I only write positive reviews when I am really impressed with a company. Build-A-Head did just that - I had trouble finding a high quality photo and the customer service department worked with me until we had the right photo! Amazing service, they truly care about every customer.

I order from the companys online site. It has an option to get item shipped to you by 2-3days for an additional charge of $13.99.
I paid for this additional services and it did not arrive on time. Instead it arrived in 6 days. I emailed the company and they said would refund me. Refund never showed up in my account days later so I asked the status and was told they will not refund me because the item got delivered and it is not guaranteed to in the 2-3 days as advirtised!
That is not acceptable and false advertisement! This is also not true because the shipping co will refund if not delivered on time once a complaint is filed.
I am looking for my additional shipping to be refunded me back and for them to take down that option since they are falsely advertising it.

Customer’s only shipping charge was $13.99 and specifically chose 2-3 day non guaranteed option at checkout and on customer’s receipt. Customer did not choose our 2day guaranteed option or 3 day guaranteed option which we also offer at checkout and ship using a guaranteed service for those customers in an exact date rush.

Carrier will not refund a Usps priority shipment that arrives in 3 business days on time.

We offer and advertise numerous shipping options to accommodate all customers.

Well, I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered my big heads. I ordered 8 days before I needed the product. They emailed me two days later saying that some of my heads (4/12) were not of the right quality. I responded within hours with additional photos. they waited two days to tell me these were not of the right quality. at this point, it was thursday am and I needed the heads for sunday. I emailed back to go forward with the low quality photos and I needed them by friday. They emailed back that I would now have to pay a higher level of expedited shipping. I replied I would do so, even though I did not think it was proper. No response. never heard anything. called customer service and emailed. no response. I finally messaged them on friday. guess what. they claim they never heard from me and in any event, they would not send the heads over the weekend, but I could have them by the following wednesday. that would be almost 2 weeks after I paid money for 2 day shipping. BTW, they should have been shipping them on tuesday, when I got my first email for 2 day shipping. I am going to file a complaint with the AG's office. take my advise. after the epic fail by this company, I went to a drug store, printed 11 x 14 pictures, cut them out, and put them on posterboard. not as nice as the alleged product I thought I was getting, but better than waiting and waiting for product that does not come. I will not be paying for the heads I never received. next email is to my credit card company. this company is a sham. stay away.

Hi- if your order is not shipping due to time and finding quality photo we would certainly refund. Please email us at [email protected] with your order number or our 24/7 livechat. This is standard with any of our orders that pay for photo quality check and cannot find photos in time. We would never want our hardworking customers to pay for something they did not end up getting. Let us know. Thanks!

I could not have an experience as bad as I did and not share. Build-A-Head is a shady company. Purchased two of their 3-Pack deals on Groupon and had to get my money back for one because there was no way I was going to deal with Build-A-Head again. First, their website is a hazard to anyone making a purchase and using a credit card. The process was pretty simple until you get to checking out, that's where things get weird. Entered my CC info a few times and the website would stop responding every time, I get that things happen but whats worse is they don't have an actual office where you can talk to someone to get help. Every time I would try to chat with someone online, it would disconnect and I would try again just to have it disconnect again. If you call their "office" you get a voicemail and even if you leave one they will never call you back unless you leave a bad post on FaceBook, then you have some random guy calling and texting your phone at all hours of the night. Haha, ***-backwards business practice. So my CC info would not work, they sent me an invoice and said they would have my order shipped out to me regardless since all the trouble. A week goes by, my order still has not shipped. Finally paid their $9 fee and a week later got a response saying my order would be shipped NON-GUARANTEED....haha! The order finally comes and I would have been better off printing these myself, terrible quality. They keep deleting my review but I will keep posting as people need to be aware of this horrible company.

I purchased two big head items and paid for guaranteed 2-3 day shipping for an additional $35. Got an email the next day stating that image quality was low and would be blurry. I sent an email immediately confirming that I was okay with this and to proceed with my order as purchased. I never received any correspondence back from this company after sending my confirmation email. I never received any shipping information the next day either.

I called multiple times and left two voicemails with their generic phone support service and sent three emails with No Response. This is unprofessional, inconsiderate, inconvenient, and irresponsible for a business that makes customers pay such high fees for shipping.

I am still waiting for a response with my current order and hoping to process a refund at this point since there is no way my items will arrive on time in two days now. Very disappointed and will not recommend “company” to anyone else Ever! Hopefully someone from their company will see this review and finally respond to my inquiry. Very poor customer service.

Customer was sent a courtesy email because photo used is rated a 1/10. Customer said to proceed. We have proceeded. Order is on time to arrive May 10th via fedex overnight. Need by date is May 11th. Please check email spam box for replies, your order is indeed all set and underway. Thank you for using Build-A-Head!

Buyers beware! After reviewing the previous complaints, It seems like this company never takes responsibility for their actions. And I'm sure I can write their response to this review based on previous ones. I originally placed an order this them a week and a half ago. There was some complications that I responded immediately to regarding picture quality and after their final communication to me to change a photo, I submitted one last saturday, told them its ok to be blurry as well as all the other photos I submitted and asked them for confirmation that my 2-3 day expedited shipping will be suffice to have product arrive by today. They never responded back to my email. I called multiple times to the phone number on the webpage but no one ever answered. You get a generic recording to leave a message. I then emailed them 2 times in last 3 days telling them I was worried my order was not going to be in on time and they never answered either email. Then today I sat on my computer with their live chat for 2 hours (I never was given a name of who I was talking to, never an apology, only to ask questions that I answered last week andweekend). ONLY then did they tell me that the pic I sent last Saturday wasn't good! Their tag lines are next day shipping. You will not even get an email response next day. To not respond to a customer's email with concerns about an order is just bad customer service. To not notify the purchaser of an issue with their order when you see they paid for expedited delivery is bad customer service. There is no accountability from this company when they do something wrong. It is always the customers fault. I made it very clear in all my emails that my concerns were that the expedited shipping I chose was getting close to the needed date. If there was any form of communication back from one of my 3 unanswered emails, this could have been avoided and you would have a few happy seniors on senior night on Monday night. oh but they did say they would do it now, ship them Monday and I can get them Tuesday. Take responsibility build a head. Admit when you mess up. Finally, I cancelled my order. I emailed them and live chatted again to ask for a refund for my order since they haven't started it and guess what...They still haven't answered my email and never responded to my live chat. Do yourselves a favor and save yourself the frustration, order somewhere else.

Customer paid for photo quality assurance and was emailed multiple times for new photo so her photo quality would be ideal. Customer couldn’t find a better quality photo and said to proceed and then wanted to confirm her order would arrive by a set deadline which could not be guaranteed with the shipping option chosen. We offer numerous shipping services for any need by dates. Canceled order for customer and refund will post within 48-72 business hours.

I never received the product I ordered. I have contacted this business multiple times via email since they do not provide a phone number as a mode of contact to no avail. I also used their “live chat” and no one answered or addressed my inquiry. I have been contacting this business over the last three days with no response I can’t get my product, I can’t get a refund, I can’t get a hold of anyone. This is very unprofessional and a crying shame.

Package was lost by ***. We have tried to contact the customer numerous times at the phone number above. It is a general number for a healthcare group that does not answer. How can you take this communication seriously??? Their response to you is a bold face lie! Nothing was ever sent to *** because they never made the product. They stated that they couldn’t make the product because of its quality however not once did anyone try to contact me. They did not make one phone call or sent an email to me letting me know that my product was never printed. They wrote that they called numerous times because it’s something that they cannot prove! How could you close this as if this business did anything satisfactory? They refunded my shipping but obviously, I do not care about the $9.99 that I paid for shipping, I wanted my product but this company’s problem solving skills is nil to none! This business does not have a 24/7 chat like they claim they do, I’ve tried reaching someone using their useless “chat” that no one bee answered after waiting three days for someone to answer my email to no avail! You let this business get away with being able to provide “resolution” without proper investigation? You, Revdex.com, are just as unreputable as this company you represent! Your “rating” means absolutely nothing if this is the type of resolution you consider.

Customer was refunded. Customer was attempted to be contacted numerous times and does not answer or have voicemail. This customer’s order is closed.

I made an order on Sunday night and paid extra for 2-3 day shipping, and for some reason they shipped it to my billing address instead of my shipping address which is about 9 hours from where I am living. I needed the cut out for my graduation which is on Friday. I have called them 40 times over the past two days and receive no response. I have emailed them and tried the live chat and also got no response. This is unprofessional and unacceptable.

Customer had put the billing address as shipping address and was shipped out immediately so could not be changed to what she desired. However, we have received the request and have made a brand new order for the customer and have shipped it to her desired address complimentary for her upcoming graduation. Congrats! Thank you!

I ordered some big heads of my kids last Wednesday and they shipped it the next day. The process was super easy, cuz they had this little helper at the bottom of the screen. The big heads were super cute and everyone was asking where we got them from! I would definitely do this again.

My Build-A-Heads turned out so cute!! I was very happy with them and got so many compliments on them. They were also shipped super fast! I would definitely order from here again!

You people are FANTASTIC. Ordered the 'big heads' on Monday. Received immediate notification of acceptance. You mailed out on Tuesday. Took me awhile to find this company, but certainly glad I did. Thank you Build-A-Head!!

BUYER BEWARE...DO NOT BUY!!! I bought 2 different build-a-heads, and they were completely different sizes. One was twice as big as the other one. Also, the were packed tightly in an envelope, so much so that the edges of the pictures were bent when I pulled them out of the envelope. The worst part was the fact that they cut the pictures so poorly that it looks like a kindergartner cut the pictures; not to mention that there is NO picture on the back side. What's the point of buying the picture on the stick if the picture is not on both sides??? I will NEVER order anything from them again!

This is noted in our instructions. We will always reach the max dimensions though :) 4- The big heads are not double sided nor advertised as so. The stick would cover it.
