We are not refunding the cost of damage to the vehicle. Ms*** declined our coverage and while she was in the vehicle, a turkey was hit or flew into the car, denting the door and smashing the window. Our representative at the Louisville Airport spoke to Ms***. They have agreed to refund her rental for $and if we find her credit card, we will shred for her. We apologized that no one assisted her on her initial contact and we will address with the location.Thank you,***

Our Area Manager, *** ***, spoke to Ms***. We charged her correctly and used the reservation she set up. She stated that there was another reservation and she would email him the confirmation. He never has received it and hasn't heard back from her. It looks like the
issue was the issue may have been was one reservation was for unlimited mileage and one was with limited. We used the res with unlimited mileage since she told our employee that was what she needed due to the length of the trip. Hopefully Ms*** feels like this is resolved and if not, we will be more than happy to reach out to her again. Thank you,*** ***Enterprise Holdings

I spoke with Ms. [redacted]  We had the wrong address in our system, so we are re-issuing a check for her.  I will be sending this out via FedEx tomorrow to be delivered on Monday.

[redacted] i received one phone call this morning while at work.  I cannot answer the call at work.  I am off at 5:30 tonight or may be reached during the afternoon on Saturday.   Next week I will be work doubles all week.

Good Afternoon,I have been informed that our Group Rental Manager, [redacted], spoke with Mr. [redacted] on Tuesday, February 28th.  He let him know that with the refund of his rental and the additional $200 check that we sent via FedEx, that we will not be issuing any additional monies.  We checked our FedEx tracking and the check did get delivered to his home.  We are considering this matter closed.Thank you,[redacted]Executive AssistantEnterprise Holdings

Here is the responses I received.  I have posted their response here.  I would also like to state that I was advised that I should have gone to Enterprise for resolution of this first before the Revdex.com. I replied that I had and still to this day I have not even received an acknowledgement of my email sent to them. I aslo want to state that Enterprise did not admit to wrong doing on their part by submitting a false claim against me stating that the damage could have been repairded before being brought back to them, stating that customers have done that in the past and that the enormous amount of their damage list and charges was due the discovery of damage by their repair company and he wanted me to know that even then is was at their discounted rate. I will never rent from this company again. I would also like to warn future renters, that any car rental damage on the car prior to driving off of the lot should be documented by yourself with detailed photos (ask for a outline of a car and mark said damage and keep the copy of make your own) and let the manager know also. Do not let them tell you that any, no matter how small, dings, dents or scuff marks are no big deal, that they are too small to matter.  Enterprise contacted me and stated what happened.  I already knew what happened.  This is a lousy company.  Anyone who reads this is advised not to do business with these people.
