I was googling Burke Decor for coupons and my search came up with the Revdex.com. Sad to read some of the reviews. I have only ever had positive experiences with this company. I love their Sagaform collection, and their Thomas Paul collection.

Review: I placed an order ([redacted]) on April 30, 2014. Two items that were backordered have still not been received - "Dauville Gold Glazed White Pebble Dish design by Canvas - Large" x 2. I have attempted to contact Burke Decor on January 23 via e-mail and on March 5 via their Facebook page, requesting cancellation and refund. No response has been provided.Desired Settlement: Refund for the two "Dauville Gold Glazed White Pebble Dish design by Canvas - Large".

terrible place to shop. I ordered a rug, received it damage and it was such a hassle to get it returned and get my money refunded. they gave me such a hard time, made me pay for shipping, terrible customer service. they don't respond in time. when you call, the service people are terribly rude. will never do business with them again. the things on their website look cute, but if you ever have an issue with anything, it will take you a longggg time to get it resolved. shop at overstock.com much easier, nicer, cheaper products and hassle free and professional.

I order lighting and after repeatedly requesting tracking information I was finally told after 2 1/2 weeks that the items were unavailable. I immediately requested a refund. After another 2 1/2 weeks I still have not received a refund.

I ordered 2 items online - a soap dispenser and a mug. I was super excited, as I just moved and was eager to decorate my place. It took 10 days for one of the items to ship. Another week to get here.. Second item I got charged for never arriver, never received an email about it. I am assuming it just got forgotten. Called customer service today to ask about it and even though I was told it will be resolved..girl on the phone did not bother to introduce herself or acknowledge any responsibility on behalf of the company. Very disappointing customer service and overall experience.

Terrible (practically non-existent) communication and that needed to be initiated with me. No problem for my payment to be accepted, though! Ordered Robert Adler lamp knowing from other sites that shipping could take 4-8 weeks. Never received a confirmation email about order until I followed up about 2 weeks later. I got reply with an order number and reminding me that Adler lamps ship times were 4-8 weeks.

During that time I never heard back from Burke Decor. After nearly 10 weeks, I contacted (by email) Burke Decor twice before getting a response. Was told they would get back to me in 24 hours. I waited for 24 hours to pass and then emailed again. Received an email from [redacted] a few minutes later stating that she was waiting to hear back from Robert Adler. I followed up with an email canceling the order. The next day, I got an email from [redacted] stating that Robert Adler said that the lamp was backordered until April. Ridiculous.

On 12/12, I ordered a purse (intended as a Christmas present) from Burke Decor online. Burke charged my card same day, but never shipped the purse. When I called on 12/23, the voicemail message claimed that my call would be returned within an hour. I left 3 voice messages and sent 3 emails, none of which were responded to by Burke. My fourth phone attempt was finally answered by a (rude) customer service agent who did not care that I was ignored and informed me that the purse had not been received by Burke hence the delay. A week or so later, a Burke rep called to inform me that the purse was no longer available (despite being advertised as such and charging my card for the same) and offered me a different purse. As of 2/4, I am STILL waiting for a response and, more importantly, a refund for the Christmas purse that I NEVER received. Burke Decor is impossible to deal with.

Review: I wanted to purchase a living room rug and found several online but wasn't sure that the photos would be representative. I decided to purchase several in a small size in order to decide. Before placing my order, I checked the Burke Decor website returns policy. The first paragraph of this policy states:"If you are dissatisfied for any reason with an item purchased on BurkeDecor, we are happy to process a return. The only exceptions to this return policy are wallpaper orders and special orders. Due variations in dye lots, we are unable to accept wallpaper returns. Special Orders are defined as orders that are made directly through a customer service representative and the receipt for which clearly state returns are not allowed."Knowing that I was not ordering wallpaper and that I would not be placing a special order, I felt confident placing my online order without a rush to return. On 3/17/2014, I placed an order on the burkedecor.com website for 7 small rugs, size 2x3. When I received my order, two of the rugs were missing although the email stated only that one had been back-ordered. Although I inquired, I received no further notification about the second rug. At the end of the month, I went away for the summer. When I returned in September, the missing rug had finally been delivered. I emailed Burke Decor to request a return and received the following response: "Per our return policy, a return authorization must be obtained within 30 days of receiving the item. Therefore, we are unable to accept the return of these items." I called to inquire and was told the the return policy is "stated clearly on the website". In the 7th paragraph (only visible by scrolling) the site reads: "EXCHANGES: If you wish to make an exchange for another item on BurkeDecor.com or one of our other websites, we will waive all return fees. Please contact us in advance for an Exchange Authorization.Items must be post-marked within 30 days of the initial delivery date." I consider this extremely misleading.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded in full for the rug purchase.

Love this site. Bought several things for my family for Christmas on this site, and have purchased from them in the past. I really like their gift collections, It's hard to shop for my father in law and my brothers in laws, and I was able to get them really cool and unique gifts this year. I bought the Gentleman's collection for them.

Love this site. Bought several things for my family for Christmas on this site, and have purchased from them in the past. I really like their gift collections, It's hard to shop for my father in law and my brothers in laws, and I was able to get them really cool and unique gifts this year. I bought the Gentleman's collection for them.
