It appears that Budget1Fence just came out and pushed the End Post towards the panel; there is still an opening between the fence and the Post; that is the way it started and over time the opening got wider They need to connect it somehow with a glue or whatever they use so that it will not separate over time, again There was a foot and a half of snow on the Patio with a persons foot prints leading to the fence; what exactly did they use to fix itIt took over years and you contacting for them to come out to just push the post to the fence If they would just resolve this issue correctly, they would never hear from me again They should call before they come to assure that I will be home.I will never recommend this company to anyone During one of my calls to them the Owner, [redacted] (I was told he was the owner) told me that he was not going to fix it and there was nothing that I could do about it Thank You, Ms [redacted] N [redacted]

I called budget fence and it took over a month to just get them out here to install the poles when they say they are gonna call they don't.I was told yesterday Monday Oct th that they would be out that day or Tuesday to finish.it's now Tuesday at4pm and no fence so I called and got a call back by Joe.who was extremely rude and said I would have to wait til wed I explained how I was told by the sectrary that it would be finished today..so I told the man it has to finish it today or I would call another company he then started yelling at me was so rude..so the installation manager who was nice..but now I am reading these reviews and I am afraid it won't be done I have never been so mad and disrespected before.the guy was a total jerk

permitted We have one crew that works during that time frame.
I know he started calling the end of April about the gateWe did finally go out and look at and it and when Mr*** called back he was told that to solve the problem we would install a drop rod at a cost of $to help with the problem, he was also informed that wood is a natural by-product and is no warranty for warping He said alright with that He called back the next day and said he didn't think he should have to pay for it After talking back and forth (and no yelling or swearing only word was friggin, he was very professional ) he said he would do it for nothing, the customer hung up and himHe never even spoke to his wifeMr*** is not telling the whole truth
He did call back and spoke with me and said he did not want us to come and take care of the problem, he did say he was going to complain to you and then hung up on meI was in the office the whole time the owner spoke with him and there was no yelling or swearing,
We will not refund the price of the gate or installation, as I said wood does warp and is not warrantedID #***

I was told that the fence was old and that he would have to locate the replacement parts. But why would he send a repair man on July 4th to correct the problem, and the repairman stated he had the wrong material. When I did talk to ***, why did he promise to show up numerous times to fix the fence, and never show up??? The numerous phone calls made to ***'s cell and to the office, were never returned. If *** would have just returned my calls and not ignored me maybe things would have been different. I still will have a broken fence. My neighbor was looking at getting a new fence from *** also, after talking to *** (my neighbor) recently, he told me *** never returned his calls either!!!
Hopefully, I will receive my money back within the days.
P.S. I don't have a signed contract, I have a proposal
I advised the company that the two posts are warped, causing
the fence to be crooked Of course if the posts warped, they will make the fence wavy
The owner advised me that they are not covered in the
warranty, but did come out and looked at them and yes they are bad, and yes he
will have them replaced
Still after almost weeks of no shows and no call backs
from my call, they have never been out to replace the posts as promised
verbally by the owner, which I took in good faith
I never told the other client on my street that they paid too much for his
fence , how would I know what he should pay, as his job was different
than mine. I never once told this
gentleman that they are crooks, never came out of my mouth, and never said his
job would not be done properly. The other client is making this stuff up, so now the owner is using this scenario just to get out of replacing these posts per the owners

tell this other client that our fence went up quick, and it looked nice, the
guys who came were nice, but did tell him our posts warped after weeks and

It appears that Budget1Fence just came out and pushed the End Post towards the panel; there is still an opening between the fence and the Post; that is the way it started and over time the opening got wider They need to connect it somehow with a glue or whatever they use so that it will not separate over time, again There was a foot and a half of snow on the Patio with a persons foot prints leading to the fence; what exactly did they use to fix itIt took over years and you contacting for them to come out to just push the post to the fence If they would just resolve this issue correctly, they would never hear from me again They should call before they come to assure that I will be home.I will never recommend this company to anyone During one of my calls to them the Owner, [redacted] (I was told he was the owner) told me that he was not going to fix it and there was nothing that I could do about it Thank You, Ms [redacted] N [redacted]
The entire response from Budget fence is incorrectFirst and for most there is no granddaughter here, I do not know what they are talking about and they must have the wrong family and houseThere is no granddaughter period There was no utility company here laying flags down and they did not haul away the old fenceI in fact had a friend come while the installers were here and take the fence away in front of them The owner promised to come out and look at the fence and did not show up We have not been in contact with the installers since the fence was installed so that is also a lieand the installers did infact come out and leave minutes later and did not come back for another daysFACT! I have not had any internet for the last couple of weeks do to issues with the internet company having a problem providing service in our area I missed the response time because of this so I would like to do whatever I need to in continuing with the complaintI will refile in need be It is most upsetting the flat out lies that Budget fence is giving out including adding a grandchild to a family that does not have anyThat is not only stupid on their part but insulting to usWe expressed our dislike for the fence from day one and questioned the installers about not finishing it correctly to the point of them having to make a call to someone to continue to finish the job I do not like dishonest people and I do not appreciate lies being made about me and my family When the owner says he will come out to the house, I EXPECT HIM TO KEEP HIS WORD! I called budget fence and it took over a month to just get them out here to install the poles when they say they are gonna call they don't.I was told yesterday Monday Oct th that they would be out that day or Tuesday to finish.it's now Tuesday at4pm and no fence so I called and got a call back by Joe.who was extremely rude and said I would have to wait til wed I explained how I was told by the sectrary that it would be finished today..so I told the man it has to finish it today or I would call another company he then started yelling at me was so rude..so the installation manager who was nice..but now I am reading these reviews and I am afraid it won't be done I have never been so mad and disrespected before.the guy was a total jerk
I'm sorry to say that I've been scammed by this company also,when I do get someone on the phone nothing but excuses,now they don't even answer.I'll have to find another company to do the work.These guys give crooks a bad name
I called Budget Fence today for the 3rd time in months to find out why someone has not shown up to fix our gate that keeps coming apartThey told me that they would be sending someone out after my first calls but no one has ever shown or calledToday I was hung up on by a man who had a rotten attitude from the moment he picked up the phoneI now regret not checking the Revdex.com reports before paying thousands of dollars to this pathetic companyAll I can say is if you need a fence do NOT use this company!

Mr. *** fence was finished being installed on 11/23/not the end of OctoberWe are not closed during the winter so I do not know who he spoke withWe installed jobs in December, January and when the weather
permitted We have one crew that works during that time frame.
I know he started calling the end of April about the gateWe did finally go out and look at and it and when Mr*** called back he was told that to solve the problem we would install a drop rod at a cost of $to help with the problem, he was also informed that wood is a natural by-product and is no warranty for warping He said alright with that He called back the next day and said he didn't think he should have to pay for it After talking back and forth (and no yelling or swearing only word was friggin, he was very professional ) he said he would do it for nothing, the customer hung up and himHe never even spoke to his wifeMr*** is not telling the whole truth
He did call back and spoke with me and said he did not want us to come and take care of the problem, he did say he was going to complain to you and then hung up on meI was in the office the whole time the owner spoke with him and there was no yelling or swearing,
We will not refund the price of the gate or installation, as I said wood does warp and is not warrantedID #***

I was told that the fence was old and that he would have to locate the replacement parts. But why would he send a repair man on July 4th to correct the problem, and the repairman stated he had the wrong material. When I did talk to ***, why did he promise to show up numerous times to fix the fence, and never show up??? The numerous phone calls made to ***'s cell and to the office, were never returned. If *** would have just returned my calls and not ignored me maybe things would have been different. I still will have a broken fence. My neighbor was looking at getting a new fence from *** also, after talking to *** (my neighbor) recently, he told me *** never returned his calls either!!!
Hopefully, I will receive my money back within the days.
P.S. I don't have a signed contract, I have a proposal
I advised the company that the two posts are warped, causing
the fence to be crooked Of course if the posts warped, they will make the fence wavy
The owner advised me that they are not covered in the
warranty, but did come out and looked at them and yes they are bad, and yes he
will have them replaced
Still after almost weeks of no shows and no call backs
from my call, they have never been out to replace the posts as promised
verbally by the owner, which I took in good faith
I never told the other client on my street that they paid too much for his
fence , how would I know what he should pay, as his job was different
than mine. I never once told this
gentleman that they are crooks, never came out of my mouth, and never said his
job would not be done properly. The other client is making this stuff up, so now the owner is using this scenario just to get out of replacing these posts per the owners
promise. If I said these things, I would
like to hear a recording of them or proof.
Which they wont have since I never said anything of the sort. What I did
tell this other client that our fence went up quick, and it looked nice, the
guys who came were nice, but did tell him our posts warped after weeks and
was still waiting to get them replaced I advised maybe he can keep an eye out for his
since he has so many, just in case something happened. Whatever
else he told the company was his own words, not mine. I had no intentions on going there to bad
mouth them up and down. When the owner
called me to tell me about this, they would not even let me speak, he told me
to f--- off and hung up, not the first time he has done that, and so did the
office manager, she hung up on me. They did not even want
to hear my sideAt this point I do not want them to step foot on my property, I
want this story out there so other consumers can see it, just like the other
ones I have read on here. Same thing has

Budget fence only came out to fix the fence after the media threatened to do a story on their lack of professionalism (Phone call on 9/29/2014). On the next day(9/30/) low and behold budget fence shows up and enters the property through a latched gate while we were at work, we received a phone call that someone was in are back yard.After finding out it was budget fence *** left work and called them to ask why we weren't notified of their comingShe was met with the same rude and indignant tone we have received all along(months)If anyone needs to work on their people skills it would be *** and ***.How can we be the ones who are difficult to communicate with after dozens of phone calls and numerous no shows .I will be notifying the manufacturer and replacing the defective fence panels myself because I want nothing further to due with this so called business .Regards,
