I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.At this point given how the situation was handled I feel more compensation than just the delivery charges plus tax should be refunded. I think at this point further monetary compensation is warranted, as mentioned prior each time contact was made to the business the ball was dropped so to speak. I feel like more should be done at this point, thank you for your help,

Revdex.com:how do you figure that I am satisfied with your horrible Customer service after you caused so much confusion and a huge inconvenience I also submitted a survey which backs up I everything I claimed you don't follow through with what you say and also extremely rude and to top everything off you still sit here and lie!!

I have reviewed all the complaint. Unfortunately for the customer, we aquired the stores in Milwaukee on 28 August 2017. We then had to research more for her and her exchange. At this time she has been delivered her chair with the exchange and there are no charges to the customer.Thank you  ...

I find this to be completely horrible business and unacceptable.   I tried to change it but it was the employee's job to fix his mistake !! b So with this response, you are basically saying your employees, Ed [redacted] and the [redacted] that day, will lie directly your face to make a sale!!  I should have known the employee was not honest when he put that receipt in the Ashley's envelope and I should have waited there all afternoon until the employee and manager rectified it.  HORRIBLE BUSINESS!!  I will never buy anything else there and I will be cancelling my boyfriends current order for the bedroom set/ living room for his new house!  I will never do business with your company again!!
