The products are amazing. I love the mango butter and jojoba oil. But the delivery service? It's a no for me. I wish the items shipped much faster, even in cases of priority mail. I get delays happen but I placed the order on 2/16/2017 and the tracking info update still says "Pre-Shipment Info Sent to USPS, USPS Awaiting Item". Ridiculous. I just want my money back if I am not going to receive the items.

I have been a loyal customer for years and never had a issue with this company until now. On February 3, 2017 I placed an order and paid for priority shipping so that my order could be received sooner. I was purchasing items for a gift. I received a conformation email that my order was received and should be shipped within 4 to 5 business days and that I would receive a tracking number once it was shipped. Several days passed I never received a tracking number nor did I receive my order. I contacted the company using the phone number listed on the website. This phone number was supposed to be for text messages only and the website promised an immediate response if contacted by text. I sent a message on February 14th stating my issues and I never received a response. I have sent a 2nd text message and still no response. I will be filing a complaint with the Revdex.com.I would like a full refund including the extra for priority shipping. I am extremely disappointed at the lack of customers service that I have received by this company and will not continue to do any further business with this company. Nor would I recommend anyone else to do business with this company. I understand mistakes being made and having confusion especially during a move but there is no reason to ignore your customers a simple reply and explanation for the situation can go a long way this is just simple customer service.

Same experience here as everyone (with the lack of response) except my package didn't come at all (and it was a gift so I really want it fast.) I ordered at the end of August. 9 days passed and no *functioning* tracking number nor response. And I too used the faulty email and called the number with no response. I let her know that I would be disputing it and still got no response, so I disputed it on PayPal and all the sudden I got an email a day later with the tracking number for shipment. Smh. It's crazy because I ordered from them in 2015 with no problem (tracking number and everything), but this time around was a total 180.

If she has to get rid of team members or has to hire someone to take over temporarily, she might want to consider that. It really totally irks my nerves when businesses just ignore their customers like that. No no, not coo at all. (P.S. They need to get their mobile site to be functional too.)

Review: I placed an order with Butters-n-Bars on 9/2/16. The funds were deducted from my account the same day. I received a confirmation letter the next day with an order number and a link to my order. On 9/9 (early morning), there is no information regarding the status of my order and no tracking number. I sent an e-mail to [redacted] requesting an update regarding the status of my order. The website states to give them up to 24 hours to respond. On 9/10 (late afternoon and over 24 hours later), there is no response to my inquiry. I send a 2nd e-mail requesting an update on the status of my order. On 9/12, no response received from this company. I sent a 3rd and final e-mail requesting an update on my order and advised them that is I didn't receive a response within 24 hours, I will put a claim for a refund with my bank and I will file a complaint with the Revdex.com. I received no response. I read about issues with this company on a couple of forums dating back several years (delivery, communication, etc..) I wish I had read those before placing my order. On the website it states order fulfillment will take 1-4 days, we are now on day 11 with no update whatsoever. If there was a delay, they should have let me know.Desired Settlement: I would like an update on my order and prompt delivery of the ordered products or a full refund.

Review: On 24 Aug 16, I ordered 3 packages of henna and 1 bottle of shampoo from Butters-n-Bars for priority delivery. On/after 12 Sep 16, I received a bottle of shampoo with a note stating that my henna would be delivered separately. (Communication is very important with providing good customer service in business.) Review: On December 14, 2015, I contacted Butters-N-Bars via the e-mail made public for customer service issues, s[redacted], concerning an unexplained charge to my credit card, which caused my account to be overdrawn and an non-refundable fee. I received a response the same day. Ultimately, I was told that my card had been mistakenly charged, the funds would be credited back to my card, and I could use the provided coupon code to receive a particular discount on my next order of at least a certain amount; I was not give the code's expiration. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

So I really like the products that this company has to offer, but the customer service is horrible. I've ordered from them a few times this year since starting my own small business. But this last time I've ordered which is going on two weeks I have yet to receive my shipment. So I've seen in recent posts on here that they are experiencing problems with the shipping company they use. I understand that, but you should communicate with your customers and say something before I pay $15 for shipping and $70 for products. I'm very upset that they just took my money . I work hard for my money and because of this it effects my business as well . I can't be as productive as I need to be. Or at least respond to me when I send an email and let me know whats going on. Because just ignoring my emails and taking my money really makes me want to sue . I don't appreciate the lack of care for the need of the customer. You took my money not the other way around. I'm highly disapointed. Please do something about this soon.

Review: I ordered from Butters n Bars on August 21st 2016 , when is my package coming , what kind of company is this if you're not shipping my package after taking my payment then, I will report this company for having a illegal business that takes money from it customers , but does not delivers what they ordered. Or provides information on their package!..... it's 2016 get with the program and upgrade your your stone age systems. If you're a real business this should not be happening..... My package better be in perfect condition and actually works. There should also be free gift and simples of all of your products for this kind of service

This the 21st century get out of the stone age if you want to survive in this business world.... when when I called the number provided it says number you have called is temporarily not in service I have also emailed twice and it says that they will get back to you within 24 hours there is no order status on tracking information on my package. It's now August 31, 2016 and this know information on my orders or a Butters- n-bars package in my houses.... My money for this package has already been taken out of my bank account, so this is not acceptable for any type of business.Desired Settlement: It would be great if , I got the order that I made from butters n bars. if they upgraded they're system before taking money from customers. Hello and also upgrade their customer service process because it does not work I was really looking for receiving the products I order. I did not expect this kind of stuff service especially when people are reviewing this company online and on YouTube. My desired outcome is to receive my package and an apology especially when somebody's taking my money and not delivering the products I have purchased from this company. Or provides information on my orders. It's has been 10 days now since August 21st 2016 today is August 31st , [redacted] only knows if I will ever get my package. I've been buying Shea butter from this company for a while to make my own whipped Shea butter. Usually I have no problems, but I'm also having problems with any update on my order. I've reached out by email and no response. I called yesterday and was told my order would be going out that day and nothing has happened. I see that the company is having issues with shipping, but there is no reason why customers shouldn't get responses about their orders. That's just unprofessional. I just want a refund at this point, but instead I'll just wait and hope my order comes soon and with the correct packages.

Placed an order two weeks ago with this company and did not receive any tracking information until one week later AFTER emailing them about not receiving any tracking info. As if that wasn't bad enough, I received my order two weeks after ordering it and one item is missing. I spent over $30 on this order and expect to see every item I have ordered. I emailed the owner of this company twice and still have not received a response about my missing product. Very unprofessional.

I've been ordering my butters from this company for sometime. However something has changed recently with status of delivery. I placed an order for almost 3 weeks ago and nothing was received. The only contact information I have is their email address and when I reached out to them, no response. I love their products but their shipping department is not up to standard. Therefore I will look for a different company for purchasing.

Sharika is such a pleasure! She's very tentative and she really cares about her customers.

Butters-N-Bars is a great company in my opinion, primarily, but not only due to the high quality of the products, as well as the professionalism of this company. Service is generally prompt is shipping, charging your card, and communication to the client (from my personal experience). I have always been satisfied with the products that I have received.
