Terrible company and terrible customer service Products were not as advertised and took over 6 weeks to get here Company is listed in Tampa but they said items were shipped form China Very difficult to get an answer from hem once they have your money

Brauntherm refusing to send me my complete order.
Back in April I purchased 6 No Touch Infrared Ear Forehead 2 in 1 Thermometer from Brauntherm. At the time the purchase offer was buy 5 and get 1 free. For months the product stated it had shipped but it never arrived. Finally I received notification that one had arrived. I have communicated numerous times with [email protected] that I haven't received my full offer. They claim I only order 1 thermometer. My order clearly states 5 thermometers @ $79 and 1 @ $0, my total charge on my credit card came to $395. They are still refusing to send me my complete order even after I have sent them numerous times a copy of my order.

Desired Outcome

At this point we actually do not even have a need for the product so I would like to request a refund. If they can't give me a refund I would at least like the product quantity we originally purchased in April.

I only accept this response as since I filed this complaint with Revdex.com and paypal I have received a refund

I purchased a oxygen/pulse finger meter and when I received it, it did not work. I called 833-969-1221, talked with a representative.
The rep. gave me a choice of a replacement or a refund. I chose the replacement. I received the first meter on May 29, 2020, contacted the company by phone on June 1, 2020 and still have not received the replacement as of July 11, 2020. I have tried to call the company several times and always get a busy signal.
I want a meter, but if they cannot supply one that works, then I want a refund, so I can purchase one elsewhere.
Order # XXXXX, cost $34.99 + $8.90 tax, Total cost = $43.89

I purchased an Oximeter + Wrist Blood Pressure Monitor on May 8, 2020. I finally arrived after numerous emails. The order was missing the Wrist Blood Pressure Monitor. Despite numerous emails, they still have not shipped the blood pressure monitor. Now they are claiming I only ordered the oximeter. Still trying to get monitor.

Unreliable and unresponsive Chinese vendor. Go figure with a deceptive name like 'Braun therm! Tried to cancel after 60 days of no response. Then this vendor just kept sending the same message "coming soon". So is Christmas. Finally received a defective unit. I requested full refund and they offered $5.!!

I would like to strongly discourage anyone from doing business with this company. I purchased an Oximeter from them. When it arrived , after 6 weeks, it was very inaccurate. I notified them and they were only willing to refund 40% of my money. This company is definitely out to scam you. I would never order anything else from them. They are piggybacking on the name of a reputable company and selling junk. I am glad I got out of this for as little as I lost. I'm not happy , but live and learn. DON'T MAKE MY MISTAKE!

Ordered a thermometer mid April. Took five e mails to finally get an answer, that is after they charged my pay pal account.When I said cancel the order, they did ship a total piece of junk. Was to have been Braun but tgot a no name thing. I get readings anywhere from 30F to 100F on the same forehead
and Threw it away. They finally did answer one e mail and said soon they would offer a 40% refund. I said no 100%. They said 60% That was three weeks ago and several e mails NO REFUND! Crooks!.

Please save yourself a headache and do not buy from them

I purchased a blood pressure cuff and ***'s oximeter on May 15. Paid for that day on PayPal. On June 4 received only the blood pressure cuff. When I sent to complete by email, I also registered a complaint that the product for which I paid $68.80 with advertising online for $39.95. The company offered a 20% discount, which I have not received. On June 12, I was Informed that the oximeter was on the way. also on June 12, received an email from the company to the effect that the product was delivered. They could not give me the name of anyone who signed for it, and since I live in a retirement community where theft at the door would've been impossible, I doubt that it was ever shipped.

Desired Outcome

I would like the company is advertising to be removed from their website, and in fact, for the website to be taken down. I would also like a full refund.

I still have not received the pulse oximeter , regardless of what what the seller says. And I have not received the 20% discount they offered me when I complain about the $30 discrepancy in their website pricing.

The company offered a refund that would have brought my payment for a blood pressure cuff ONLY to $49.99. I refuse that because they are advertising a blood pressure cuff and pulse oximeter Package for $39.99. I did not receive the pulse oximeter at all. That is not a Fair refund.
I also note that the company has multiple similar complaints for nondelivery.

Website clearly says that delivery is 7-10 days after order is placed. They did not even ship my items until almost 45 days later. That only happened because I started a dispute with Paypal. In the meantime, I bought them elsewhere. Almost 3 months after ordering,the items arrived. I had purchased them elsewhere in the meantime, but since you cannot get the company to respond to email or calls, I have no way of returning. Paypal will not help since they have a proof of delivery....even though it is waaaaay beyond the advertised date. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM...ESPECIALLY IF YOU USE PAYPAL WHO WON'T BACK YOU UP.

This company is a total scam. ZERO STARS!! We ordered 9 of the No Touch Infrared Forehead Thermometers to use at our 3 different business locations and have not received any of them. They gladly took the money immediately upon ordering them. We ordered them on May 9th, received an email confirmation stating that they were being shipped, when following the tracking number provided - it didn't show any information and it said that it couldn't be found. After chatting online with several people getting absolutely no where, I finally found a phone number and called the company. The girl assured me that they were on there way from customs to the USPS and that we were going to receive them by May 25th or 26th. Since then I have tried emailing them multiple times and get no response. I realized that on their website, they had removed their phone number. When I tried calling the original number that I had called, it was disconnected. I decided to check online to see if there were any other complaints about this company and realized that so many have had similar issues. I will be disputing our charges. I hope these people are prosecuted for their evil work.

We ordered a pulse oximeter and a phone sanitizer from these guys. The pulse oximeter does not work and I have no if the sanitizing station works

We just want to refund the product is totally faulty a piece of junk and doesn't work. This company is clearly a scam and I think they're located in China so I don't know if we can do anything

I ordered 6 thermometers and one free thinking it was from the company Braun a very reputable company. I still have not received my shipment.

These thermometers where going to be used for our employees for work during COVID19. I need help getting my money back.

Digital Forehead thermometer defective. Unable to locate Brauntherm online to return the product. Brauntherm telephone number online not working.
4/30/2020 - purchased for $87.90 a Digital Forehead Thermometer online from Brauntherm. 6/2/2020 After over a month waiting for the delivery, product was misdelivered to wrong address. 6/5/2020 -Neighbor delivered product to my house. Tested product 6/6/2020 and found defective - does not work, error "lo" which in their guide means "temperature is less than 89.6 degrees Fahrenheit". I bought this product for home use to detect fever, how can I use this if it is selective as to temperature, which means during winter where the coronavirus spread is highest, the product won't work, it appears the product would work only at high or hot temperature. I want to return this product to Brauntherm where I bought this product, but their online website is gone, their telephone number online is not working. I tried to contact the delivery company, 4PX Worldwide Express, online to obtain some information on the origin of the product (where it came from), Quanzhou, China, but my email addressed to them did not go through, it went to a different company, 4PX software company, that declined my message. I feel ripped off by Brauntherm.

Desired Outcome

I should be refunded the $87.90 because the product is defective. The manual of the product instructs that any issue with the product to contact the retailer (Brauntherm in my case) but it appears Brauntherm no longer exist or in hiding.

Product defective. Can not use. Credit my account or paypal earplus.

I ordered the oxygen meter in April and was told two weeks. Now the website is not active and I never received it.

I placed my order on May 13, 2020. Then a few weeks after I placed my order I called to check on my order a few times before I got someone on the phone. The customer service agent I spoke to said my order was shipped May 22, 2020 and it would come by USPS. Last week I tried to sign into their website to get a tracking number so that I could track my package. I found that the website was no longer working and the phone number I had is disconnected. I began to worry and collect all my documents I needed to report them to my credit card company to get my money back. When I checked my mail last Friday (6/6/2020) it was their in my mailbox.

Wanted a BRAUN product, ordered on Brauntherm by accident thinking they were the same. Ordered 4/15/20 order number ***. Charged $79 for ear thermometer and $8.90 shipping. I have all email correspondence.
PayPal finally got a USPS tracking number saying the package was delivered, but it was never received. Due to the pandemic scam artists are thriving and I was taken in.I don't know if PayPal will make me pay or not.

Since I spoke to the REAL Braun this morning and know that the product I ordered is not one of their products and what I ordered probably performs with the same quality as the company selling it, I want a full refund.

I also filed a complaint with PayPal which is how I charged. After much correspondence the company furnished to PayPal a tracking #for USPS. PayPal passed this along to me. According to the Post Office, it was delivered. I never received it.
No one will tell me if the item was insured or how to file a claim. I am considering this a loss to me of the cost of the item, the tax and the shipping.

The messages on the internet indicated I am not the only one with issues and that I would either get a counterfeit or nothing at all. The real BRAUN says they don't have any thermometers.

I have not received my items which was paid for on 5/6/20. Responses to company unanswered.
Purchased two no touch thermometers on 5/6/20 for $158. I was sent tracking info on 5/10/20. Tracking info does not update and company does not answer emails or phone calls. I have now started dispute with my credit card company and paypal is not answering phone calls due to covid.

Ordered a pulse oximeter on 5/3/20. I have not received the product.Tracking info says delivered but I never received it. Company refuses to refund.
I ordered a "wireless digital pulse oximeter" on 5/3/20. Order number XXXXX. I received notice that it had been shipped on 5/8/20. 4PX tracking number: XXXXXXXXXXXX. The shipping information the company provided shows it "tendered for delivery" to me on 5/28/20 but I have never received the product. I have repeatedly emailed the company and the response is that shipping is delayed. At one point the company said I needed to submit a video of the product not working in order to obtain a refund, but I have never received the product. This company is a fraud. I paid on my VISA card.

I work for a Gastro MD and we order a infrared thermometer to test patients prior they are seen for their consultation due to Covid-19. the order was place May 29, 2020. I've been tracking the order since it was placed and was saddened to find out that it was coming from China, regardless we needed the product, so waited for delivery. Looking today it seem the product made it to L.A.X and then was out again, on its way to Canada to be delivered. We are not in Canada, we are in California.I called Braun hoping they could explain, and fix the issue. Come to find out Brauntherm it not their site(though I was directed to it when I ordered, it looked exactly like the "real" Braun site. I did send an email to [email protected]. and received some generic response, that had nothing to do with my inquiry. they is no phone # to contact anyone.My guess at this point is their is no thermometer and the Doctor is out that money. We will contact the credit card company to see if they can reimburse the cost.

in this age of Covid-19, it's been extremely difficult for small medical office to get needed PPD products to use. Its horrible that companies seem to take advantage at times like these. We need to report actions such as these ,so others can be warned. it can be difficult trying to keep everyone safe and healthy, without companies taking advantage for the situation. so very sad.

I'm not sure what they mean. The order was placed 4/29/20. I contacted them 6/3/20, regarding this order , I included the order number provided when the order was place, that number is #XXXXX. I was also tracking that order, showed it was delivered in Canada. I'd be to forward the emails I sent to them if needed. Thanks, ***

I ordered a Brauntherm pulse oximeter on April 24, 2020. 6 weeks later it has still not been delivered despite multiple contacts.
I ordered a Wireless Digital Finger Pulse Oximeter online from Brauntherm on 4/24/20. Confirmed Order #: XXXXX, cost $34.99 + 8.90 shipping, totaling $43.89. After 3 weeks with no update, I sent an email to [email protected]. I was given a tracking number - at first it didn't work at all - then I was able to get some information that it had gone through Customs and was at the LAX airport, as of May 17. On June 1, I sent another email asking for an estimate date of delivery from LA...got an evasive response blaming high volume, flights are tight, poor logistics at their end, the tracking system being slow etc. They offered nothing specific about when the product would arrive. After researching the company with Revdex.com, I now see that this is their pattern and I am not the only victim of their fraud. I no longer believe I will ever be receiving this Finger Pulse Oximeter and want to report this company for its failure to deliver on its promises. Interestingly, the only thing efficient about Brauntherm is that they accepted payment on my Visa the very day I ordered it - NOT when it was shipped to me as if often the case with a legitimate business. I have submitted my complaint to my Visa account. They are crediting my account for the $43.89 and they will be investigating Brauntherm as well.

Desired Outcome

I request an admission of guilt by the company, an apology for their illegal practices - and I would like them reported as fraudulent so that other consumers do not do business with them.

The ordered item, a wireless digital finger pulse oximeter, finally arrived in mid June, 2020. The order number was XXXXX. It had been ordered April 24, 2020 and after repeated inquiries, I could not get the company to commit to any delivery window. I gave up on receiving it. I could not wait any longer, so I purchased the item elsewhere. If the company can tell me where to return the item, I will return it to them.
