Review: The service the dentist provided was not completed, he will not do further work or issue a refund.Over the past year I've been seen by a dentist at this location several dozen times. I had three crowns placed before he was done increasing my vertical dimension(space between nose and chin). Either the crowns are too small and need to be redone, or the extra money spent increasing my vertical dimension should never have been charged and should be refunded. He knew he was increasing my vertical dimension when he placed the three crowns, but he placed them anyway. Then he said I needed to pay more to continue with treatment or the crowns would need to be redone. I paid the additional fees to avoid having the crowns redone. He opened my mouth so much further that now the crowns are too short. Now, I'm in the middle of a treatment plan, but he has told me to look for treatment elsewhere. I tried to find another dentist to take over, but they are unsure of what he was trying to accomplish. After being told that, we started complaining about this issue and he now says he is willing to treat me, but is unwilling to tell me what he will do or how much it will cost.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of $2959.00 (fees after placing the crowns) since increasing the vertical dimension after placing the crowns should never have been done and a refund for the three crowns to both myself and my insurance company as well as the charge for a core build-up on a tooth that was never crowned, so that I can have them redone.

Review: Dear Revdex.com: In Sept. 2014, I signed up with the [redacted] Program under [redacted]. According to my dental plan, and my agent, [redacted], all I had to pay at the dental office was $17.00 (which I paid on 3/12/15). I was seen at Bright Now Dental for an exam and xrays which were only supposed to be $17.00! Now I am receiving a bill for $44.00 from Bright Now Dental CONSTANTLY. I have called [redacted] and my agent has ASSURED ME that I AM NOT RESPONSBILE FOR THIS BILL AND THAT THIS IS A BILLING ERROR. I HAVE CALLED THE SATELLITE OFFICE OF BRIGHT NOW, WHICH IS LOCATED AT [redacted]., [redacted]; AND THEY JUST KEEP ON SENDING ME THIS BILL! I AM SICK AND TIRED OF IT AND I AM REQUESTING YOUR ASSISTANCE IN THIS MATTER. SINCE THE HEADQUARTERS FOR BRIGHT NOW DENTAL ARE BASED IN IRVINE, CA; I HAVE CONTACTED YOUR OFFICE. Review: I visited the Bright Now Dental facility on Harbor Blvd in Costa Mesa around May 2014 for a dental cleaning. After an initial examination, it was recommended that I have a detailed cleaning done (called periodontal scaling on the bill). I was originally advised that I would need to make two separate appointments because the insurance carrier would only pay for a maximum of two quadrants per visit. Because of knee surgery already planned for June 2014, I did not go back to set up the appointments until early August 2014. When I visited the facility again, I asked about setting up two appointments, I was informed at that point that I could do everything in one visit. The appointment was set up for August 16. I just received my explanation of benefits statement and notice that insurance only covered $132 and I got stuck with the balance of $395.Desired Settlement: I have no intention of paying the balance because I was given incorrect information when making my appointment in August. I had already paid my copayment of $132 prior to the cleaning being done. If I had been told up front I would have had to pay over $500 total for the cleaning, I would have never had it done.

Bottom line, office screwed up, office eats cost out of their pocket
