I purchased carpet from the Brooksville store on Cortez Blvd on 9/18/16' paid in fullWas told it was in stock and would hear later in the week for installationDid not hear anything for weeks, then when I called the sales person, was told it is no longer made, and to come in a choose something elseI went in, and the salesperson had a near identical carpet that the manufacturer representative sent for me to look at, I was told it was in stock and would hear about installation soonA free a week, I called and was told that it was not in production yet, but should be in the next weekOnce again waited, now when I called back the salesperson said he would call the manufacturer and find out what is going on and call me backGuess what, never did, when I called the store, was told the salesperson would be of the rest of the weekI asked to speak to the store manager, was told he was not in, left my contact information and waited for a callAt end of that day, called back and was told that the message was relayed, and did know why the manager, Mike, did not call me, then was told by this person that he would call the manager and have him call meOf course he did not, this other person who was relaying the message did call back and said that this carpet is not scheduled for production until sometime in December, maybe, but that the store manager said to come in and pick out something else and he would give me a great dealcustomer service at this business is terrible, the store manager has no balls enough to call the customer himself, when I called the corporate office, the operator voice mailbox was fullHow can this be such a big company and yet treat the customer so bad.? When I asked for a refund, I was told it could take up to weeks, yet when I paid them, the check was cashed the next day This was only for room of carpet, I had more to do laterGuess who is not going to get any of my business

This is concerning Bob's Carpet Mart on Missouri Ave in Largo, FLTheir customer service, installers, and material are very poor Strips on carpet not placed properly and door stops not replaced after installation Carpeting wearing after years Their laminate is coming up and they refuse to replace it because we used Swiffer Wetjet to clean it We were never told not to use it on the laminate or what we should be using to clean it I feel they are still responsible because we were not informed of how to take care of the laminate Just overall a distrustful company

In January of 2013, we had carpet installed in bedrooms from Bobs Carpet Mart From the beginning, there were tiny nails sticking out of the carpet in one of the doorways When we called on this, the service manager advised us to just pound them back in with a hammer!?? After months the carpet in one of the bedrooms began to buckle in the middle We called them and they came out to re-stretch In December of 2015, the same carpet began buckle again as well as the carpet in the other room I called to have it re-stretched again I was told that it was not covered under warranty and the manager would have to call me back He did not I called again about two weeks later The employee that answered the phone argued with me that not only was this not covered under warranty, but that with people in our household, this was " a lot of traffic" trying to justify this faulty installation Again, I asked for a m

We first contracted Bob's Carpet Mart for a small installation 12-30-and a much larger installation of sq feet of Azrock VCT tile with the completed installation date of 11-16-Within one year of installation we noted an increase in the size of the space between tilesWe had a professional floor cleaning service also address us his concerns when we had the flooring professionally stripped, cleaned and re-waxedThe flooring specialist started applying double the amount of wax in an attempt to keep the now very obvious joint lines from catching dirtHe advised us in that the tiles were starting to "cup" which meant the outer edges of the tile were tilting upward, obviously from a glue failure

Two months and my problems have not been resolvedJob is not finished and damages and problems have not been taken care of I have owned properties and have never worked with a company that was so irresponsible I would not recommend this company to anyone
