I have know idea why we WERE TOLD THAT THE PERSON THERE WAS HER GRANDDAUGHTER IF SHE WASN'T . I faxed you a copy of the contract showing that she okayed a 5 ft fence, and as far as the fence goes we did take it down but she gave it to some one else who wanted to re use it,.( We even stacked it for the man.) ,so we gave her $25.00 off for not hauling it away.
As far as the being upset I am very upset that I am being called a LIAR about things that have been said to me and I am very sorry that Mrs. [redacted] doesn't remember conversations. she has had with us. I do not know what she expects but I am very done with this lady who for some reason or another doesn't remember.
I am sorry [redacted] did not get the quality of service he expected. No excuse the first time he was told that we were told we were going to be there. As for the second time he was told that it would be either Monday or Tuesday, we showed up Tuesday and he called the police and threw us off...
the property because we didn't show up on Monday. Then he called us back 2 hours later wanting us to return immediately to finish the fence. I had already assigned another job to his installer and he expected us to walk off that job and finish his. His job was completed in a timely manner but when he was called about rain delays he didn't want to except the fact that outside construction of any kind will have delays that we do not see until the job is started ( rain,digging, etc.). I spoke to her each time I called except for the December call and the last call when a male, who would not identify himself, did use foul language and yell at me. here is Mrs [redacted]s contract it states 91 ft. of cedar BOB fence 5ft HIGH. She signed the contract for that . We told her if she wanted it 6 ft. she would have to pay the additional cost. I am sorry that she thinks that . The customer states she...
wanted Board on Board and that is what she had put in . And as far as coming out for 5 mins.it was the utility company that came out and flagged the property so we would not hit any lines. Our installers came out and took down the old fence and hauled away and then set the post and came back and finished the job. she was happy with job when we finished. We told her we would make it a Solid Wood Overlay but she would have to pay for the material and labor. We sold her what she wanted I do not know what else to say. As for the time frame the weather was bad and the installer did keep in touch with her. Mrs. [redacted] was fine at first until her granddaughter got involved. Her granddaughter was calling her demanding that we put the fence to what her grandmother ordered and we told her to look at the contract ,that that is what we did.
We tried to explain it to her but she didn't want to hear it .And when she started to curse at me I hung up.
If she wants this taken care of she will have to pay for the labor and material.

We were never notified by any news station so if the called one we did not know and the reason we went there when we did was because we had an OPENING TO FIX THE FENCE. Also we were told their daughter was 15 not 23 years old.. When they called to let us know about the fence the only problem was that the fence was leaning nothing else. When the installer went there he noticed the black marks going the marks going almost all around the very bottom of the fence as if someone was running a lawnmower or other equipment to close to the fence.. And as far as the panel that looks like someone put something to close to it and melted it. They had this fence done last year ,we finished on 7 /13/13. They didn't notice any of the marks or anything else than. We fixed the leaning of the fence and I am sorry that we could not satisfy them but we did do what we were told to fix when they first contacted us.
And I am not even going to justify what Mr. [redacted] has said about me ,but I was a service manager for a major company for 32 years. I did retire and I know when I am aware when someone is being rude and impossible. If someone would talk to their older relatives that way they wouldn't tolerate it.
