My Name is [redacted], I leave in New York and lately I started to get all kind of weird call to my private cell phone regarding a company that I have no connection or relationship to. After searching my cell phone number in google I found this advertisement [redacted] with my private cell phone attached to [redacted] in [redacted] website.

I tried to contact [redacted] 4 Times the past two weeks in order to take my cell phone number for this company profile ([redacted]) but they never took this false advertisement off and these days they just stopped answering my emails. I feel very uncomfortable that my private cell phone is shared with no reason with the public beside the fact that i'm getting all kind of shady people call me daily and asking for the owner of a company I never heard of...

Please help me to get this issue resolver and protect my legal right for privacy and truth information.

Review: Their website, Buzzfile made an unauthorized profile of my company which has all this wrong data and my home address. Have made three attempts to contact to take this page down and no one has responded to my requests. I consider this a violation of my human rights to privacy and discretion.Desired Settlement: I want all my business and personal data erased from their site immediately.

Review: **Buzzfile, an internet marketing firm, is publicizing my personal home address and telephone number as a business. I have sent a half dozen emails to the company and received a response from them saying that they would remove my information from their website and from the internet, but they do not honor this. Buzzfile is publicizing my address as a business and it is not a business. None of the information on their website is correct regarding this address being a cosmetic company. This is a personal home address and they are publicizing my telephone number, even though I do not have a cosmetic company and my telephone number is on the DO NOT CALL list.

On 1/**/14 I received the following email from Buzzfile that they would remove my information, but I have since sent numerous emails to them to honor their response, and they do not respond to my emails any more.

Enclosed is the email response that Buzzfile sent me on 1/**/14 : Dear [redacted], Thank you for contacting Buzzfile. We will remove that profile from our site within one week. Thank you, Buzzfile Support, [redacted] This is the email and link that I initially sent to Buzzfile to remove my personal information. I sent the email after months of not being able to get a live person on their business telephone number ###-###-####

" Buzzfile: Please delete this link from the internet and your website. This is a personal home address and telephone number and is not a business. I have tried multiple tines to contact you by phone at your New York number and keep getting your answering machine. I do not have a business and do not want to have personal information advertised on your website. Thank you.

The above information is advertising a service that does not exist. Buzzfile's Facebook page has numerous complaints from other people with the same complaint, that Buzzfile will not remove their personal and inaccurate information.Desired Settlement: I simply want Buzzfile to remove my name, address, home number and personal information from their website. Buzzfile sent me an email on 1/**/14 that they would remove the link with the incorrect information, and they are not honoring their response.

Review: I have contacted BuzzFile multiple times to request that a listing of my business be removed from their website. I never asked for this information to be published. They refuse to remove my listing, insisting that they get their information from Dun & Bradstreet and I must update what information is shared publicly there. I have done that, but the BuzzFile website has yet to be updated. BuzzFile does not reply to emails, and the only response I got was by sending them a direct message on Facebook. They have a "register" link (which most similar sites have so you can register and update/delete you own listing, but it does not work). BuzzFile has no right to publish my information, especially after I've specifically asked them not to.Desired Settlement: I want my business listing removed from BuzzFile and never posted again.

Review: I have contacted BuzzFile several times requesting that a listing of my business be either corrected with our accurate business profile information or they immediately remove my company information from their website. I never requested for this information to be published nor consented to them profiting from use of my business profile. They are misrepresenting my company by including an inaccurate phone number (###-###-#### is NOT our business phone # our correct business phone # is ###-###-####) also they misrepresenting our annual earnings (They have listed $99,000 which is inaccurate) and also they are misstating the year our business was started (they have 2013 when in fact it is 2012). They have refuse to respond to to my emails by either correcting the information or removing my listing entirely. Unfortuantely, I have attempted to register on their site to make the corrections myself ,however, their system does not allow you to correct the misrepresentations. BuzzFile does not re BuzzFile has no right to publish my information, especially after I've specifically asked them not to.Desired Settlement: I would like my entire profile removed from their site immediately as well as the rights for them to sell or release my information to other companies.

We do not randomly pull out information from the internet. The information in Buzzfile is obtained from another entity which collects public date. The customer provided this data and made it public. We have no record of ever receiving a prior e-mail from this complainant asking for his information to be removed. Nonetheless, upon receiving the complaint notice from Revdex.com, immediate action was taken. Although we have the legal right to publish this information, anytime the business owner informs us that they don't want their information on our site we remove it promptly. The Customer's profile has been removed from our site as of January **, 2015. To prevent similar problems in the future, Buzzfile is going to allow its customers to claim/edit/update/delete their listings directly on our site as of March 2015.

Review: This web site has put my information up were I live my phone number and listing me as having a business at my residents, also listing income Revenue.
