its in worse condition than when he picked it up. the driver door panel was barely attached to the door, the electrical stop working and the door had to be forcefully shut in order to close. I told Randy about the damage to the door and he wanted me to take the car to get inspected, then call him to fix the door at a local shop. I told him I was uncomfortable with that especially since he was so unwilling to do now what I suggested in the first place. after going back and forth over the door he says if I dont take the car he would keep my 3500 deposit, the car and report negative on my credit. after that he said he would email me the invoice for the work done and left.?

On January 12th, 2018 [redacted] had purchased 2015 Mercedes-Benz ML350 with VIN: [redacted] Customer had purchased Simoniz protection for $3605. Customer was advised about the protection and about out of state registration fee of $325. Customer was advised about the...

registration refund upon the registration of the vehicle. The vehicle went through pre-sale delivery inspection, and had no indication abnormal signs of wear and tear on the tires. Please see attached:1) Copy of signed bill of sale dated 1/12/182) Copy of signed Simoniz contract dated 1/12/18

In our response we mistakenly referred to [redacted] as opposed to [redacted] as the state of registration for the vehicle. This does not change the facts. [redacted] ignored phone calls from our DMV clerk, Daria for over 2 months after taking delivery of the vehicle. At that point Mr. B[redacted] got involved with [redacted] to try to resolve his neglect to have the car inspected or returned to the dealership for repairs to do so and he made no attempt to let us know his license was suspended. At this point we have tried again unsuccessfully to contact [redacted] by telephone, email and [redacted] He has not responded to anything again. The vehicle is no longer under contract to the bank, is not registered or titled and is being driven by [redacted] without a license.

Please see cancellation policy on the Simoniz contract. It is a tangible product because it contains a chemical which was applied to your vehicle.

On 10/13/2016, when [redacted] and his wife purchased a 2005 Chrysler 300, he was fully aware of the mileage of the vehicle he was purchasing prior to the sale and throughout the entire sales process as reflected in the price and clearly stated on the TRUE MILEAGE UNKNOWN...

(TMU) DICLOSURE (attached) signed by [redacted] Also attached are the Carfax signed again by [redacted] as his receipt of his copy which clearly states "Branded title: Not Actual Mileage" and reviewed by [redacted] prior to even coming to the dealership as well as reviewing with his salesman. [redacted] also signed for the acceptance of vehicle in present condition without any question or concern about the mileage. At no point in the whole buying process was the mileage on the vehicle represented as anything but unknown.Sincerely,Randy B[redacted]General Sales Manager

manor which BM Motor Cars did apologize to [redacted] when she was contacted to verify her mailing address.    This does not follow BM Motor Cars standard procedure when a cancellation is processed.  The issue was addressed and corrected for future process.  [redacted] was issued a prorated refund check.  All documentation is attached.  Thank you.  Jon D[redacted]
