Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:First, this is not about my license, and it’s definitely not this “so called” months of any contact even though phone records will prove otherwiseYou sold me a crap car that would not pass inspection and instead of fixing the car like a creditable dealer, you try to sleaze on by through loop holes and stallingThe fact of the matter is you didn’t want to fix the car until the bank threatens to take back the loan and make you responsible for the repairsAfter insisting that car be fix by your mechanic, you decide to not listen to the mechanic and have only one spark plug changed instead of all six (service report given to me from Randy, to give to *** DMV to show that work was done, will prove this)So instead of fixing the car, you cause 3k worth of damage the driver door and tell me if I don’t take it now as is you’re going to keep my deposit as well as the car. Then you want to talk about how I’m driving a car you know you already took back (on camera, no less) but sent me a notice that the car was reported stolen before I even receive any notice and after you already had taken the carWhat you are attempting is illegal and *** State Police already know of this, which is the reason why this matter is being investigated by the Attorney General’s OfficeI want my money back

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because
While I was in the office I ask Jon what was Simoniz and he told me it’s dealer fee that how they charge there dealer fee, I did not know what Simoniz meant but because they was rushing to get out there I sign the paper and we leave, the next day I was speaking with on Attorney and ask him what is Simoniz and the Attorney told me that mean something was done to the vehicle like waxing or etcI advise the attorney I was told by Job that it’s for dealer fee that is how they charge there dealer fee, I then email Jon and ask him to change it from Simoniz to dealer fee being as nothing was done to the vehicle and that is the dealer fee charge, I have on email that have send to Jon telling him that have speak with in Attorney and he ask me to ask the dealer to change it from Simoniz to dealer fee being as it was dealer fee that was charge, Jon respond to me that sorry but he cannot change the contract, not only that he told me that under the Simoniz is also the titling fee that the bank charge for the title of my vehicle, my husband was right there when I went over everything with John, After speaking with another dealer as well they told me what is Simoniz as well and said it does not cause so much, the sales manager told me they are in the business to make money, I have prove that nothing was done special to my vehicle and they charge me dealer fees under the name Simoniz, I was not sure what that was and that is the reason why have ask in Attorney and another dealer what that was, not only that they told me there fee was $and the titling fee was $I told Jon have work in a financial industry and never heard a titling fee that expensive, also for the registration they told me because it’s out of state they have a standard fee of $and if it’s less I would received a check, I did received a check on the 12th Feb which is yesterday after I reach home in the amount of $so they pay $for registration and new plate after I told them I would like for my plate to be transfer, I have all email that I can forward from Jon, and my husband was with me in the conversation, I almost walk away when the sales manager told me they in business to make money I told him I did not want to continue that conversation he then leave and me and Jon went over the paper work, After am telling them that dealer fee is too expensive and Jessica told me there would not be any fee on the sales Vehicle he then call Jon over the intercom , when Jon came back he said the sales manager told him instead they gave me $for my trade they will give me $for my trade instead, and they taking off that off the dealer fee, I still did not understand why the paper does not say dealer fee and not Simoniz because they did no Simoniz work on my vehicle at all, I have email to prove and I have a witness to prove that under Simoniz is the dealer fee they charge me

I am rejecting this response because: If I would have known that bm motors was submitting fraudulent numbers to *** *** there wouldn't have been any contract or papers to signI came to get a car based on my salary and my wife salary, not based off of number that doubled what we both make so it can work in bm motors favorThe contract clearly states no refunds, except under certain circumstancesFraudulent activity is one of the exceptsContracts are there to protect both parties so it can't be a double standard thereFiling numbers is fraud

The vehicle was sold without any warranty, except for the day mile power train warranty, that unfortunately does not cover power steering pumpAs a courtesy to the customer, the vehicle was diagnosed and fixed for freeAlso the loaner car was provided at no chargeThe dealership
management went beyound all means to help the customer, as they usually do

[redacted] has had the vehicle for the last five and a half (5.5) months. Since he was financing the vehicle, we are responsible to register and title the vehiclle to ensure that the lienholder is recorded on the title. [redacted] was suppose to take the vehicle for an inspection in [redacted]...

where he was registering the vehicle prior to us doing all the necessary paperwork with [redacted] DMV to propery register and title his car. [redacted] did not do so within the first 30 days of ownership after which the temporary plate issued by New Jersey expired. There were numerous attemps to contact [redacted] and he was unresponsive. After two (2) months, [redacted] responded after many calls from us and [redacted]. At that time, [redacted] stated he did not take the car in for inspection because it would not pass because of a check engine light appearing on the dashboard. We told him to bring the car in immediately to our service department and we explained the urgency of getting this done to comply with the lending institution. [redacted] did not respond again for a while. After more calls and convincing from [redacted] ( which can be corroborated by the [redacted] representative), [redacted] agreed to get the car here for service but then he had an issue with driving this far to bring it back. We then arranged to have the car trucked back to us at our expense and do any repairs at our expense also, By this time, [redacted]'s car was past any Dealer, manufacturer's or Lemon Law warranties.Once the service issue was resolved with the check engine light, [redacted] was called and told he could pick up the car and take it to an inspection station in [redacted] so we could at last finalize all the paperwork since we were obligated to do so in our Dealer agreement with the lender ensuring recording them as the lien holder. [redacted] did not come for another week to pick up the car. When he finally came to pick up the car on a Friday at 7pm, he said there was a problem with the door lock. He was told that the service department was closed but we can take care of that at another time. He took the car leaving us with the expectation that he would promptly get the car inspected. Again we did not get a response from [redacted] for another month. After finally notifying by mail via [redacted] sent us the inpection from the state of [redacted] showing the vehicle to have passed, however, he did not include the application for title which comes with the inspection in [redacted]. Another week passes and we receive that. When we finally submit the package to [redacted] DMV, it gets rejected because the driver's license is not from [redacted] and [redacted] cannot apply for one since his [redacted] license we have on file is suspended and has been for the whole time this scenario was unfolding. We are now in the position of having to repurchase the vehicle from the lender. The vehicle has excess mileage on it since the point of sale and the vehicle has been neglected by [redacted] was aware of his license suspension and kept that from us as he stalled both us and [redacted] Auto Finance ( again, the rep will corroborate). We have incurred additional service and transportation expenses as well as a loss in value of the vehicle which [redacted] has had full use of for the last 5.5 months.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:I have...

reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution is not completely satisfactory to me. We purchased the car on 06/06/15 and the check to the bank was issued on 07/01/15.  Before this we asked for the payment about 10 times and the 10 times they said they had paid, which was a lie and the date on the check probes it.  The title and plates were paid until 07/09/15.  What happened during that month that the traded in car was not paid?  Were they maybe waiting to sell the traded in car to pay for it to the bank, without thinking on all the inconveniences they caused us?  Did they make the payment because they got scared because of this complaint and the complaint sent to the Office of the Attorney General of NJ?  I think this business has to be audited, they might be playing this type of games with all other customers.  Please take the time to review this business, something is not right, please protect customers from this type of people.  If you check the reviews on [redacted] and [redacted] you will see a lot of this.  Please also check attachments for dates and for a letter from the bank about the car loan of the traded in car, which one month later was still not paid. Also, we still have a light on on the car.  They reset the computer on 07/11/15 and two hours later the light came on again.  They said they just have to change the oil sensor, so again, on 07/13/15 my husband will have to go to the dealership (he is been there about 7 times already) and again he would have to go there the next day to bring it back.We had to rent a car from a friend of ours for $50/day because we didn't have plates during the week of 07/06/15-07/10/15.  We have been going back to the dealership around 7 times or more because of all the inconveniences.  We have had lots of inconveniences!  And be sure we are not looking for any money, that is not important anymore, but I would like Revdex.com to check more on this business, because, as I said before, something is not right.Regards, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:The "contract" says SIMONIZ PRO SELECT Protection Plan (See attached).  Coverage begins on the "date shown above" (the date of the contract) and "shall be for seven years".  In this case: "Any pre-owned vehicle  that is ten (10) years old or less on the Applied Date is eligible for seven (7) years of coverage."  How is this a "tangible product".  I see protection plan and term of coverage.

[redacted] has a scheduled service appointment for July 18, 2015

When doing out of state registrations, as a dealership , we must rely on third party registration agencies and the out of state DMV's. Unfortunately , in this case we did everything we were suppose to do and the state of [redacted] DMV took longer than anticipated in...

processing [redacted]s title , registration and plates. We have been in close communication with [redacted] and have resolved the issue with [redacted] DMV where the title and registration will be completed and in our possession on February 8th when we will overnight it to [redacted]. For her inconvenience with the matter, BM Motorcars offered [redacted] $250.00 which she agreed to as settlement. Sincerely,Randy B[redacted]General Manager

To Whom It May Concern:The vehicle was purchased almost a year ago. It is an over 12 years old vehicle with over 100000 miles and was sold under $3,000.00. It was sold AS/IS. We attached all the supporting documents. We have no knoweledge of any extended warranty sold, we do not have any records of...

such warranty. Our warranty sold only by finance manager and they are starting at $900. At the time of the sale, the vehicle was checked out by our mechanics, and was in a fair mechanical condition. There is nothing else that we can add. Escpecially a year later.Sincerely'  [redacted]  GM

[redacted] is entitled to a refund after restocking fee. She was supposed to have come into the dealership on Monday, 9/27 but did not show. She needs to come in and void her temporary registration that was issued and sign the cancelation papers.Sincerely,Randy B[redacted]General Manager
