I am rejecting this response because:Once again our vehicle can not be brought to you because corporate is involved. I have offered to give [redacted], [redacted] and [redacted] the case workers name and number with ext number for them to contact. Which none of your employees with bossier bother to call so our case worker called and talked to  [redacted]. We have lots of paperwork backing what we are saying up. We have tried on numerous occasions to bring the vehicle to the dealership and every time we have we received calls from [redacted] saying something come up and bossier was unable to provide a rental vehicle. We also was informed the vehicle was new because we needed rebates to cove a trade but when we received it, it turns out it was used and we was positive on our trade.

we have not worked on this vehicle. We will assist any way we can if it is brought to our dealership. We are not aware of any "corporate technicians" being involved as we are not involved in the repairs. very poor condition (not reusable)this week (9/11) the dealership will overnight all paperwork, original plates and collected tax & license to the [redacted] nearest DMV office. The customer was advised the deposit on a $70,000 order was non- refundable. It has been Bossier's policy for over 30 years.

I am rejecting this response because: we have made plans with [redacted] ( not sure of the correct spelling but she claimed to be owners wife) and [redacted] in the service department to bring the vehicle in to be serviced and [redacted] told us to take it to the nearest dealership to have it fixed. After that dealership was unable to fix the vehicle we called [redacted] to have it put in the shop. I made a long trip to drive the vehicle to bossier to have it fixed and received a call from [redacted] that the rental vehicle was no longer available the day we discussed to drop truck off. [redacted] told us that if we still wanted to drop it off with them that we could but we now had to find our own way to enterprise in [redacted] or put our vehicle in another shop. We chose to put in it toliver dodge shop in [redacted] because of the run around we have continually recieve from bossier dodge. We have contacted [redacted] the sales guy the day the truck was delivered to us because of the check engine light and was told not to worry it was just the gas cap... I have phone records showing we called two times the day we received the vehicle. We even asked to speak with a manager about it. We have an open case with chrysler, star program is also involved as well as corporate with chysler. We have tried to allow bossier to resolve the issue at hand and we still get the run around. We was told by [redacted] that he doesn't know what to do in a situation like ours and that he would call us back and that was two almost three weeks ago. We currently have corporate technicians involved to come look at the truck so we are unable to have it taken to bossier.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:I never agreed to not getting my deposit back if I did NOT take the truck, I can’t buy the truck and I’m willing to fight this in court, I never agreed in writing or verbally that my deposit was non refundable, the dealership made no such claims nor did they inform me, I did however order a truck, and I did give a deposit of $1,000 on 10/20/17.  Last year I gave a deposit of $500 and I got my truck but this year I can’t. And my father did order a truck this year and he did NOT have to give a deposit. The bottom line is this, The dealership NEVER informed me that my deposit was non refundable nor did I sign anything stating that.
