I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted].  
[This response is inaccurate and does not even address portions of my complaint. I never asked the business to renegotiate my deal. I told them that I did not believe I was given the best rate and asked them to show me every offer from ever lender they reviewed before pre-printing my contract. Again, the finance employee had pre-printed my contract meaning before speaking to me he decided which lender I was going to use and then pretended to review offers while I was in the office. The salesperson responded multiple times telling me the finance manager would be in touch, and the finance manager STILL has not called. So please, take the time to read my entire complaint and respond to every issue I described. The pricing was a bait and switch. Period. An employee of your dealership quoted me a price and then I was repeatedly lied to and given new explanations as to why I was wrong and the price couldn't be met. I was told that you had installed Guide Point, and that's why you had to increase the price. Then I was told the car didn't exist on the lot, it must be for parts, and that's why the price wasn't real. You can disagree all you want, but that is what happened. It was dishonest. Ultimately I signed the paperwork, but your dealership treated me very poorly and it is no way to run a business or treat your customers. Now please, PLEASE, take the time to actually respond to everything in my complaint.]
