Love their products. Fast shipping organic and natural stuff that doesn't break me out, I can also buy stuff to make my own natural diy products.

I will absolutely never do business with Butters-N-Bars again. I have sent 2 emails to Butters-N-Bars regarding my order I placed on Sunday, June 12, 2016 and have received no responses. My order totaled $78.71 and the only thing Butters-N-Bars has sent me in my order is one item that cost $9.99, and I received that Tuesday, June 28th, which was already 16 days after my order was placed. On July 1, 2016 I was notified by my credit card company that I received a refund for $12.95, which was the shipping total. That's it. I have received no communication from the company besides the email confirming my order and the email saying my order had shipped, but that turned out to be a package containing one item. My other items are still not here as of July 8, 2016, and nobody replied to the email I sent last week wondering where my items are or the email before that. The lack of communication I have received is unacceptable. I continue to get emails every week about discount codes for sales, but no communication about my order. My credit card was charged for the full amount quickly after placing the order, yet I only have one item. I do not want my remaining items. The only thing that will resolve this issue is a refund for $55.77, which is the amount for the remaining items I ordered. Then I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I have a small but rapidly growing business in Louisville, KY that goes through several pounds of Shea Butter each month, and to a slightly lesser extent, Cocoa Butter and Mango Butter. Over the past year to 1 1/2 years of ordering from them, there have been two major delays in shipping (over a week, with the last being close to two weeks) before they even shipped my orders. When trying to call them about it, I was not able to find any phone numbers that actually worked for the company, or a Facebook page. My only recourse has been to email them and here is what happened last time- I ordered on July 4th and then again on July 8th. On July 12th I inquired as to why my first order had not shipped and suddenly they sent me tracking numbers without any explanation. 48 hours later the tracking numbers still were not tracking so I sent an aggravated email. I had placed the first order well in advance of running out of Shea butter but had ran out before they claimed to have shipped the first order. After a few email exchanges, Sharika responded that for some reason, my orders had not been picked up by the carrier. She said they were offering a partial refund of my shipping cost for my inconvenience. When my orders finally arrived today, 14 days after ordering, I realized that they had put both orders into one box and shipped them together, hence the real reason for the partial refund on shipping, and when weighing each item, the 8oz Cocoa Butter was actually 7.65 ounces. Now I will have to go through an undoubtedly long email exchange to get that issue resolved. I order only 3 ingredients from Butter-n-bars for use in my companies products, and have not had any issues like this with the other company that I order the rest of my ingredients from. During the delay I had to order Shea butter from another company to continue filling orders I was getting and can see a notable difference in the quality of the Shea butter from the new company. It is slightly more expensive, but owing to the reoccurring shipping problems I have experienced with Butters-N-Bars, and the increased quality from the new company, it is worth it to me and my companies reputation. If you can deal with sporadic major shipping delays and lack of contact information, then this company is probably fine, but there are too many issues for me.

They have great and high quality products, they ship on time, and their customer service is very prompt!

When I got my order confirmation, I or my or their computer had made a mistake and ordered twice as much which Paypal had paid for. Within 1/2 hr of me writing to Butters-N-Bars the correction was made and I received a Paypal refund. That is terrific customer service which will keep customers coming back and spreading the name of the store to family and friends

Butters-N-Bars is an amazing place to shop. Any problem I've had, Sharika has always been pleasant and helpful in seeing that it is resolved quickly and courteously. Their products are always fresh and natural, and it's just a fantastic website to browse because it has so many interesting things. It is the only place in the world where I choose to buy my shea butter. I highly recommend Butters-N-Bars to anyone looking for wholesome, all-natural goodness for inside and out!

As a person offering only the best products suitable for personal skin care products to my customers my shopping begins with and ends with Butter-n-Bar. Review: I made a purchase in October of multiple items and received my shipment with issues prior to me going on vacation. Upon my return is when I noticed the problems with the shipment. Issue #1 - purchased one container of mango butter and received 2. Issue #2 - purchased one container of Shea butter and did not receive it and this item cost more than the item I was double sent. Issue #3 - purchased 2 conditioning caps and one was received damaged, a cut through the packaging and product. I attempted to contact the business through the site and this is what appeared:

I sent a detailed email to the provided email address and to date have not received any response from them. I have made several attempts to contact them by phone and received an automated message saying the number is temporarily not in service.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the item that was shorted and a replacement of the item damaged. If products are not available, then I want a full refund including shipping charges. If products are to be returned, then the company to cover the shipping charges since this a mistake on their part.

I am very disappointed at the customer service of this business. I ordered $30 worth of items as a late holiday gift for my loved one Jan. 9 2016. It is now Jan 21 and I haven't received any status updates on my order. I tried to track my order online. It has not even been shipped yet! Or processed! But money was taken out of my account! I demand a refund. I rather use my money somewhere else. I have also emailed two different addresses on the site asking about my order and demanding a refund but no response. I feel like I have been robbed. I just want my money back. I haven't received anything so that should not be a problem.

Review: The first issue began when my item was not shipped out after I placed the order. I contact on a Monday February 22nd, 2016. BNB customer service and they told me that it would be shipped that day. It was not. And then I contacted again on Tuesday February 23rd, 2016. and they told me the shipment would go out again. It did not. The item was not shipped until Wednesday 24th, 2016. The item was said to be delivered on February 26th, 2016. For two days it did not move even though I paid for priority shipping. But according to the tracking info the package was supposedly delivered on February 27th, 2016. I called the postal service and was informed that no further information was on the supposed delivered package.Desired Settlement: I would like a complete refund for the items I purchased or have them resent to me free of charge. The delivery issues were incredibly inconvenient. I am highly disappointed with the customer service.
