We have been working with customer through the issues she is having. The customer has had a total of 4 seperate service tickets since her purchase in February of 2017.[redacted] - on May 27, 2017 - parts changed[redacted] - June 28, 2017 - parts changed, manufacturer contacted by us.[redacted] - August...

3, 2017  - parts changed, gear case bolts, Whirlpool feels there is normal noise with operation[redacted] - August 22, 2017 - Service manager sent all records to manufacturer for possible exchange of new unit. We do no refunds after 10 days for appliances. We cover all costs for first year, the customer also purchased a ASA warranty for 5 years. We are abiding by all documents to do repairs and working for customer with manufacturer. The customer did get responses by our service department and messages left. As well she left me a message yestrday while I was out of the office. I was returning call today when she filed this claim. Customer Care managers returned a voicemail left by our customer's spouse to discuss options for delivering their furniture.  She offered to schedule the pieces that are currently in stock for delivery on Friday, 11/6/15, and conduct an advanced inventory search for the loveseat.  If our customer's loveseat is available in time, she will add this to the delivery.  She expects to have more information about the loveseat tomorrow, and offered to call our customer with an update.  He was appreciative.

We reviewed pictures of our customer’s refrigerator, showing the dents made by our technician.  Our Service manager concluded that the parts that we intended to install would NOT cover the dents.  For this reason, she has agreed to replace the refrigerator. She determined that while the tech did the right procedure to “seat” the seal, he should have placed something flat on the surface of the door frame before pounding, to distribute the force over a larger surface, to prevent a dent. I’ve spoken to our customer, who has accepted this resolution.  I consider this complaint closed.
