Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to resolve this issue After researching this I see the customer did have work done twice at our shop in Parkland as she indicated If the vehicle is still leaking I would recommend she bring it into a different bucky's location so we can see what is happening now Unfortuanley as cars get older they tend to develop more issues and the cooling system has numerous areas it can leak from It may be a simple fix and can possibly be fixed free of charge Locations can be found at buckys.com Regards, Dennis A***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: This is a horrible accusation they have just said about meYes I left a negative review based on how I was treated at the shopI am not trying to black mail anyone! I just received an email to come to the shop so they can inspect it by the same man who refused to help me the first timeHow can I have peace of mind going to this place when 1, they already refuse to help me once, they are now accusing me of black mail? I DO NOT TRUST THEIR COMPANY! I want a refund for the BAD break job they did and I want to take my business elsewhere, I will also post your reply so people can see how you treat your customers!

Thank you for the opportunity to reply to this and erroneous complaint First off they did NOT pay $for brake repair, it was $ Secondly the shop manager and myself emailed them multiple times offering to inspect it for freeThe manager also left voice mails offering the same They have been posting negative reviews in an attempt to blackmail us into refunding money for the job we did They are welcome to return to any of our locations to fix and repair the issue

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: When I initially drive my vehicle off there lot at the Auburn location, it didn't drive rightAny person who actually took the time to do the job right and then test drive it, would have realized this, however it was released to me, and u drove it home, at which point it broke down , and Buckys sent Genes towing to tie it backI was not compensated for this, but was told it actually wasn't ready to go, it needed a transmissionWally told me it would be another $I agreed and then he called and said he fixed it , at no extra cost but didn't say what was wrongSo I picked it up, and paid him the remainder of what was owedMy car was broken into twice while it was there as well and parts taken out that Walky said was replacedBy insuranceSo, because I thought he was a nice guy, I even said I would come back and tip himThen months later, and he states it because I didn't put oil in it? No one advised me of this just like when I drove it off the lot the first time and it broke downI want a full refund! They never did the job rightI also kept having an issue with what they said was a radiator tanks overflow that kept making my car overheat, I drove back like last month and the said I didn't need to put more water in it, the hose was loose and they fixed itDid they just break the gauge? Because now the engine blew! At least before I took it to Buckys I was getting a message off my dash that I needed to cool my car offThe dial would go from the middle to the h, and smokeI would put water in the radiator and it would coolNever once did they call me to tell me they ordered that part (the overflow on the radiator) to do that job right, which I think is part of the engine-not sureNever once, and now I'm with a carSincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Our agreement in was that you would take care of the damage caused by the Auburn Bucky's during a routine timing belt replacementMy vehicle was towed from Bellingham to the Everett Bucky's where I was told that the cause of the 'Check Engine' light was a "computer issue" I later learned that the valves had been damaged You did not respond to the multiple letters I sent you in 2016, though I verified with your office you received them The total cost to fix the damage caused by your company is $2, I have not received payment and you have not honored our agreement Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Thank you for the opportunity to review and respond to this complaint After reviewing this issue it is unfortunate, but true, the customer failed to maintain her vehicle and allowed it to run without oil Her engine, like any other vehicle, needs to have the oil changed and fluids checked at the owners manual and/or dealer recommended intervals Had she done this she would not be in this situation I do feel for her and can give her another motor with 20% of parts and laborIf this is acceptable please let us know Regards, Dennis A***

This is the only communication this person has had with me and there have been no communications attempts made either to my phone or to my personal emailIf Dennis wishes to apologize and make this repair right at a different location, I will accept this arrangement, however I would need to hear from him in writing including his apology and proposal in writing and deliver his proposal directly to me at my personal email address at ***@yahoo.com or text me and/or call me at ***

I responded to this customer through Yelp offering to do the job over at a different Bucky's. I did also apologize. I did not hear back as the customer seems more interested in pasting this complaint all over the internet

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:I had called Bucky's in Parkland (1/30/16) prior to making the complaintBryce, the manager, was not thereMarvin, manager from Fife location, was there for the dayI informed him of everything and he recommended for me to bring my truck to his location and see what they could do and or findI was up to doing that but after reading the bad reviews on Revdex.com website, I became hesitant on taking my truck thereThere were bad reviews for the Fife locationI am afraid to take my truck to any Bucky's location...I do want this resolved and my truck fixed RIGHTI feel I have been given the run around so that I am forced to return and have more work done and more money spent
FYI: I bought this truck brand newIt is shy of thousand milesTook very good care of it and has never been an aggressive driver. Sincerely,*** ***
