Good morning, I have been asking for help from Facebook for the last months, I have very important documents in my private chats in FacebookI require these documents in lawsuits, but Facebook is denying me access to them because you blocked my account without a reasonThrough Revdex.com Facebook gave me access back to my Facebook account and after days Facebook blocked my account once again because of malicious reportsIf Facebook doesn’t give me back access to my important documents, I will be forced to take legal actions and sue FacebookIf I don’t receive access to my account and documents back now I will have no other option than to take this case to the German court, because since I live in Germany, the competent court is the German one and I wait already months to receive access back to my account but Facebook is not doing anythingBelow all the information: My facebook login email:*** Password:*** Name of my facebook account: *** Janwan Junior This is my facebook URL:*** I have a Support Inbox case under the number: Case *** in Facebook in which I explain that I was maliciously falsely reported and want access back to my accountI was maliciously reported and blocked before, and I filed a complaint at Revdex.com before, I received help in the Revdex.com Complaint ID*** and my account got unblockedAfter days from the day that my account got unblocked someone has reported me maliciously again and my account got blocked againI have again sent my documents (My passport and my index education transcript) to Facebook support inbox, that prove that I am not impersonating another personThe Facebook support told me that I have to upload a photo of me holding my passport and I have sent a photo of me holding my passportI have then received the same message I have received at the beginning, that I have to upload photos of my personal identification documentsI have sent them again but I have never received another message from Facebook Support againPlease help me and unblock my accountBest Regards,*** *** ***

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and my response is that I do not know how to find the URLs for my accounts. I wanted to have time to research this, but as I only have days to respond, I would like Facebook to either provide a link explaining how to find my URLs or find them for meI will not consider this complaint fully resolved until the two accounts have been deleted

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: I am aware I have multiple accounts, currently to be exact, but only have temporary access to one, which was only AFTER this account in question got deactivatedI have reported all three of my previous accounts because I no longer have access to them, which I have stated during my report filing of said accounts, but they are STILL activated despite numerous reports from me over a two year period
I CAN provide the emails to these other accounts which I want removed if you can reactivate my main account that is attached to the email in question.
I should not be punished for not having a Facebook account because you, at Facebook, have not removed my old accounts despite them being reported by myself and friends numerous times, which clearly are mine, that have the same face pictures on, and having you deactivate my new one that I CAN access is quite unfair

Hello,Thanks for sending an E-mail and wanting to help me, but I have sadly not received any E-Mail from you that you are writing aboutI only receive messages that you write through Revdex.com and I receive them on my E-Mail as wellI want to receive back access to my account and not receive E-mails from youSince month have you been writing me that you have sent me an E-Mail outside of Revdex.com that I do not receive and your latest message was copy and pasted from a month ago.Please give me back access to my account, I’ve been waiting for long enoughI have already waited for more than months and I am already writing with you for more than months and all you do is copy and paste the same messages since months.Give me back my account, because I have very important documents on my account and if you don't give me my account and documents back I will have to go court in Germany, because I live in GermanyYou are obviously aware that what you are doing is highly illegal in Germany because you me acces and that the German court does not treat such cases very lightly, you are going towards a law suit for reparation, and your help until now is only copy and pasting the same messages from a month agoA German prosecutor will investigate *** *** or other Facebook executives if they broke German penal-laws because in Germany you can't just steal someone's property and all the documents and conversations and photos are my property and you have stolen them and what you’re doing now with my account over the last month, that you gave me my account back for days and then take it away again, that must be investigated by a German prosecutor if it’s Fraud.Give me back my account with my very important documents that I need for law suits.Best regards,*** *** *** *** ***
