Water was leaking, I couldn't empty the bowl catching the water fast enough and I needed help...fast!

My experience with Bumble Bee Plumbing was very positive. My first contact with Bumble Bee was with Christina over the phone, as she listened to my plumbing issue very attentively, and then set up an appointment for me to have one of their plumbing technicians, Matt, come to my house for the service that I needed. Matt arrived promptly at our house at the appointed time, and then did the work I needed--all the while making sure to keep me updated along the way as to what was being done, and why it all was necessary. Overall, the work performed was top-notch, and I was very satisfied with both the actual work performed and my overall experience with Bumble Bee Plumbing.

I found myself without water due to a slab leak at my house. After leak detection, I was told that to repair the pipe would have been extraordinarily expensive and complicated. Mike from Bumble Bee suggested an alternative solution to reroute the water to a different source that restored the water in my home on the spot. Even more impressive, they performed the repair work immediately. I was very impressed with their professionalism and efficiency.

Just had Bumble Bee Plumbing fix a leak in my kitchen. Tim was on time, very professional and courteous. But best of all, he did a great job at a great price. This was my first time using BBP, but I had read some great reviews about them several weeks ago. I was not disappointed and I will definitely use them again.

My first experience using Bumble Bee and it was very satisfactory. My situation required multiple visits and there was good communication throughout. Matt, the tech assigned to my call, was punctual, efficient and was able to get the manufacturer to quickly ship the needed replacement part (which was replaced free because of a lifetime warranty - something I was unaware of).

I contacted Bumble Bee on a Monday afternoon and set up an appointment for Tuesday afternoon. Kristina handled all the details and did exactly what she promised. She called me on Tuesday to let me know Michael would be at my house in a half hour, and indeed he was. Michael arrived, put on his shoe covers and inspected the work needed and gave me a quote. I agreed to the price and he went to work, did an excellent job and was finished in about 45 minutes. He inspected the area for leaks several times, not just once. He tested and retested my faucet, hoses, drains and disposal. I was very happy I called Bumble Bee. They are local, honest and reliable.

The service from Bumble Bee is the best. Great work, pleasant and personable. The service of being on time, the calls to let me know that they are on their way is awesome. I would and have recommended Bumble Bee to friends and family members.

First time using Bumble Bee plumbing. Very happy with the service - from phone service to plumbing service. Received service on the same day I called (and I called late in the day). Fair pricing, explained where problem was, kept things cleaned up, followed up phone call next day (never had that before), very easy to work with....would recommend to friends and family.

They sent someone out the same day we called. They called ahead to let us know they would be here shortly. Gave a clear cost for the job and explained what needed to be done. Our problem was quickly fixed, with no more leaks.

Bumble Bee was great. They were quick and Jesus was a very nice young man. Will use again.

On Christmas Day our sewer backed up due to tree roots. We decided to wait till the following day to call someone. I did send some email requests to several plumbers and no one contacted me back. The first call I made was to Bumble Bee Plumbing. The call was answered right away and we were able to get Michael out to the house the same day. He was on time, explained all my options and together we made a decision on what to do. Less than 1 hour later he had completed the task. His pricing was very reasonable and we made a plan to have him come out to the house every 10 to 11 months to keep this from happening again. With a very large tree in the front yard (and no plans to cut it down) maintenance is key. If you want an honest plumber and someone who does what they say Michael at Bubble Bee is a great option.

Mike with Bumble Bee Plumbing did a great job for us and saved us a lot of money by repairing rather than putting in a new faucet. He also gave us some good advice for what we are planning for a remodel in the future. The response was prompt and on time so we were veryl happy with their service.
