Can you tell me who makes Butter-n-bars products. I represent Kraft Chemical Company, a distributor who sells into the food industry and the personal care industry. Does your company buy mango butter, sweet almond oil, babassu Oil, Olive Oil, Shea Butter or Cocoa Butter.

Can you please direct me to the manufacturers.

I ordered from Butter n bars earlier this year, never received my order. I was able to get my money back from PayPal. I have been ordering from them for years but I can't deal with poor customer service. I tried to reach the owner at time by email & was ignored. I could support a business through difficult times if communication lines were open. But they aren't, so until they get it together I will take my business elsewhere. I hope she is able to work through the difficulties because they have awesome products.

The so called owner of this company is a coward and a thief. Everyone has issues in their life. This does not give you the right to steal from people who are are supporting your business. You are a prime example of why American American entrepreneurs are not supported and fail. Since you claim you were going through changes in your life then the ethical upright thing to do was not to take orders you had no intention to fill. You deserve every negative thing coming to you because lying thieving ways. I do not believe a word she states because she has proven herself to be a liar.

I placed an order with Butters-N-Bars July 31, the money was deducted but I have yet to receive my product. I sent an e-mail inquiring and heard back from Sharika saying that they were behind, but that was 2 weeks ago now. I've sent another e-mail inquiring with no response and sent another e-mail asking for my order to be cancelled and the money refunded back to my card and still have not received a response back. This is a fraudulent and frustrating company that has no business servicing people. There's no response, no product...nothing!

Now that I disputed the charge on my Paypal account, The Organic Shea Butter Company has sent a notice that they have shipped my order.

The most irritating part is that Butters-N-Bars continue to send promotional emails, but don't answer the emails from their customers who have not received their purchased orders.
If they were in integrity they would have something posted on their website saying they are unable to fill orders at this time. It's obvious what's really going on here.

To clarify: The phone number listed on The Organic Shea Butter Company's contact page is (281)702-0864, but the company phone number they listed on the Dun and Bradstreet website is (713)728-1202 which is a Walgreens phone number.

I need to correct myself. The Organic Shea Butter Company does list a phone number on their contact page of their website (281)702-0864. The outgoing message says "Hello sorry we're not able to get to the phone, please leave us a message and we'll return your call shortly." Then the phone says the mailbox is full and cannot accept any messages at this time, goodbye. They don't say a company name on the recording.

Warning: Shea Butter Internet Scam:
Scam #1:
I use to order from Butters-N-Bars sometime ago, probably over a year ago, and at that time everything was fine. Over a month ago I made an order which was debited right away from my paypal account but I never received my order. I sent three emails to BNB but have had no response. I did a company phone number search online since they conveniently don't list it on their website and found a listed phone number, unfortunately there was no answer and not even a recording message. After this I made a fraud claim on my credit card and my charges have been reversed. I recommend everyone do this.
Scam Number #2:
The Organic Shea Butter Co.: I then made an order with this company since it had very good reviews. The same thing happened. It debited my paypal account right away but I never heard from the company. I sent an email which has not been responded to yet.
I saw that this website also did not list a phone number so I did an internet search for it. I found the the number was (713)728-1202.
I called and it was Walgreens in Houston. The website did list that their products as sold in Walgreens and gave their address on the website for 2 locations in Texas so I was a little confused.
I talked to a Walgreens employee there and he looked on the internet and saw what I was talking about and said something is not right and was bringing the situation to his boss.

So I further investigated and found both companies on Dun and Bradstreet with the same company background:
Founded: 2011, Employee Count: 4, Annual Revenue: $150,000.00 Industry: Retail-butter.
It seems to me this could be the same person behind both companies and for all we know they have other internet companies doing the same thing.
I say beware of ordering about ordering online from a company that does not have their phone number listed on their website, and if they do call to make sure it's real.

It truly pains me to write this as I wanted to support a black female owned business. I used to order from bnb back in 2007 and never had a problem. Flash forward to now... things are supposed to get better with time, I cannot say that this is true for this company. I placed and order over 1 month ago after getting an email stating that they have revamped their website and service. I have yet to receive my order and I sent emails requesting info on the status of my order... still ignored. It makes absolutely no sense to run a "business" like this unless you are in the business of scamming. Yes I said it. There are ppl who will simply forget or let it go that they haven't received their order as they can afford the loss. I can afford the loss however I cannot afford to be taken advantage of. At this point she has the funds of several ppl who have placed orders and refusing to send out what was paid for. That is stealing. I understand rough patches happen however do not let it happen at the expense of your customers. I have contacted my bank and will never ever order from this company again. I have given this site two chances too many. Imagine how much money this woman is making from ppl who forget to follow up on their missing orders. I will not be played and neither should you. If you are considering ordering from this site do not do it. Save yourself the stress

If there was a negative star rating this company would get it! I've received a couple emails from Sharika Chaney explaining to customers what her problems have been along with promises to get things together. Well I trusted that she would keep her word. I paid for 2 day priority shipping and still have not received my items. I have sent 3 emails and requested a refund of my shipping fees, to no avail. I've not received any confirmation that she even received my emails, although she lists in an email sent to customers the email address to contact her at. The quality of the products she sells is awesome, but because of the sorry customer service and lack of communication to me as a customer, I will never, ever order anything from this company. I will be calling my bank for a refund due to a lack of communication from this woman. She takes your money and doesn't send out the product. I really tried being patient but as I've read the other reviews and I see that its not just me. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Zero minus rating! It's apparent that Butters-N-Bars should not be in business and the website needs to be shut down. This is a classic case of fraud and theft. As all of the other customers on this site, I have ordered products (nearly four months ago) and have not received them or a refund despite numerous email attempts and filing a Revdex.com complaint.

I placed an order with this company in January 2017. Tomorrow will be May 1st, and I so haven't received my order. I sent an email in February to which I received no response. I sent a text message shortly after that to which I received a response apologizing for the delay and promising it would ship within the week with a small gift. I received neither. I sent another text in March to which I received a response stating my items would so within 1-2 business days with small gift. I've received neither. I sent another text in early April and received no response. I sent one today. I don't expect a response, to see the products I've paid for or a refund for my money. However, I'm going to warn as many people as possible to stay away from this company.

I ordered a bunch of stuff and was happy with the simple shea butter and mango butter items but the all natural herbal shampoo was horrible. It made my hair so greasy it took two washings to get out the oily residue. I emailed the company twice w a simple polite question but no reply. Horrible non existent customer service!

I placed an order on March 28, 2017. It is now April 18, 2017 and I still have not received my product or the requested refund. I have contacted an attorney who has assisted me with filing a suit and is planning to serve a subpoena on April 21, 2017 to Sharika Chaney, the business owner. I have sent several emails to her and no response. All I want is a refund and not a sorry excuse, which is what she offered when I advised of the pending suit. Soon after, we are back to no responses at all. What kind of business is this that does not respond to customer service but takes your money? I am fed up and want my money back and will never order from her again even though I have ordered from her since 2007.

I do not have HUNDREDS of cases in fact due to alk the delays and inability to communicate through transition over the last 8 months they're were 88 cases open and due to some communicating issues with The Revdex.com I haven't been able to respond and habe actually filled a case against the Revdex.com myself because of their failure to assist me since I stopped paying for my accreditation (yes businesses pay to be accredited) and as of today July 24, 2017, have requested the rating be removed until they fix this issue .
IF THERE IS ANYONE HERE WHO HAS NOT RECEIVED A REFUND OR THEIR ORDER AT THIS POINT CONTACT ME AT [email protected] for immediate resolve.
We've been here since 2007 and were the same company but when life happens even good businesses are effected but we in no way shape form or fashion have any desire to do anything but continue providing the best and we are sorry that so many of you were negatively impacted.

Apparently, there are hundreds of complaints against Sharika Chaney/Butters-N-Bars. I have the same story...purchased on 3/3/17, and still have not received products or refund despite numerous emails and filing a Revdex.com complaint. Can you post the name of the attorney, as it seems that this unacceptable fraud and theft has enough complaints and is worthy of a class action lawsuit.

I ordered from her in January and still haven't received my order. I'm beyond frustrated. In the one text she did respond to, she said she was behind because she'd moved. I can't get her to respond, and I want my money back. At this point it's theft, plan and simple.

Yes I too ordered March 27th and I haven't received my order or at least a tracking number.I saw on the website that there is a delay on orders but it has been too long.I am pissed and I would like a refund.I have ordered from them before and it didn't take this long.I cant call them...there is no number.I can only send emails.I will need a refund.

I ordered something from her Butters and bars On March 27, 2017. Still have yet to get a repsonse or my merchandise. From my research on Ms. Sharika D Chaney. She has an F rating with the Revdex.com, and has moved a few times. I opened up a complaint with the Revdex.com AND FTC. At this point I dont want to hear from her I just want her to refund my money.

I ordered products from Butters n Bars on 12/25/2016 for a total of $32.27 (Order Number: BNB-57677)
I have not received any products from them. I have contacted the company several times via text and email with no response. I just want a refund at this point. I definitely don't feel like a valued customers and I really want to support the company because they have wonderful products.

I heard from a representative from Butters N Bars yesterday and she was very apologetic and anxious to help resolve the matter. I am going to continue to support Butters n Bars during their transition.

I ordered something from them because of a reputable youtuber that I follow. I ordered my product from them February 25. I was travelling when I ordered it and had it sent to my permanent address, thinking it would be waiting for me when I got home. I still have yet to receive my order. I have sent them emails that have gone unanswered. There is conveniently no phone number on their website. I went with them because they were listed first under the youtuber's video. I have learned my lesson, but felt the need to write something here and probably file a formal complaint. Butters-n-Bars needs to be and deserves to be written up. Just not right.

I wish I could have read the reviews on this company before I purchased anything from them. I wanted to give them a try because they was black owned and I was referred to them by a youtuber. So I ordered on March 26th 2017 and received a conformation from them but the tracking was not available. I figured since it was early to check I should wait and see if it would be available later. Its been a week still not tracking number to check. I wrote them and no response. I wrote them again today and see if they would respond to it Monday, hopefully. On their website they said they was shipping to Canada's customers first, don't make any sense to me if you are located in Georgia and I'm located in the U.S. At least keep the customers informed about what is going on, I just gave you money and I want product. They should not take money if you are not ready to ship to anyone. I want to support this black own business but this would be the reason why. Not organized, don't do a business.

I'm going through the same thing as we speak. I placed my order March 28th it's Joe April 10th and they haven't shipped my order or responded to any of my emails. It's ridiculous! I've ordered from them a few times over the years with no problem but lately it's been terrible.

Ok. So I'm not the only one missing orders and money. I've been ordering from butters n bars for years. I have never had any problems with receiving my order until now. And from what I'm reading from others is that this has been ongoing for a while. I place an order about once or twice a year. No problems until now.

I have used this company for years and love the products and the great prices. Recently, 1-31-17, I placed an order. The funds came out of my account and I got an order confirmation. I checked back a week later and no shipping information. I contacted them and got an auto response about using a number to send texts that would be responded to. I did not receive a response. I resent the message and I finally got a response that my order would be shipped out later that week along with a free gift for my patience. It has been three weeks since that day and no order. I have sent two emails and three texts with no response. Very disappointed!
