Review: I purchased some hair product from Caboki and paid for priority 4 to 5 day shipping, this was on May 13. The set time came and pass and I have not yet recieved my product. I have written two emails to their customer service and I have placed 4 calls in the 3 days. I have recieved no response to my emails and the people who answer the phone number, which is the only phone number the company gives, say that they cannot access order information, they cannot connect me with a manager and they cannot directly talk to anyone in shipping. The tell me they can only send emails letting them know of my complaint. I have not had one call returned nor any information given on what has delayed my order. I explained to the people on the phone that I am leaving on a trip on Wednesday and need the product before then yet they have not expidited any of my request.Desired Settlement: I would like my product delivered before I leave on 05/27/15 or sent to the location I will be during my trip, I would like my shipment to be waived and a formal apology from the company and an assurance this will not happen again. All could be accomplished if they simply contacted me.

Review: I have twice ordered products from Caboki and paid additional fees for priority shipping, only to have the items arrive significantly later than the 2-3 days specified.

In both prior occasions, I called Caboki's listed customer service line only to reach a sales rep that takes my information to send to the customer service department (I have still found no way to directly reach the customer service department).

I am now on my third such encounter. My order, numbered [redacted], was placed this past week and listed on the tracking system as arriving, as expected, on Monday, August 24th. Today is Wednesday the 27th and the package is still nowhere to be found. My attempts to track the package have shown it sitting in New Jersey all this week.

A call to Caboki last night resulted in my, once again, speaking to a sales rep who sent my information (supposedly) to customer service. I have still heard nothing at all from customer service and, based on past experience, am not expecting to any time soon. I did inquire last night as to when I should hear back from customer service and was told that the sales rep I was speaking to is 'unsure'.Desired Settlement: In the very least, I should be refunded my shipping charges. Additional costs to receive products in 2-3 days shuold not result in 2-week waits.

Review: On the 19th of May I sent a $6.99 US money order to Caboki ,NJ to cover cost and postage of a hair product sample that was advertised on line . Till to date I have not received the product nor any response to the numerous phone calls I have made . Each time I called the toll free number [redacted] , after explaining my reason for calling I was told that someone will call me as soon as the report is sent to customer service . I heard nothing from them .My bank said that the money order had been cashed , so I sent them an e-mail for my money to be refunded if the product cannot be supplied . I got no response. I tried to call the NJ telephone number which is [redacted] many times , each time a voice said the line is busy leave a message , I left none as I wanted to speak to someone. My bank sent a fax for me on the 15th of August I have received no response .I am no longer interested in having the product sent .I would like to have my money refunded.Desired Settlement: Please can my $6.99 US be sent back to me ?

Review: I was recently order a sample and I like the products so I come up with two times order which is large order but then they didn't ship them out and set the status of my both orders as closed, I do not understand why it's closed while they already charged the payment from my VisaCard for two times, I have been call the customer service for about 5 times to check out what's going on with my order since I sent so many emails but no any respond and if they're going to refund or just take my money away without give me the goods, the customer service can only noted the issue and promise to give a call and send me email regarding to my problems but then it's all lies I haven't received any calls or emails for a week now.

To Whom It May Concern: Customer placed the order on 05/05/15 and the order can not be processed because she had provided invalid billing information as per credit card company. Therefore as a result, the order was canceled and the charge was canceled as well on the same day 05/05/15. Customer was notified via email.

Review: I paid for rush shipping and its been a month since I've placed the order. I paid for the order and they did not give me proper tracking information. I also have called Caboki several times in the past 2 weeks asking for help, the only number they have is a "Sales Line" which the "Sales People" are unable to help me with ANYTHING. The sales people send your message to the customer care department and they say the Customer Care Department will contact me back, which they NEVER do. It's been a month, and I haven't been able to talk to someone who can help me, and I have yet to receive my purchased goods that was shipped express (5-7 business days).Desired Settlement: I want Caboki to contact me and tell me what is going on. Otherwise if they are unable to do that, they should give back my money.

Review: After talking to a customer rep. I was told if I didnt have a debit ,credit or [redacted] I can still purchase the free sample cavoki hair product if I send a $3.95 money order. To [redacted].. the same day I sent it I realize I forgot to put what color I wanted (black) so I called back told the person whom answer the phone what happen .she took down my info and sent it by computer to the proper place .I called back a few days later because she claimed someone will call me back that day no response for 4days so I called again explain and a guy answer he said he see that I talked to someone on suchin date .he ask me do I have a claim number and the reciept from my money order I said yes to reciept and no to claim order that I was told someone will get back with me . Now after feeling as if I am getting the run around I ask for a supervisor he said quote "they gonna tell you the samething im trying to tell you". I ask him do he see that I been calling thier he said yes but when I told him its been almost two weeks and no one contacted me he sounded as if he got caught off gaurd and said it is important how long it been but after again asking to speak to a supervisor he rush me off the pho e without saying bye..so I searched for another number which gave me the [redacted] site number I called there 15 different times and day only to get two rings and a message that say the person you are trying to reach is on the phone oh really..so that no one esle have to go through this I am asking for Revdex.com helpDesired Settlement: I would appreciate what I seek out to recieve the caboki hair sample in the color black with a appology ..now I am scared if I like the product that if I purchase a large quantity I might go through this again

Review: I’m writing to inform you that I had a very negative experience when ordering your Caboki hair product.

On August 22, I order a free sample of Caboki hair fibers for $2.99 shipping and handling to be sent to me at [redacted], NJ [redacted]. I spoke to a young lady who spoke halting English, her name is [redacted]. She was helpful and gave me order number [redacted]. I paid with my credit card.

On Saturday August 23rd I get an email stating that my card has been declined due to insufficient funds. I thought that was strange. Checked my account and the monies was indeed deducted from my account on August 25, 2014.

Monday, August 26th I called 9:00 am and foolishly didn’t get her name said she would have someone return my call. 11:30 am the same day I spoke with [redacted] and she also said someone will get back to me. 3:00 pm, the same day I spoke with [redacted] I did not want a call back at this point but wanted some help with this. He transferred me to [redacted], allegedly a supervisor from the Order Entry Department. She assured me I will get a call for sure.

Now it’s Tuesday, August 27th at 10:30 am spoke with [redacted] who said someone would call me back. Now I was very upset and would not hang up until I got results. She sent me over to, [redacted], who allegedly is another supervisor. She was kind enough to give me the warehouse number ###-###-####, oh, by the way no one answers that number. [redacted] promised I will get a call back. I waited a day.

Thursday, August 28 at 10:30 am I spoke with [redacted] who said someone would get back to me. When I refused I spoke to [redacted], allegedly another supervisor!! I asked if I could be placed on hold and perhaps she try to call the warehouse/billing area ###-###-#### to see if she could get through while I wait. Her response, “that’s the only number she has, and don’t do that here.”

This kind of customer service is extremely inappropriate.Desired Settlement: I would like not only a refund, the sample product complimentary and a appology is appropriate. My email address is [redacted] my daytime phone number is [redacted] .

Review: I purchased 4 bottles from Caboki and decided to return them for a refund. After trying, I feel their product is no good. And its within the time period for a refund. I have sent back the products via tracking and have checked and its shown they have received my return goods.

They received the goods around mid July and have yet to refund my money till now. I have sent them few emails and they have always said they will issue the refund today but did not do so. I have all evidence to show u if required. Kindly assist to help me get back the amount of US$158.79. Thank you.Desired Settlement: I just want my refund. That's all. Thanks for helping me. To Whom It May Concern: The customer did return the order in July 2015 and a refund request was processed for the customer at that time via Paypal (customer's original method of Payment). However, due to Paypal requirement for a refund must be issued within 60 days, therefore a direct refund can not be issued. As a result, a separate payment in the amount 139.80 (refund amount) was submitted via Paypal to customer's email [redacted], which was never claimed and therefore canceled. A payment of 139.80 was submitted again earlier today and customer simply needs to accept and claim the payment to receive his refund.
