I did not reply yet as I was waiting to receive the check. It just received yesterday. Although the company resolved to complaint, it took me threatening legal action before they agreed to pay the amount. Thus you can leave it as resolved, but not to customer satisfaction.

Tell us why here...Re:  [redacted]/2011 BMW [redacted]  - Case #: [redacted] The telematics hardware technology in your vehicle is outdated and no longer supported by the telecommunications vendor BMW NA had a contract with.BMW has been advised they will discontinue their support on June 30th, 2016.   As a result, there is no hardware or software upgrade path.  We have advised customers that their BMW Assist contract that they had previously renewed annualy, cannot be renewed. Customers who have paid to renew their contract will automatically receive a refund on a pro-rated basis regardless whether customers requested the refund or not.

this email is in response to the airbag deployment complaint with the above-referenced case.  BMW Product Analysis conducted an inspection of the vehicle at BMW of FREEPORT on July 28, 2015.  We observed visual contact markings to the front bumper area.  Both boxed...

extensions displayed slight inward deformation where the extension surrounded the carrier.  It appears that the impulse from the impact was deciphered by the airbag system as sufficient to warrant a deployment.  The review concluded no defects or malfunctions, early deployment. I have informed Mr. [redacted] of these results and that BMW will cover the cost of the airbag related repairs.  The case is pending his return of the signed release.

was told the pre-purchase diagnostic will check if anything is wrong with the vehicle. I should not have a $6000 repair in the first week of purchase if this was done. Please understand that 10% is not of any assistance for the issue I am faced with because of the poor diagnostic. If valve seals are such a big issue with N63 engines it should have been checked. I just want to find a fair resolution to this issue which is not my fault. Even if it requires the car be purchased back at the cost to me. I would appreciate any help,

As far as I know, service is not/has not been set up. The reps I spoke to at BMW Assist all referred me back to the dealer, whom there is a separate Revdex.com complaint against, the rep here also referred me back to them. I was told the digital subscriber agreement was not sent in and to speak with my dealer, which I did, my sales rep was clueless.  Again the BMW rep here, Lori, referred me to them and to speak with Elias who is the sales manager.  My complaint against the dealership directly details my experience with this individual whom is very shady to say the least. He attempted to get me to give me 1k cash saying to was part of the deposit, his words were, "Youre putting down 2500 but it will only show 1500" He said not to tell anyone, the dealership makes enough money, he needs it.  This was  explained in my complaint and I will not contact this person in regard to my connected drive working/not working.  No one from BMW has contacted me, no voicemail was left. As stated before, numerous calls were made previously to BMW Assist and BMW USA, I was either referred to dealer or back to BMW Assist by BMW USA reps, I won't be making any further calls as they have been exhausted.  Please mark this as unresolved.

BMW has sent copy of Repair Order#[redacted] confirming Recall [redacted] was indeed performed on the subject vehicle on 4/17/13 while owned by previous owner.Customer was sent via separate email a copy of the Internal Field Report with corresponding pictues as requested.  Since customer appears to disagree with BMW's results; BMW highly encourages her to hire her own private investigator; should they find anything
different than what has already been conveyed, BMW will be more than happy to
re-address with the investigator at that time.  In the interim, BMW assistance is denied.

Mr. [redacted] was not happy with the customer service he received at BMW of [redacted]. His issues were relayed to the appropriate management personnel. After discussing his concerns, Mr. [redacted] agreed that he would bring his vehicle to another authorized dealership and agreed to an appointment that...

we scheduled for him at Autobahn BMW with our BMW technical engineer.  The engineer made sure the headlights beams where correctly aligned and verified the lights were operating as designed. He also had the foreman drive the vehicle home overnight and he also confirmed the lights are operating properly and the vehicle was returned to him.

Mr. [redacted] was provided a goodwill gesture for no loaner car and vehicle days out of service.

BMW will be sending out letters to customers living in Zone B Priority Zone 6  when the Takata 16V-371 Recall replacement part becomes available. BMW is working to get the  replacement parts as fast as we can, but we have been requested to give priority to those...

According to NHTSA, the Takata inflators seem to be vulnerable to persistent high humidity and high temperature conditions, such as in Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, the Gulf Coast states, Hawaii, and island territories. permission to contact and locate my vehicle through a 3rd party insurance company at a salvage yard. An inspection was completed by a BMW investigator on 10/31/14, I was told I'd receive the results once the fault codes were decoded, but now I'm told the legal team has to mark up the report before I can receive a copy, and the airbag explosion was not contained due to "Pyrotechnics". I sent a proposal along with several portions of evidence as requested to BMW Execs on 11/4/14, I have yet to receive the airbac recall investigation conclusions nor have I received any response. If this matter is not resolved by 11/18/14 my attorney's will file legal suit against BMW of North America.

BMW Financial Services contacted customer and apologized for their mistake in repossessing the vehicle. In addition BMW Financial Services provided $451.32 to reflect a car payment refund to include late fees.
