Cleaned up the ipad really good. Wrapped it in plastic bags and put extra bags secured with tape inside. Sent off the box to UPS. Within a week it arrived at their location. I received an initial I received an initial quote of $166 for 2 phones. When they received the phones that are in excellent condition they sent me an email saying the phones were only worth $33. I thought it was a legit business that would honor their original quote. Seller beware!!!
