 No one has reach out to me to begin this project as of current.  I called on this past Friday 10/2/15 and spoke with the Receptionist Amanda to have Scott give me a call.  I am still waiting.  Also on 9/30/15 I called and left a message on the companies voice mail and no one has replied.  They scheduled me for their crew to come out to my home on 10/1/15 to start my project and they were no shows!  If Amazing Remodelers were ready and willing to start my project, I would be no need to proceed with these steps.  They are ignoring me after I have requested my refund in the amount of $3500.00.  Both Seth and Mike are frauds and they are not interested in helping me.  They have my phone number and it has not changed.Their response is not genuine and they are trying to have the business appear trustworthy.  Tell them to call me at [redacted].

I made an unannounced visit to the office of Amazing Remodeler's of Texas. I identified myself, informed them, Amanda A[redacted] and Mark F[redacted], that I was recording my visit. I received a written time schedule of when the work would resume and would be completed. As of today, they have not met the time schedule in which they developed and submitted. Additionally, I have reported to certain entities that due to the failure of Amazing Remodeler's of Texas to close my roof within a timely manner-roof left open for 34 days, my home has received substantial water damage. My entire back wall, site in which the patio is being erected, has mold, the drapery and drapery hardware fell from the wall this past Wednesday, September 23, 2015. I have observed and recorded that the sheet rock is wet and buckling. The base board is pulling away from the wall, is buckling and has visible signs of mold. The crown molding is pulling away from the wall. At this point, asking Amazing Remodeler's of Texas to complete the work as contracted would be asinine.
