Burlington

On 11/27/17 I placed an online order at the Burlington Coat Factory website (Order #***). There were no updates about the order until 12/4/17, when a *** tracking number *** was provided with an expected delivery date of 12/5/17. I noticed that the delivery destination was to the wrong address in OH, instead of my address in New York. On 12/5/17 I called Burlington C.F. customer service 3 times (Spoke to Denise and Randy) and was not offered any substantial help, but was told that a supervisor will call me to resolve the issue and that I want I should call *** myself to rectify. I called *** and found out that the tracking number does not reflect my order. Burlington C.F provided me with wrong tracking number which does not pertain to my order. As it is, my order is marked as completed, and my product was never even shipped. I was assured that a supervisor by the name of Hally will call me to rectify, but no one called or emailed me. I find this extremely unprofessional, deceiving and do not know how to resolve this issue at this point. My card was charged for an order that was never shipped and because of wrong tracking number which is in their system, on their end, it shows that the order is delivered. Please help.

I had 2 separate tickets for layaway at Burlington's. I decided to cancel my layaways. There is a $10 cancellation fee per ticket. I was perfectly fine with paying the cancellation fee, however, they want to give me a gift card that has to be used at their store for the remaining balance that is owed to me. I never received the product and should have the right to spend my where I please. I'm sure that Burlington's would not want to lose a customer over $30. If this issue is not rectified I will share this everywhere so everyone knows not to do layaway with them.

I bought a giftcard for my daughter for Christmas, my daughter has held on to the card, when she finally went to use it there was no money on it, I still had the receipt they can pull the card up and see there was never any transactions on it, I have called their corporate office did everything they told me to do and have heard NOTHING back from them!! so they basically stole my money! since I had to pay for the items my daughter bought that day and they still haven't put the money on the gift card, I have called back left messages NO ONE ever returns my phone calls!!

bought over 300 dollars worth of product took it back to the store, instead of refunding they double charged me.
