I went to Bright Now to have a teeth cleaning on 11/7/At the previous new client visit several months ago, which I paid out of pocket because I had to wait for Bright Now to be designated as my dental provider, I was told by the hygienist that I had periodontal diseaseShe explained that my cleaning would cost me as it is not covered by the insuranceI went in to the office to honor my scheduled appointment and asked if I could get the simple cleaning as I do not have the money to pay for the services todayI was asked by the hygienist why I didn't care about my oral health and told she would not do a regular cleaning for me because of thisThe regular cleaning would have been covered by my insuranceThis was not the first time she asked this in a very confrontational wayI went to the front office to see if I could make payment arrangements and the lady said that I could not because the total was less than $I was going to schedule a new appointment because I remembered that I have AFLAC which would reimburse me the moneyAs I was about to schedule the new appointment, I told the lady that the hygienist was rude in how she spoke to me and the hygienist swung around in the chair behind her (very sneaky) and said: "I am used to people knowing what they are here for." I am not sure why this woman thought it was acceptable to treat me so despicably, but I told the lady to forget the appointment and I will find another dentist office as she is the only hygienist there and quite frankly I will not allow myself to be disrespected like thisI sincerely hope I am not charged for the visit as I did show for the appointment and I did not receive services

Not the place to go for a check up and cleaningAfter about xrays, thorough exam by hygienist and dentist, you will be turned over to a sales person WHILE YOU ARE STILL IN THE DENTIST CHAIR! She will have a contract prepared for you to signIn my case, $plus an additional $for the oral surgeon
I do not make $decisions without some thought so I asked for the regular cleaning that my Medicare Advantage plan entitles me toSales person said NOI needed a deep cleanCost $825!
I had read about dental clinic tactics so I was not shocked, but I was disappointed to find out for myself that Bright Now Dental is uses these tactics
Once you have told the sales person you need time to think about spending $5,000, you are not allowed to talk with the dentist! That was what prompted this reviewHe may be a great dentist, but if he won't discuss any treatments with me until I sign a contract, I will find one who will

I am rejecting this response because:
This "firm" printed out a free credit report and told me to bring in more documentation after paying them $1000. That's literally all they did. I don't see how they drew up some 70 page documentation when I never even gave them any paperwork to proceed forward with it. After much research on the validity and numerous lawsuits against this firm which is public knowledge I decided to withdraw my involvement in this organization and request a refund since again they technically didn't do anything and it also took weeks for me to receive what is rightfully mine. I still have the texts and emails to prove the validity of my stance.

Mr. [redacted] hired our firm to file a bankruptcy. Signed a contract and told us to immediately work on his case.  We did exactly that.   We prepared all his paperwork including his 70 page petition.  We answered all his questions and helped him every step of the way.  Then he...

changed his mind and said we should be paid nothing.  Then he accuses of of doing nothing.  It's simply NOT true.  So, it took a few days to refund ALL his money.  So, the complaint is baseless and disappointing.

Review: I am attempting to have my dental records and xrays sent to a new dentist and when I first signed all my paperwork with Bright Now, they told me if I decided to change dentists at any time, they would transfer my xrays and dental records without question and quickly. Now, when I called the office today and spoke to [redacted], she told me that the office manager was out for the week, and that they would not be able to send my xrays to my new office. They are unable to email them, which is the requested format. Also, they are able to fax them, but the new dentist will be unable to read them. They are not able to send them any way other than by putting the information on a flash drive and having me hand carry my records on the flash drive that I purchase to the new office. I asked her what format the pictures would be in on the flash drive that would make not make it possible to email those items as well. She was unable to tell me what format the pictures are in that makes them unable to be emailed, but they are able to be put on a flashdrive. she also stated that they require a new flashdrive to be purchased and still be in the package when I bring it, so that way they don't get any viruses. the initial visit to this office was highly unpleasant as well. the office smelled like vomit and they were drilling in another patients mouth out in the open, not in a room of any sort, with staff walking through and bringing patients in and out. the dentist was also trying to convince me to have a hole drilled in a tooth that was not showing any cavities on the xrays, just to make sure there wasn't a cavity there. the whole office felt filthy. Another issue is the office has my name spelled wrong, which is surprising since they were able to get a claim to go through with my insurance company. I never did receive any sort of teeth cleaning during that initial visit, and was also told by a customer service rep that I would be getting my teeth cleaned, not just having xrays taken, that cant be sent elsewhere.Desired Settlement: DesiredSettlementID: Other (requires explanation)

I request that Bright Now provide flash drives to the patients who request their records be sent to another office, and send the records to the new office of choice. THe patient should not have to incur the debt of what Bright Now is unable to provide per their initial visit and what staff has stated to patients. I expect Bright Now to put my dental xrays on a flash drive, if that's the only way they are able to send to another office, and send

Review: Dear Revdex.com: In June, 2014 I signed up with [redacted] for medical and dental care. I was assigned to Bright Now Dental in [redacted]. As per my policy, I AM NOT SUPPOSED TO PAY ANYTHING; only $17.00 for the visit. However, I am constantly receiving a bill from Bright Now Dental, and have reported this situation to them over and over again. I am NOT responsible for their erroneous billing. I also have reported this problem to [redacted] for their review. I do not want Bright Dental to RUIN my good credit standing for an amount that is NOT DUE. Thank you.Desired Settlement: I would appreciate it if Bright Now Dental WOULD REVIEW the [redacted] policy that was sent to them from our agent's office ([redacted]). Review: My husband and I used Newport Dental over a year ago. The services provided to both of us were cleaning only. We had dental insurance, and paid our deductible as per the plan policy at the time of the work being done. In the last year we have been sent 9 billings, each reflecting $0 balance due. In October we received a bill for $76.00, which I called and they stated it was an error. Now today, in the mail a bill for $176.10. When we called the billing department the lady stated that it was a bill that the insurance company said we had utilized all of our benefits, however, all we had done was cleanings, nothing else. When we questioned her on that, and the fact that it was over a year ago, what was she talking about. She immediately said they would erase the bill, and we owed nothing. We believe that they are billing the dental insurance company for services never used, especially with Newport Dental. When we asked why we keep getting bills, when we haven't received services, she hung up on us.Desired Settlement: We want the bills to quit coming to us, we haven't used their services in over a year, and some investigation as to what they are supposedly billing us for. In talking with the insurance company, we had plenty of insurance left, after the initial cleanings.

Review: I had a root canal and crown done, I didn't have insurance and had to go through Bright now's credit department. I have made every single payment with 19 percent interest .I got a letter back in early march that stated I had 30 days to return this letter to Bright now Dental to get a refund or the money had to be sent to the state of Arizona. I sent the letter back to Bright now Dental. I called and talked to [redacted], and she told me that it would be refunded in 30 days .I called after two weeks and talked to [redacted] and she told me she hadn't done any thing with the letter. [redacted] told me to give her a week and call back and she would have a answer. I called back and she had not done anything with this issue. I called back and talked with [redacted], I told her I was still making my payments and that I thought it was not fair that I over paid and still had a credit above what I owed. [redacted] told me she found away to fix the issue and to give her a week or two and I would have my refund and no more payments do. I called back on 05/21/2014 and [redacted] checked my account and said nothing has happened, I will call you back today. I still have not heard from Bright now Dental. I feel once that I have paid my last two payments, then I will get my refund. I will have lost over a hundred dollars in the wholeissue. doesn't seem fare.Desired Settlement: Just refund the 471.00 That's all I ask!!!!!! No more lies

Review: I went to [redacted] in [redacted] office on October 2nd, 2014 for a dental service (root canal) and paid CASH $2,072 with my credit card because the office manager, she told me it is not covered by my dental insurance. But she said she would try to bill it to my insurance and if the insurance pays the office whatever amount, [redacted] will reimburse me back because I already paid for the service. Finally, my dental Insurance paid the office $588 on 10/30/2014 which is showed in the statement of my insurance, then I demanded the refund of $588 by sending 2 Certified mails (I have proofs) on January 22nd, 2015 and February 28th, 2015 to the office to request the refund. We also came to the office on November 17th, 2014 and January 27th, 2015 to meet the office manager to request the refund $588 and she said she will, but not getting any refund at all. Then on 2/21/2015, I received a statement from my insurance that they reversed the payment of $588 to [redacted] because it claimed the dental service on 10/2/2014 was not covered by insurance.

Now, the dental office continued to send bills/statements (latest bill dated 4/7/15) to request me to pay them back $588, but I already paid CASH $2,072 on the date of service 10/02/2014.

The dental office definitely CANNONT double charge me via CASH and INSURANCE on the same service on the same date.Desired Settlement: Want a letter from [redacted]l that I don't owe anything to them and stop sending future bills/statements/collections

Review: For over a yeah and half, I have been trying to get a balance statement from the dental office my wife [redacted] got her braces from. This dental office has changed office managers about 5 or 6 times, noone can give us an answer on how much we owe. We singed a contracted amount for the work done, they have changed this amount three times. My wife only required braces on her bottom teeth, yet they have charged my insurance for top and bottom services. We have called the manager, the billing manager we have gone to the office and the answer the we receive is that they don't know the answer to our questions or why they're charging my insurance for a service not provided. They promise that someone will give us a call back with a resolution. And we have been waiting for a resolution for 1.5 years. I recently had a heart attach and have not been able to take care of this matter. I am tired of not having a resolution. I need to know how much I owe, why they are charging for services not provided and why they have not corrected these issues although they have been brought up to their attention. We have attempted to call corporate with no success. No one in this company has answers and they appear to be double dipping by charging us a continuous monthly charge and charging my insurance for services not rendered.Desired Settlement: Refund of services not rendered, correction of billing statement and honoring the contracted amount. Give us our balance of what we owe them.

Review: Bright Now Dental, started doing two implants on me in Spring of 2013. They put the posts in, then attached temporary crowns until the permanent ones came in from their lab. While waiting for these permanent crowns, the temporary crowns fell off numerous times. I would go into the office, and have them "put" back on. They would fall off again, same routine over and over. At one time when I called to inform them that they fell off again, I was told to put them back on myself.

The permanent crowns came in in Oct 2013. So I go to have the permanent crowns put on; thinking that finally, this will all be over. While "attempting" to put on the permanent crowns, I hear the dentist say: "it's broken", meaning a piece that was sent from the lab was broken. Instead of stopping right there, and having re-made, the dentist insisted on putting this damaged crown on. He said he finally got it on.

All of this took place in the Aurora CO office. We moved to Loveland CO in Sep 13.

After the crowns were on they made an appointment for me at the Longmont CO office, which was closer to where we had moved. This appointment was to make sure the crowns fit properly.

I went to the apt and was told that one of them was loose. I could either "wait till it falls off, or make an appointment in 3 weeks and I will take it off, and put back on". So three weeks later I go back to the Longmont CO, officer, and am told the person I was to see, was with another patient, and couldn't see me that day. Why did they make an appointment. So they make me an appointment to see the oral surgeon at the Ft. Collins CO office. I go to that appointment, and am finally told. "we need to start all over, the original procedure was not done correctly". Just great.

They send me to the Loveland CO office to start the whole procedure over again. Finally got the permanent crowns put on in Apr 14.

Long story short; they should have sent back to the lab originally,Desired Settlement: I sent this company a registered return receipt letter in May 14. Never did get the receipt back. I asked for the whole amount be refunded to me. $7600.00. I knew they would never go for that. Anyway they offered me $500.00. After going round and round with them, I said fine. Send me the $500.00, plus a $92.00 account credit from the Aurora CO office.

They sent me a check for $342.00. They still owe me $250.00. I have tried numerous times to find out when I would receive the final check. I was tole it was mailed to me on the14th of Jul 14. Don't think so. Still haven't received it.

I want them to refund me what they owe me.

Review: Back in October or November 2014, I had a crown made for my upper back tooth, but it did not work out so I had the tooth pulled. And I had already paid through my insurance and my portion of the bill for the crown. So I was told that they would have to adjust my bill to refund me my portion of the payment that I paid for the crown, since I had another account with Smile financial which was paid in full. I have been talking to the accountant there and every week she is telling me that she is going to take care of it and as of today Jan. 23, 2015 it has not been taken care of and also I am receiving a statement from[redacted] stating that I owe them $53.20 which she also told me that it was a mistake and yet again it has not been taken care of. I call today 01/23/15 and she answer the phone and acknowledge that it was me and gave the phone to the receptionist and did not get back on the line and also did not return my call. So I called and told the receptionist that I will let the Revdex.com handle this because it doesn't make any since for a business to do their clients like that.

I will never go there again!! Takes way too long, and they don't do their research before starting the dental work. I was told they would only do the work the insurance would pay for, I ended up getting a bill for 192.00.
