Hi ***,We apologize for the inconvenience After looking at our records it looks like your order for delivery was forwarded to the delivery service *** *** says that they went to your house and tried to contact you over the phone but were unable to get a hold of you,
which is why the food was not delivered Unfortunately *** did not refund us for the purchase because their delivery person has already paid the restaurant for the food, which is why you were automatically charged on our end However, we understand that you didn't receive the your meal so we're happy to refund you the $on our end We've processed this refund on February *** and it should be reflected on your credit card statement within the next 1-business days Please let us know if you have any questions or inquiries.Regards,BringMeThat Customer Support

The fact that you did not know the prices is that you in fact called my order in over the phone which I could of did myselfThere was nothing stating that that is what this service wasAs far as anyone knew it was the website for the restaurantSo I do not feel I am responsible for this message up and feel that I am responsible for my refundI believe y'all do to or y'all wouldn't of sent me this email.......** ***

Good evening, I do not accept BringmeThat, Inc's response as it is fraudulent and incorrect The message indicates that they were unable to provide me with the agreed upon service due to the restaurant no longer offering delivery That is invalid and incorrect because I personally spoke to the managers of that Greek reataurant and they advised that BringmeThat, Inc is illegally using their business name They stated that they did not stop doing delivery and have never received a phone call or any form of contact from BringmeThat, Inc Regardless, I would have never known that they were never processing my request had I not personally contacted the Greek restaurant myself I do not trust BringMeThat, Inc and feel that they are doing business in Bad Faith

They've requested an order number, but the situation is that they took my money but did not process my order, so how in the world would I have an order number? Therefore, I am rejecting their response, because they choose to not resolve the issue, since they obviously know that I do not have an order numberI want my money backI don't care howIt's not like their company will go under for giving me my money backIt's literally less than dollarsWhy can't they just give me back my money? Attached is the email that proves that they took my money but did not give me my foodIn that email, it says that I will receive my money back and I never didThe company will not go broke if they just give me my money backI don't see what the big deal is.
