Thank you for the opportunity to reply to this and erroneous complaint. First off they did NOT pay $for brake repair, it was $296. Secondly the shop manager and myself emailed them multiple times offering to inspect it for free. The manager also left voice mails
offering the same They have been posting negative reviews in an attempt to blackmail us into refunding money for the job we did. They are welcome to return to any of our locations to fix and repair the issue

I am rejecting this response because:I have sufficient proof that points that the damage is due to the bad service performed at buckysI am not the only person with the exact same problem with that storeThe worse part is that when I did go get the car towed home about weeks ago they were working on the car without my permissionThe coolant reservoir was changed and new coolant was addedAnd to top it off I have yet to receive a call back or email back from anyone to help me resolve the issue or atleast to explain why you won'tThe people at Buckys drove my car to test it a couple of times knowing that I had told them it was startling to overheatAnd they did nothing to fix itI took it three times for this problem and they solved nothingThis business has many complaints and they all are due to the bad service and quality they provideIf no actual resolution is given to me then I will have to take it to court

Thank you for the opportunity to review and respond to this complaint. After reviewing this issue it is unfortunate, but true, the customer failed to maintain her vehicle and allowed it to run without oil. Her engine, like any other vehicle, needs to have the oil changed and fluids
checked at the owners manual and/or dealer recommended intervals. Had she done this she would not be in this situation. I do feel for her and can give her another motor with 20% of parts and labor. If this is acceptable please let us know

routine timing belt replacementMy vehicle was towed from Bellingham to the Everett Bucky's where I was told that the cause of the 'Check Engine' light was a "computer issue". I later learned that the valves had been damaged. You did not respond to the multiple letters I sent you in 2016, though I verified with your office you received them. The total cost to fix the damage caused by your company is $2,695.58. I have not received payment and you have not honored our agreement

I am rejecting this response because: This is a horrible accusation they have just said about meYes I left a negative review based on how I was treated at the shopI am not trying to black mail anyone! I just received an email to come to the shop so they can inspect it by the same man who refused to help me the first timeHow can I have peace of mind going to this place when 1, they already refuse to help me once, they are now accusing me of black mail? I DO NOT TRUST THEIR COMPANY! I want a refund for the BAD break job they did and I want to take my business elsewhere, I will also post your reply so people can see how you treat your customers!

We had an agreement which I honored back in 2015, It appears I will need to defend myself in court. Respectfully, Dennis

I am willing to look at any and all invoices from another shop documenting anything we did wrong to either of the vehicles. If the Air conditioning is still under warranty I can refer her to any of our Bucky's locations so we can fix it immediately. Regards,Dennis A***

air conditioning would be fixed for $+ $for a free inspection+ tax which I've already overpaid forMy air conditioning doesn't work and I was told quote "For $plus $plus tax we will fix your air conditioning." I took them at their word and give them every cent I could scrape togetherIf they couldn't do as they said and told me a higher price I would not of had the work done as I couldn't of afforded more

I am rejecting this response because: as you can see in all my documentation the fire was caused because of the serpentine belt which was incorrectly put in by the Buckys staffThere is also no mention of an oil leak.

this response because: MrA*** has asked me to forward documents to him concerning this issue. My response is the following:
The non-profit organization did not give me a written document stating repairs that did not have to be done....I do not know of any shop that would give a customer a list of items that DO NOT have to be repaired.
MrA*** can verify my complaint by using Bucky's computer system....Jan I paid for power steering flush at Lynnwood store.....May Everett store serviced my car with oil change and issued a list of repairs to be done, which included the flush. The additional repairs can be debated and I can not prove wrong doing; however, when you have documented repair dispute within the Bucky's organization all additional repairs suggested must come into question
THIS is the issue - Everett Bucky's got caught in trying to get UNNECESSARY car services from a NEW unknowing customer. ONE service that would cost over $- multiple that by ? customers and Bucky's has created a cash cow. Bucky's can say they have done the service (because it did not have to be done) and come away with free cash. Maybe each Bucky's store has a repair rate that must be accomplished each month; therefore, shops that do not get specific services from customers are demoted or dismissed. I know of one popular repair shop that puts high pressure on employees to get monthly performance rates Only MrA*** knows what standards and customer values he has set for his stores
I believe the unethical practices performed by Everett store employees must be addressed, why are stores preforming repairs not necessary and gaining large profits from unknowing customers.Sincerely,Carolyn Kenney

Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to resolve this issue. After researching this I see the customer did have work done twice at our shop in Parkland as she indicated. If the vehicle is still leaking I would recommend she bring it into a different bucky's location so we can see
what is happening now. Unfortuanley as cars get older they tend to develop more issues and the cooling system has numerous areas it can leak from. It may be a simple fix and can possibly be fixed free of charge. Locations can be found at buckys.com

I am very sorry to hear the customer is upset. But I am surprised the customer will not provide me with any documentation to back up her accusations. I am willing to look into this anytime I can see some paperwork from the other shop.

I understand the customers frustration but unfortunately as vehicles get older they develop more and more issues. I am sorry her transmission is bad but we are not a transmission repair shop and did nothing to her transmission If she would like to sell me the car I will give her
$for it
