When a business owner registers a business with a government agency, the information he/she uses for that registration becomes public information and available for sites to publishWe do not randomly pull out information from the internetThe information in Buzzfile is obtained from another entity which collects public dateThe customer provided this data and made it publicWe have no record of ever receiving a prior e-mail from this complainant asking for his information to be removedNonetheless, upon receiving the complaint notice from Revdex.com, immediate action was takenAlthough we have the legal right to publish this information, anytime the business owner informs us that they don't want their information on our site we remove it promptlyThe Customer's profile has been removed from our site as of January **, To prevent similar problems in the future, Buzzfile is going to allow its customers to claim/edit/update/delete their listings directly on our site as of March

To Buzz File Media LLC,
I have written countless emails as it pertains to you and/or affiliates to remove my family’s personal information from your website. No response.
The data that you have publicly disclosed is grossly inaccurate and is an invasion of privacy in accordance to Statutory and Federal law.
You have publicly posted my family’s primary residence, which suggests that my company address is my personal residence address.
As an Officer of the Court, my personal primary residence is exempt from public record in accordance to Florida law and New York Law.
My company address is located at: 7777 Glades Road, Suite 100, Boca Raton, FL 33434.
If my family’s private information is not removed, and/or your grossly inaccurate data does not correct itself within thirty (30) days, we will be pursuing all legal remedies pursuant to Florida, New York, and Federal law.
Dear Jared: I too am having much trouble with BuzzFile. They have listed my information on the internet without consent claiming it is public information. Despite providing them with all the information they need to remove the information and the URL, they first refused (and in the same email response) to remove the URL and continue to claim I sent them an anonymous email. BuzzFile is demanding that I provide them with more personal information and set-up an account with them before they will remove the URL that is found on internet searches. Then later in the same email they claim to have removed my profile.
Please let me know which government agencies you contacted about this very corrupt business that goes by BuzzFile and provide the legal statutes that you mention in your review. The State of New York considers this company to be a "Foreign Entity" which makes matters worse.
I will be calling and filling complaints about this company with several Secretary of State offices and with the Federal government. Dun and Bradstreet has already removed my profile. I will be calling Dun and Bradstreet (D&B) back today and filing a formal complaint with them. I will be asking them to block anyone associated with BuzzFile from getting access to the information contained in the Dun and Bradstreet databases.
BuzzFile is irresponsible and careless with the information they glean from public databases then post without permission on the internet and intranets. They have harmed me and according to at least 83 other complaints with the BBB, they have harmed a host of other people.
BuzzFile clearly demonstrated how ruthless and corrupt they are by calling me a M[censored] STUPID, UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, and OBNOXIOUS in their response to my request they remove the information they have published about me on the internet. Ironically, BuzzFile owners, (Aziz and Zafer Akin) cannot be reached - nobody at BuzzFile can be reached. Thank You - Owner of GEM Services, LLC

All the Info is wrong on the site . single location business are said to be branches and Branch locations are said to be single location , sales per locations I have noticed are over 2000% wrong .. why would anyone use this info .. and don't blame it on D and B , it's Buzzfiles poor performance and lack of user interface to update info .. try Manta.com it's way more accurate
