hello ***, this is Malachi T***, after reviewing the second matter as well it seems that this is also a matter for corporate boost mobile to addressnot my store specificallythey stated the number on their bank statement is ###-###-#### which is the corporate boost number not my store number which is ###-###-#### or ###-###-####the address of both parties are way out of town somewherenot even in cincinnati or ohio for that matternot even in the same regionmy company may be popping up in some search engine and the customers are directing it inappropriatelythe boost mobile customer service line is ###-###-####select option 4(tech support), then press this will direct you to a real agent in no timein order for the instances ID [redacted] or ID [redacted] to pertain to my self these customers would have had to have visited my locations in [redacted] based at [redacted] or [redacted] ***if these customers have not visited either of these locations and dealt directly with my staff whom I supervise there is no way I can provide adequate resolution to the matters at hand thanks , Malachi T [redacted] ###-###-####

May account was payed well in advance. My phone was stolen and I canceled the following months payment. 2 days later, I canceled my account with Boost to avoid any problem that I might incur from the thief.
I contacted Boost via email on several occasions about a credit for the month that I payed for service and did not need the service any longer. Their response was "their is nothing that we can do about this account because it does not exist."
Several more emails and they finally stated that "You signed a contract that if your phone was lost or stolen, and you cancel your account, you forfeit any credit due your account."
I could understand this if the account was closed before the payment was canceled but it was not. The account was closed 2 days after the payment was canceled and payment was not even due.","neg-1
