I ordered some big head cut outs for my nieces graduation. I paid extra for same day printing and overnight shipping. The product never came. I did get an email from FedEx saying that they printed a shipping label, but the product was never shipped. I've been emailing them, calling them, using their 24/7 online chat and have not received a response. Today, their 24/7 online chat is "unavailable". I have reported the charge to my credit card so I can be credited the amount, since the company hasn't sent me the product or refunded my money.

If I could leave no stars I would. I ordered and received the wrong heads. Waited forever on the chat and was told the right heads would be overnighted. And would arrive the next day. They did not. So I paid $90 for heads to arrive after the graduation I needed them for. I emailed customer service twice and never heard anything. There are plenary of sites that make this product. Use one of them not this one.

Please give this company an F! I purchased a package from them through Groupon and on their website it was giving me the error that I had exceeded the limit of trying to use my coupon code. This no phone number to speak with a live person so I used chat and the chat agent told me that she would process my order manually, then in the middle of processing the order she said her manager told her not to process my order. When I asked her why would he tell her that she couldn't and didn't answer my question. She told me her manager wanted my contact number to call and speak with me, and she made the comment "If he calls" so she already knew that he wouldn't be calling me. I've lost money on my purchase, it's a lost for me but a gain for them because they have my money and I have no product. Please look at the reviews on your site, their website reviews and you also can Google reviews on their company. A lot of customers have had very bad experiences.

The worst company ever. Emails don't work, nobody answers the phones, returns texts.... NOTHING!!!! THEY RUINED MY NEPHEW'S GRADUATION AND I STILL HAVEN'T HEARD ANYTHING FROM THEM. I am taking to my lawyer right now.

Oh and please also make not that after I made this review I was contacted by Bryan Price 480-227-9190 who had a violent tone about my complaint. Tere are errors on my Instagram frame and with the face fan cut outs. My order was supposed to be recieved on May 22nd. It was not until I mentioned legal action via Twitter, text, email and voicemail that I was contacted. Your site stated if you order before 6PM, pay for same day and overnight, you'll receive your order the next day. I ordered Monday before 6PM and was sent an email at 12AM and 5AM the next morning starting that there was an error with my order. I have screenshots of the emails, unanswered texts, live chat attempts, call log, etc. if you all really want to take it there. I have NO PROBLEM sharing, and Bryan miay I suggest you take a service excellence course because you're very unprofessional and poorly trained.

Terrible service -- Arrived late.
I ordered my product on the 7th. Rec'd a confirmation it was shipped on the 8th. On the 17th I still did not have my product. I tracked it and found they had not even sent it until the 13th. Hence, the product will be too late for me to use at my event and useless to me. They refuse to give me a refund. STEER CLEAR! BUYER BEWARE!!!

Poor customer and outrageous shipping fees. They are scam artist and attempt to practice unscrupulous business tactics. Trust me when I say, I would never do business with this company again. They won't even refund my money after making a purchase! Do not trust them. They will not guarantee any means of shipping unless you pay $100 or more. The company representatives including the website stated numerous times that they cannot guarantee shipping/receiving date unless you purchase a guaranteed shipping option. They also rudely stated that it is my decision and that no one is forcing my hand. "Pay it or don't it - it's your choice!" So, in order to trust that I will have guaranteed shipping, one has to pay you $99 or as much as $135 for a product that cost significantly less than that. You are outrageous and I would never do business with you further! Beware.

I requested a bulk quote last minute and they were able to fulfill and impress our entire team. Thanks Buildahead.

Horrible customer service. I was supposed to get three free heads with my $49 purchase. When I didn’t receive the free 3 head photos in the mail I called their customer service. They spoke with a manager and advised me to make another purchase to get my 3 free heads!!!! Why would anyone need that many head photos on a stick. They basically blamed me for selecting the wrong option and would not help to remediate the situation. Horrible.

I placed my order for 5 items to be printed by 2-3 day priority. I got an email letting saying my product was ready to ship on 4/23 but the actual date it shipped out was 4/30 with an arrival date of 5/2. tried to call company helpline and left a message. got no response. tried several times on the live chat line and was referred to the phone number with no person answered the phone. the company banner states if you order before 6 pm you can have an overnight order. I tried to call and get my order corrected on 4/30 and got no resolution. my tracking number for the order showed that it is still in Arizona on 4/30. I know that they could reprint my order and get it to me. but they refuse to do so. I want my order and a refund of all of my money. I ordered the items way before your timeline and I am denied what I asked for. this was for a special day and now I am without what I wanted. I will never order from this company. I want my money back and I want my items on 5/1 as promised.

Order was shipped out the next day as ordered. Customer did not choose guaranteed shipping, customer chose less expensive 2-3 day non guaranteed delivery date. We offer guaranteed options at checkout. USPS has not updated tracking and will not refund because the order was shipped less than a week ago and is set to arrive on time. Customer wants by specific date. Although shipping carrier will not refund because non guaranteed service was used, we offered to refund the customers order or ship out a new order. Refund submitted. On 4/12, I ordered two Big Head's for my wedding on 4/18. My brother and brother in law can't make it so I thought it would be funny to include them in the photos this way.

I paid for same day shipping, and paid a little extra on shipping to make sure it got here on time.

As of 4/17, my tracking still says a label was created on 4/12 and the package is not in USPS position. If they actually shipped like promised and were paid to do, it would've delivered in time.

Their same day shipping is a GIMMICK! I should've known better. Sure you'll have tracking that day, but who knows when they'll get around to actually shipping it.

I emailed them to cancel the order and issue a refund. My wedding is a day away, and I have no use for for them otherwise. Such a waste of time and money.

Happy with my decision to do business with Build-A-Head, our company put in a last-minute large order for an event, they went out of their way to make sure our order was perfect and that we received on time.

The best in the business. I ordered very last minute, the customer service checked the quality of my photos very quickly and offered me the same day shipping so my big heads would make it in time for my event. The great customer service was much appreciated.

I tried to order 6 build a head's for a youth wrestling team. I made it through the portal to upload pics and then the screen was grayed out for payment. I called the number and they offered a 24 hour phone call back OR immediate response from the Live Support. My conversation is documented with them upon request. They said they could help me quickly with ordering manually. I provided 6 photos at 9:10am and they asked me to allow 2-3 minuted to check the photos. At 9:28am I asked if everything was okay. They responded at 9:33am stating that they are working on it. They then gave me information that I would have no training to know what they meant to only tell me 2 photos were not useable. I sent them 2 more at 9:51am. Again, they asked for 2-3 minutes to check the photos. The remainder of our conversation is listed below. (***It is 11:13 am and I am STILL waiting on a response):

At 11am I will have been on this chat for 2 hours with an order that should have taken a few minutes. I am becoming frustrated with this whole process. 2-3 minutes have turned into an hour to check these 2 pictures. It only took 30 minutes with 6 pictures. I am now asking for a response, it is being read, and not getting a response. Can you PLEASE answer the live chat? I really need to get this off my list of to do's for these 6 boys who have worked so hard to make it to a state wrestling tournament.

Not a customer of ours and doesn’t have a purchase on our site. *** asked us to check her photos for free which is usually a paid service and we were doing that for her before she left two complaints in the meantime. We will not be working with this person. Thank you.

I was contacted by the business, not to resolve the issue, but to decline business to me based on the complaint I filed. The Revdex.com should be made aware of who they place their credentials on in the business world. I never once asked for a free service as stated below, it was the business that asked for the pictures and asked if I would wait while they checked the photos. I am requesting that the Revdex.com leave my rating and my comments on the site as they are founded as evidenced in the chat, provided by live support from the company directly. I am not comfortable with the business accusing me of attempting to gather free services when it was not my intention. I was provided with terrible customer service and would think that a business person trying to do right by the customers would be embarrassed by the customer service levels that his company provided and has documented rather than defending them and asking for the comments to be deleted for other customers to see.

Andrew- we were indeed checking on the persons multiple photos via our live customer service (which weren’t good quality photos so our team attempted to assist her) when in the middle of it she left a Revdex.com review while staff was working for her at no cost. This takes time away from our staff and affects our business reputation and is not how Revdex.com is utilized not does it reflect our customer service. Because of the already false claims by ***, this leads us to not risk making a custom order and sending across the country for someone that will claim more false things and want a refund. This seems like a scam person and we do not want to work with them based on their already false accusations and trouble they are causing us while not even being our customer. Please remove the complaint, we called and politely told the customer we will not be working with them.

There is a history of my review on Revdex.com's website. I would like to know what false claims I have made towards the company? I was on live support, evidenced by the records even supplied by the company, attempting to actually complete the order I went through on the website. I started the chat at 9am - 912am was told to wait 2-3 minutes for a response. 930am I reached out to ask if everything was okay. at 945am they finally finally let me know 2 out of 6 pictures were not useable. I forwarded 2 more and at 952am they set another expectation of 2-3 minutes. At 1036am I sent 3 messages asking if everything was okay as they were being read and not answered. they finally responded at 1116am (1 hour and 24 minutes later) and told me it was not downloading, to send the m another way. My review and complaint to the Revdex.com cam AFTER the non responsiveness of the chat person. The company contacted me later that evening, rudely and agitated, stating "since you are moving forward with the complaint, we decline to work with you". Since then, I have received an offer from the company, 02.27.2019 @ 906am stating I was eligible for a free offer of their product. Yet, they state to you that they do not want to work with me. My intent is to leave the review as is due to the true statements that I was in fact on a chat with them for 2 hours and 28 minutes and 32 seconds as documented by THEIR chat transcripts. They should be ashamed of how they treat people and how their employees have chosen to respond and that amount of time. Again, it was the CHAT REP that told me they would check pictures as I know of nothing in the industry that would lead me to believe that this was a service that others would pay for. Revdex.com stamps this company with a A+ rating, helping to leverage this rating to their benefit and attract customers, much like myself.

I had a phenomenal experience with Build-A-Head and had to show my praise somewhere on the internet. Their customer service is outstanding, they made sure that I received a high quality product. The products are hilarious and make for a great time with loved ones. I used photos from my iPhone with no problem. Prompt shipping at reasonable prices. I highly recommend Build-A-Head.

I've been waiting on receiving a refund on a canceled order and I seem to be getting nowhere. I sent emails and used their online "Live Support". One support agent told me I would receive my refund at the end of last week. Today, the agent told me that they will have to follow-up with the department that handles refunds. Today, I asked the agent for a telephone number and was left on "Read". I have not received a response to my email (about 15 days ago).

I'm inclined to contact the AG in Arizona.

I purchased 3 12x18 build a heads on 2/6/19. They were marked shipped 2/7/19. It is now 2/15/19 and I have not received them. I contacted customer service who was completely unhelpful. I shipped it standard mail as the site notes delivery in 3-6 business days with tracking. They are unable to locate my orders current whereabouts and the tone of customer service was rude. I would NEVER order from this website again!!!

I absolutely had to leave a review due to the exceptional customer service I received from Build-A-Head, not only did they go out of their way to make sure I was satisfied.. but the actual product came WAY earlier than expected and the quality was outstanding. I will be purchasing more in the future, that's for sure. Thanks Build-A-Head!

I seriously cant get enough of buildahead!! They always send high quality products in a very prompt manner, most of the time I receive my products way before expected. Also, their customer service is just the best, any time I have a question it is answered in no time.

After paying for 2-3 day business shipping, our head finally arrived 10 business days later. We missed the event we were going to use it for. When it did arrive, it was wet! And we couldn't get the stick to stick to the head. Customer service just said, not our fault, blamed the USPS and said not refunds. Terrible service!

I am amazed at the response I received from the company. I received a phone call directly from someone at the company within 2 hours of my post. They gave me a full refund and over-nighted my product well in advance of our game!
