Once again, as previously stated, I do not want the cabinets. I want a refund of my money. If the cabinets had been ordered according to the initial approved design and been placed after my first meeting with Mark F* this wouldn't have turned into the issue it has now become. Instead, I was asked to make numerous changes to the design and asked to meet with several different cabinet designers. Whatever Mark's reasons were for the delays are no longer my concern and are something that Amazing Remodelers of Texas needs to deal with. I would like to know when I can expect to receive my $deposit. If I don't receive a satisfactory response from Amazing Remodelers by Wednesday, September 30, then I will contact my lawyer to begin legal action to settle the matter.

Seth is not telling the truth After harassing us The night I was at church I called the company and was told he would not return to my house ever But as you can see he did If you come to my house you will all the work that is incompleteHe has been issued a trespassing citation by the Missouri City Police Believe me they gave it to him for a reason.Never cursed, always niceAlways said complete the job Amanda never ask for money until she came and then I told her the terms of the contract was payment due after completion They were suppose to come out on that next Saturday to finish But due to Seth's harassment they did not come

This project contract was established back on July of 2015!! Amazing Remodelers of Texas is a non-customer friendly establishment. They have no regard for customer service. My wife called *** on yesterday 1/13/to inquire on the project status and was placed on hold for an extended period. Once *** returned, my wife proceeded to inquire why the extended delay. While my wife was explaining, *** hung up on her. This is unacceptable*** did not return the call either.On last week 1/6/my wife called to inquire about the project, and spoke with a man who indicated that he just started working there. He proceeded to tell my wife that the reason for the delay is *** *** ** *** *** *** ** *** for Christmas. This was a very unprofessional dialogueWe are approaching a year from the contract and every week they say they will start the next week and never do. Stay away from this company

Monday September 28, - The crew from Amazing Remodelers that was to start the framing stage of my patio project
as promised did not show upWe called them time all day and was told by Amanda A*** and received a text from Seth F* (Construction Manager) that the crew was on it's wayThe crew never showed up
Tuesday September 29, - We got a text from Seth F* (Construction Manager) at 8:30am that a framing crew was on it wayI
teSeth at 12noon and 3:00pm the crew never showed upI called Scott
L*** salesman (who sold us the patio) he said he didn't know of any issues and that he was the project manager
We attempted to
schedule a date for them to start the construction of our patio on the phone
when they received our complaint.But Seth F* insisted on making a home
visit which added another week on this ordeal.He didn't make it on Monday,
09/21/as scheduled and finally showed up on 09/22/15.He attempted to have us
sign a document where we would cancel our complaintWe refused to sign another
document since they haven't met the requirements from the first one
There has been no good faith
effort made to resolve my complaints only an effort to have the complaint
removed by misleading us
