I ordered a infrared thermometer and a pulse oximeter weeks ago. I never heard back and requested a refund. Can't get anyone to respond. #XXXXX
I ordered a infrared thermometer and pulse oximeter. I requested a refund after not receiving a shipping date. I immediately got a notice of shipment. The tracking number goes to nothing . I've got all of my emails and order number is #XXXXX. I would hope during this pandemic that this could be resolved. The phone number on their web sight is 833-969-1221. There are never any representatives to speak.

order was "sent" 4/26/1920. Not yet received. contact says no record of order.

I ordered a " no touch infrared forehead thermometer x1) White1/one size on 4-18-2020, 4PX tracking number: XXXXXXXXXXXX. the advertisement said expedited shipping. I paid $93. for this product. when I go to view my order on the website brauntherm.com it says Page Not Found. my order # *** when I try to track the package it says it's being processed. first in china, then to LAX, then plano texas and now it shows it's been in chicago, il for 13 days. i'm guessing I will never receive this product. I have made numberous attempts to contact them by email and submitting a request through their website with no response. it was not disclosed that this product was shipping from china, when I found out it was too late to cancel it.

Not only do they not deliver but they use your credit card information to make purchases for themselves

Ordered product 4/27 with 7 days delivery. As of 5/12 still no delivery or eta. Think this is a scam. Money deducted from account but no product sent. Emails about non-delivery have very vague response with no eta.

this thermometer coast me $93.99 and was to be delivered DHL expedited shipping and I kept calling trying to figure out where the product was I couldn't get any information from calling the number I found which always said no customer service rep was available to take my call to going on face book chat to correspond with someone who if they chose not to respond back wouldn't answer my repeated efforts to get my money back. I bought it on April 6, 2020 and paid $14.99 for expedited shipping for a total cost of $93.99. I tried contacting Paypal but got no where, order number 3608 transaction ID XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXB, merchant ID XXXXXXXXXFXXXXXXJ as I have said I repeatedly have been trying to get my money back but no one will help me. My husband has cancer & I needed a good thermometer to use for him but to no avail please help in any way you can. Thank You

I ordered and purchased a Braun thermometer. I spent $79.00 + $14.99 for 3-5 shipping. I received a cheap Abner Thermometer 21 days later.
I ordered and purchased a Braun Contactless thermometer on 4/6/2020. I spent $79.00 + $14.99 for 3-5 shipping. I received an Abner Thermometer 21 days later. It is very cheap, compared to Braun, and it only measures in Celcius. I contacted them on 4/29/2020 via email and this was their response:

In order to ship the goods to you as soon as possible, we will first send you the products that cannot be converted into Fahrenheit
But you don't have to worry, it doesn't affect use
The conversion formula between Celsius and Fahrenheit is simple: F=C*1.8+32

I told them I did not want this one and requested a refund. They have sent no correspondence and now it is past the 30-day return policy. All I would like is a refund, including the $14.99 3-5 shipping that they offered, since it took 21 days to receive it.

Product was not as described and was not delivered as promised.
I ordered a thermometer from Brauntherm site thinking it would be a Braun thermometer. I was promised 3-5 day shipping. After 2 weeks I tried to cancel the order but they would not. It came from China after 30 days but the return policy is 30 days from purchase. It is a poor quality thermometer-not a Braun. I have not opened it and would like to return it.

The attached shows the only response I was given after my "purchase". When I looked for a website again it was gone. Please prosecute these folks if you can find them. As noted above, I cancelled the card, so I'm only out the $113, I think. PayPal was ABSOLUTELY USELESS in trying to clear this up; their phone system said the wait time would be something like 16 hours to speak with a representative. Anyway, I gave up; lesson learned, but if you find these people, please blacklist them for the rest of us. I thought I'd use my embarrassment to help others.
