I placed an order on 16 march, they charged my credit card for $33.39.. they issued a USPS tracking number but since USPS tracking says they are awaiting the item. I have called, no answer, left message a couple times.. On 27 march they said they would look into it next morning. I have emailed a couple times since asking for updates to no response.. usps still says awaiting item..

I placed an order with this company on February 23rd,2020. I received an email from them on Same day saying order was received and my paypal had been charged $27.20 for the order. I received receipt from PayPal for this charge. On February 24,2020 I received an email from Buy The Sea stating my order was processed and awaiting shipment. No tracking number was assigned. As of today, March 10,2020 my order is still “awaiting shipment “. I never received tracking number or my order. I emailed the company on March 3, 2020 inquiring about my order with no response as of today March 10th. I have since seen that there have been many complaints of the same nature filed against this company with the Revdex.com. I am requesting a full refund.

I ordered products from this company on January 6, 2020. After numerous inquieries I was informed that they could not deliver the product. No reason give. We do have USPS service, UPS service, FEDEX service. No problems delivering products from other merchants before this. I was called a liar also for confronting the bussiness about the issue.

On January 6, 2020 I placed and order with buythesea.com. Order # *** Payment was processed. After six weeks, still no item delivered.

All telephone inquiries-----No response from merchant

All online inquiries---No response from merchant

A false message from my "Mailman" was posted to my e-mail saying that the item could not be delivered. I am home all day.

If a credit was posted to my bank account, it has not shown up by February 29, 2020.

I made a purchase from BuytheSeaOnline.com on November 15, 2019. to date, I have not received my order of $28.65. I've contacted the business using their 'Contact Us' link on their website on 4 different occasions. I logged into my account with BTSO and under 'messages' it shows zero! That's not correct or their system doesn't save the messages their customers send them! I've also sent them a few email messages asking for my order status, telling them I want my order or my money refunded. I've contacted them more than once every month that has passed since I placed my order and have never received a response, not once. I want my money back! My order # is *** placed 11-15-19. The information on my account states they shipped the order on 11-18-19, which is obviously false. They have my correct mailing address and I didn't miss delivery. I'd appreciate a conformation number of the delivery if they claim they sent my order. In my email I provided my phone number so they could contact me directly to let me know the status of my order or refund, they never contacted me. I want my money back! I'm disabled and am on a very limited budget so making a purchase like this is a special splurge for me and I don't appreciate being refused the order or a refund from this company! Please refund my money, It's been over 3 months!

Sounding like a 5 year old in your response doesn’t get you off the hook for not sending my paid order or not refunding my money until TODAY! I have validated email messages with the dates and times I sent them. You have tried to rip-off a lot of people and you think lying and not acknowledging that we have contacted you, and lying that you “didn’t know” sits well with any of us? I wonder how many people don’t come after you and you simply keep their money? Shame on you. Your business won’t make it because of the way you treat people. Remember I said that when your shutting your doors for the last time!

On 1/24/2020 I purchased some shells from Buythesea online and was charged $90.80 for order No.***.
I immediately received a receipt and email stating my order was awaiting shipping. Four weeks later I am still waiting on my order to be shipped. I have called and left voice messages, texted, and emailed several times inquiring about the status of my order and have received only one response saying they would check....and then No further response. Last week I requested a refund 4 times and received no response, no shells, and no refund.

My wife purchased a shell from Buy the Sea on 01/21/2020 and used her debit card for the payment of $39.00. The money was taken out of her account on 01/22/2020 at 0401. The order number she was given is 22641. we have emailed buytheseaonline.com on three different occasions requesting the delivery status - to date there has been no response. In addition, we have called the companies telephone number (715-701-0707) five occasions - got a message to leave a voice mail from "***" - on each occasion we left a message requesting the status or a refund. Again, to date, there has been no response.

This is the 1st and only response we received from BUYTHESEA. The company has not sent any other e-mailsor responded to our telephone calls (voice messages). We did notice yesterday that the $39.00 in question was refunded to our account without explanation. Based on this refund our concerns with the company are complete. However, the failure to respond to our previous attempts to contact them and the tone of this responsepretty well defines the attitude of the owners. It is also obvious they have complete disdain for the Revdex.com.That is – I don’t care about customers ordering from my shop, as long as they pay me upfront and don’t create waves.
