HIS WAY OF LETTING THEM KNOW HE IS STALKING THEMHE IS MENTALLY ILL AND HS FAMILY FEARS HIM GREATLY ESPECIALLY HIS POOR YEAR OLD MOTHER WHO LOCKS HER HOME AT ALL TIMES AND IS AFRAID TO GO OUT.
