BringMeThat's mission is to let customers order from every delivery restaurant in the U.SIn order to do so we plan to help get all restaurants online by showing them the convenience of online ordering and provide a comprehensive and easy way for customers to orderSince we're just getting started, we don't yet have a direct relationship with some of our listed restaurantsTo make sure our customers can still order online, we personally phone in the orders and pay with our company credit for security reasons so that no one ever sees your credit card

Hi,Thanks for your response and we apologize for the confusion As stated in the chat, we only charge a fee for our service and the restaurant charges for the food Sometimes the prices on the menu displayed are not up to date if the restaurant doesn't inform us, and this is clearly
stated on the cart and checkout page in the tooltip right above the words 'Total' and also on our FAQ page ***Because of the confusion, we've refunded our service fee but unfortunately are unable to refund for the food because the food was actually charged directly from the restaurant, not from us.Regards,BringMeThat Customer Support
