Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because this is the same stock response that provides no actual resolution other than they claim they have the right to delete my account at any time? While I understand their claim and position? I dispute their claim that this was any kind of user "agreement." ? An agreement requires both parties to have come together in a joint idea? This is a weird interpretation of their User Policy, not an agreement? At the very least, Bonanza.com is responsible for refunding the money that was in my shipping accounts and avoiding slandering my name to my customers?
