I ordered some items from Burke Décor. Its been several weeks and I'm still waiting for my order. In fact, I now realize I'm not going to receive anything and I am just out the money. Fortunately, my order was minimal in cost. I usually research a company before I order online. I'm very sorry I didn't do it this time.

On 12/12, I ordered a purse (intended as a Christmas present) from Burke Decor online. Burke charged my card same day, but never shipped the purse. When I called on 12/23, the voicemail message claimed that my call would be returned within an hour. I left 3 voice messages and sent 3 emails, none of which were responded to by Burke. My fourth phone attempt was finally answered by a (rude) customer service agent who did not care that I was ignored and informed me that the purse had not been received by Burke hence the delay. A week or so later, a Burke rep called to inform me that the purse was no longer available (despite being advertised as such and charging my card for the same) and offered me a different purse. As of 2/4, I am STILL waiting for a response and, more importantly, a refund for the Christmas purse that I NEVER received. Burke Decor is impossible to deal with.

terrible place to shop. I ordered a rug, received it damage and it was such a hassle to get it returned and get my money refunded. they gave me such a hard time, made me pay for shipping, terrible customer service. they don't respond in time. when you call, the service people are terribly rude. will never do business with them again. the things on their website look cute, but if you ever have an issue with anything, it will take you a longggg time to get it resolved. shop at overstock.com much easier, nicer, cheaper products and hassle free and professional.

I was googling Burke Decor for coupons and my search came up with the Revdex.com. Sad to read some of the reviews. I have only ever had positive experiences with this company. I love their Sagaform collection, and their Thomas Paul collection.

Love this site. Bought several things for my family for Christmas on this site, and have purchased from them in the past. I really like their gift collections, It's hard to shop for my father in law and my brothers in laws, and I was able to get them really cool and unique gifts this year. I bought the Gentleman's collection for them.

terrible place to shop. I ordered a rug, received it damage and it was such a hassle to get it returned and get my money refunded. they gave me such a hard time, made me pay for shipping, terrible customer service. they don't respond in time. when you call, the service people are terribly rude. will never do business with them again. the things on their website look cute, but if you ever have an issue with anything, it will take you a longggg time to get it resolved. shop at overstock.com much easier, nicer, cheaper products and hassle free and professional.

I order lighting and after repeatedly requesting tracking information I was finally told after 2 1/2 weeks that the items were unavailable. I immediately requested a refund. After another 2 1/2 weeks I still have not received a refund.

Review: I placed an order for an item on their website on February 27, 2015. I did not receive any details regarding the purchase other than my payment had been made until March 10, 2015 when I had to email the company regarding my order for any updates on when/if the product would be delivered. I had already been charged for the purchase on February 27th. The response I received was the item was posted as a "pre-order" item and would not be shipping until late March. This MINOR detail was not revealed on their website until March and my order had already been placed. I then received an email after no further updates on March 24th to notify the item was not anticipated being shipped until May 2015. I was more than patient and waited for the item which I finally received late May. Keep in mind, I had already paid for the item back in February and had to contact the company on my own terms for any details regarding my order two weeks later. I assumed this poor level of customer service was a one-time issue but have now been proven otherwise. I placed an order on June 16, 2015 for which I was immediately charged for. I once again received no additional details form the company other than the email showing my account had been charged. I sent an email to regarding my order to their customer service on June 20, 2015 with no response. I sent a follow up request regarding details on my order status on June 24th for which I received a response that the item had an anticipated shipment date of early July. Again, this information was not noted when I initially placed the order. This is the second time the company has charged my account for items that take an undetermined amount of time to ship to their customers. How can this be legal given they have no idea if the item will even ship at all? All I ask is that my order be cancelled and my funds be returned in full as so I can make the purchase elsewhere since this was to be a birthday present that will now not arrive in time. The contact for the company appears to not be too concerned with customer service as well given it takes multiple email requests to receive any response.Desired Settlement: I wish to have my most recent order completely refunded immediately.

I ordered 2 items online - a soap dispenser and a mug. I was super excited, as I just moved and was eager to decorate my place. It took 10 days for one of the items to ship. Another week to get here.. Second item I got charged for never arriver, never received an email about it. I am assuming it just got forgotten. Called customer service today to ask about it and even though I was told it will be resolved..girl on the phone did not bother to introduce herself or acknowledge any responsibility on behalf of the company. Very disappointing customer service and overall experience.
