I ordered the Wireless Digital Finger Pulse Oximeter on 4/24/20. It arrived on 6/3/20. It does not work.
After installing the batteries the Oximeter would not even turn on. It is a complete fraud.

The company should refund my money.

This company is not related to Braun as they would like you to believe. They say the item is in stock and will ship in a few days. It appears to have a US address but it's located in China. You may or may not get your product after 6 or 7 weeks. If you cancel or ask for a refund, you get a computer generated response. They won't cancel or refund no matter how many times you ask. Horrible service. Crappy product. Don't buy from them.

I ordered no touch thermometers and waited a month for delivery. I finally called to get a tracking number and was told they just cleared through customs and I should be receiving a tracking number from the USPS by the end of the week. After waiting again I emailed to get a tracking number and received this email:

Hi
I am sorry for the delay.
Due to the large volume of orders,flights are tight.
The logistics company piled up a lot of parcels so the transportation time will be delayed.
Tracking info updating is also relatively slow.
We have contacted logistics company to deliver your order ASAP.
Thank you for your understanding and patience.

This company is a fraud!!! Buyer beware, I will be disputing my credit card charge!!

I have had the same issue as others. Supposedly the item ships but then seems to get"stuck" in some transfer facility in the US. Repeated emails usually result in them responding with the same tracking number which has a last status report in mid April.

I did not receive the Pulse Oximeter I ordered and paid for.
I ordered Brauntherm's Wireless Digital Finger Pulse Oximeter, $34.99 plus $8.90 shipping on May 9, 2020. The money was immediately deducted from my account, and I received an email on May 9, 2020 from Brauntherm with my order # stating that my order was confirmed. On May 13, 2020, I received an email from Plus Thermometers stating that my "Wireless Digital Finger Pulse Oximeter" was on the way. I have not received this order as of today, May 29, 2020, at 10:29 pm central time. When I click on the links embedded in the emails the website cannot be reached, the contact us link doesn't work, and the 4px tracking number takes me to a non-functioning website. I realize that my money is probably gone, I will contact Paypal to alert them. However this group needs to be stopped! Their website looked completely legimate. I have since read that the difference between this fraudulent company and the real Braun is the lack of an "s" being in the name. PLEASE STOP THESE PEOPLE!

I have received the Brauntherm pulse oximeter. I attached documents on 5/29/2020, to the Revdex.com to show that I have received the ordered item. It works fine. As you will see in photos I attached, the company I ordered from is apparently NOT the company that decided to make it right. Thank you for your assistance!

Placed an order for an oximeter on 4/23, not realizing that this was not the actual Braun company. The website stated they were in stock with a 5-7 day delivery. I got an email confirming the order and saw that a Paypal transaction had been processed. But after about a week I emailed them back asking for a shipping update. No response. Several days later I emailed them trying to cancel the order. No response again. On 5/3 I filed a dispute with Paypal. I then noticed that brauntherm.com was no longer a working website. On 5/18 I received an email stating that the order had been shipped. I was given a 4Px tracking number with a USPS tracking number associated with it. There would be a few updates on the 4PX tracking number over the next several days, but it was not until 5/28 that the USPS said that they were in possession of the package. Was finally delivered on 5/29

Ordered 2 products on 4/23/20. Notice given it was shipped.`It never came. So called "company" is a scam. Buyer beware.

I ordered $122.77 worth of pulse oximeters from what has turned out to be a fraudulent website.
I purchased a total of 3 finger pulse oximeters in two separate transactions on April 22nd (Order#7854) and April 23rd (Order *** of this year after being directed to this website via a Google search. I had read about how important it was to have one at home during the COVID-19 crisis to keep track of one's oxygen levels. There was a lock indicator on the website, good customer reviews and no sign of trouble. I got shipping confirmation emails with tracking numbers that directed me to a Chinese website. I wasn't that alarmed because I was desperate to get these devices for myself and my family. I knew if they were coming from China that the shipping process would be lengthy, so I didn't get too upset until today, May 29th, when I finally went back to the website to get the phone number to try to find out what was happening with my purchases and the website had disappeared. I was able to get the phone number off a scam dispute website (https://www.signal-arnaques.com/en/scam/view/XXXXXX) and called, got someone who pretended to be looking up my order #s (a female with a slight Asian accent and broken English) then told me the packages would be coming via UPS by Sunday. When I asked for the tracking numbers, she said she would email them to me. I said "why can't you just read them to me off the screen?" She went silent and then when I said I was concerned because the website had disappeared, she hung up on me. I have now gone to my credit card company (Chase - a Visa card) and the best they can offer me is to investigate my disputed charges. I would like to make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else.

Desired Outcome

The ideal solution would be for me to get my money back. Most importantly, I would like these people to be found, put out of business so they can't do this to anyone else, and prosecuted if possible.

I received the three fingertip pulse oximeters yesterday. They are very cheap, but functional, at least at the moment. Therefore, in good conscience, I would like to withdraw my complaint. I still think this business should be monitored as there is definitely something shady going on with them. Their website has disappeared and you cannot reach them by phone either. The return address on the shipping envelopes was PO Box 6368, Rosemead CA 91770. I left a review on this website to reflect my experience. I am willing to help with anything else needed to pursue investigation into the company, so do not hesitate to contact me and thank you for your help.

https://www.brauntherm.com/ is a scammer website. I tired ordering a thermometer for 79.99 and 14.99 shipping and handling. Thank god I paid with papal because after 2 months I was able to have my dispute resolved in my favor. they claimed and claimed to have shipped product and did not last shipping update was April 13, 2020 and I ordered April 2 2020. They said shipping facility was awaiting item and that was the last update I ever received. yesterday was may 26, 2020 and they finally reimbursed me after paypal fighting with them for 2 mos. BEWARE this company is a scam and not legit they are using the corona virus as an outlet to sell medical supplies. They will take your money and not look back horrible!!!!!

Website appears to be created to dupe customers into thinking they are purchasing genuine Braun products. Items ordered 5 weeks ago, still not delivered. Tracking info is suspect and is not updated often and makes no sense. Payment done through Paypal, that now in retrospect seems shady for a large organization such as Braun. Would be shady even through a reseller. My email was recently hacked and I suspect that my recent business with this site is not a coincidence.

I am requesting a refund immediately as these goods have not been delivered after 5+ weeks. I can purchase thermometers now from other retailers and have them delivered within a week.

Falsely using braun name to fool consumers. Ordered thermometer on 5/10. Still not arrived 5/25. Contacted said cannot cancel order coming from China.

This item finally arrived after being shipped on 5/5/20. This is not the Braun Brand or Braun Company. They get away with it by leaving the "s" off their website name. The thermometer doesn't even work. It registers our temperature at anywhere from 91.3 to 97! It isa piece of junk. Their website should be shut down. Making money by being deceitful. I will not be foolish again and will thoroughly research a web name from now on

If I could have selected 'no stars' I would have. I was tricked, thinking this company was the Brawn company. A $87.90 hoax on me!

I ordered a product and did not receive it. Upon investigation via the Revdex.com, the website appears fraudulent.
On Apr 27 I placed an order on brauntherm.com for a pulse oximeter (on sale for half price). The next day, I received an email confirming, and thanking me for, my order, #XXXXX, and my VISA card was charged via Paypal. On May 9th, after trying to email the company via return email to find out the expected delivery date, I received an email that said my order was on the way with a 4PX tracking number. After that, and because I tried to use the tracking number through their link (which didn't work and has Chinese characters on the webpage), and through the 4PX website (which said the package could not be found), I tried to call them numerous times. Each time, I was on hold with a recording saying they were busy and to hold, until finally they suggested I try again later.

I would like a refund to my credit card, and to have the fraudulent website shut down.

Update: I received the product. Tested against an FDA approved pulse ox, it failed to register the same readings. Since I received the product, and caveat emptor, I removed my transaction dispute and told VISA to credit the company. I believe these are not medical grade products on the website and should not be made available as if they were.

The company never communicated, and their tracking system did not work. I did receive a product however. Unfortunately the product (a medical device - pulse oximeter) does not function reliably. Caveat emptor �

I don't want to continue the complaint, nor do I want to have to provide any more information. The issue is no longer one of delivery; I received the product. It does not perform reliably, but that is what I ordered.

I ordered 2-temporal thermometers on 5/4/20. So far, not only have they not arrived, but they give no date for arrival, only saying that they are in transit, whatever that means. I have asked them to cancel my order and credit my charge card, and have filed a complaint with paypal.

Ordered on April24,two weeks later no email about status. I finally emailed them on 5/1-responded with tracking number which is bogus-link not working. Called my bank to file dispute. Sad that they are taking advantage of the situation.

So I purchased online April 20th. I sent an email asking when it would be sent out because unlike many other online shops I did not get an instant confirmation email. Instead I suddenly got a confirmation email after they gave me a poorly written grammatically incorrect email. May 11th the shipment starts moving from China. Then May 16th it arrives in the US at a claimed airport "LAX" come to find out that it is actually at some store in Chicago named the LAX shop. Noticed the LAX shops website was established in 2020 and looks surprisingly updated in comparison to the shape the shops are actually in according to updated google maps images.

My take on it? Something very suspect going on. Going to flag it with my bank tomorrow and consider it goods not received. Demand they investigate it as fraud. This is ridiculous. Why would my shipment take so long to reach the US and then go to a lacrosse shop in Chicago?

The City ordered (4) no contact thermometers. After ordered, tried to track but no information was provided. Email response-delay due to pandemic.
Due to COVID-19, our company ordered the non-contact thermometer and I selected this vendor because of the name, Brauntherm. Product wasn't received. I ordered (4) no touch infrared forehead thermometers (white) at $79.00 each. Order number was #XXXXX. Product was ordered online at braunterm.com. I paid with our company credit card through paypal for $316.00. The payment was made to earplusterms.com/[email protected] from Human Resources/***@lawndalecity.org and the Invoice ID:cXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.1

We haven't received the product and website not found. They're not answering the phones or responding to emails.

I placed an order for 2 digital thermometers for our company on 4-1-20. guaranteed 5 day del. I have never rec'd. The don't repond, we want our money!
On April 1 I ordered 2 digital thermometers online from this company after speaking with the customer service rep by phone. They would ship via DHL!! Guaranteed 5 day delivery. After 10 days I got notice that they shipped and when tracking, I found out that USPS had them. I kept tracking and they never moved, for weeks, they never moved and USPS couldn't explain and never heard of the location in OHIO. Nobody at Brauntherm answers phones, e-mails, or responds. Finally, I get an e-mail this week that they will re-ship. They said the shipments got held up in customs!! IN OHIO??? I e-mailed back telling them that I had already sent them 6 e-mails telling them to cancel and refund on my credit card. NOTHING.
No response. Today I found out they are a scam. I want my refund. I want them out of business so no one else has to go through this. Thank you so much.

Hopefully enough people will see this and not do business with them, or the real Braun will get their legal team to work to get them shut down. So sad that fraud companies can scam people especially during times like this.

Today 6-16-20, I still do not want them, they are not what I ordered, a brand I never heard of "abner". one of the boxes is crushed because they were packaged in black garbage bags. if they want to send me prepaid shipping labels, I will gladly send them back to wherever they came from.

I ordered two forehead thermometers and a charge for these was made to my credit card around April 21. It is May 13 and they are not here.
I have not received delivery of the items I ordered and which I have already paid for. When I attempt to track delivery, I am sent something on my phone which is asking me to download an app, and I am reluctant to do this as this whole company seems like a scam. I'm wondering if there is a way to get my money back.
