I was told to get the collateral damage ins. because I couldn't get my insurance transferred over before closing time. Ken the salesman told me that once I switch over my insurance to cancel the collateral damage insurance which was $90 and I'd get a refund. . Well that didn't happen. . So I called Ken. . And he lied to me saying he never said refund. . Ken is a crooked salesman. . Beware of caucus jack auto

I leased a car from Cactus Jacks on March 14,2020 and the car had issues before I even drove off of the lot. I told the sales man before I left that the whole radio didn't work, the oil change and the low tire pressure lights kept coming on and he just told me to call back tomorrow, the next day I tried to call them and they were closed. On Monday I was coming home from work and I was at a stop light and the entire car just shuts down and I got stuck in the middle of the road, I was able to turn it off then turn it back on and get off of the road. I called Cactus jack to see if I can just return the car altogether, but they said that have a no return policy and the only thing I can do is surrender the car but I'm going to still have to pay for it. Since day one I've been having problems with the car , even before I drove off of the lot. They said the only thing they can do is repair the car and then they have to give it back to me. I haven't even had the car a whole week and now I have to wait over a week to get the car back.

Dear Sir or Madam:As a used car sales dealership, we offer all our customers a limited 12 months/ 12,000 Mile warranty which covers major components at a $299 deductible per item. We also provide 3 free of charge oil changes every 4 months or 5,000 miles.When Ms. brought her vehicle back after her purchase date of March 14th, our service team worked diligently to address the issues she brought up. They contacted the Ford dealer for help and learned that the vehicle was under a manufacturer extended warranty, and had the Transmission Control Module replaced. Our Service team then repaired all issues at no cost to Ms. Benson, and to her satisfaction. Ms. has since taken possession of her vehicle and we believe this fully resolves the complaint.

Somehow they are saying I owe them more than I even paid for the vehicle. They managed to garnish my wages for 25% each pay period. After 7 months of this I have only paid 2% of the balance because they keep adding interest. So they got a perfectly good vehicle back and I am paying more than a car payment would be. I can't afford a vehicle because I am paying for one that has more than likely been sold again to another sucker. Shameful! I can't imagine how much they are making doing this to people!

Mrs. we are sorry we had to repo your fusion however when you failed to continue to make your payments we are left no other option. Once the vehicle was repossessed it was sold at auction and there was a deficiency balance. We do not add interest to anyone's loan, you paid the interest that was stated on your contract being you financed a vehicle with a finance company, all lenders charge interest. Again we are sorry for this unfortunate situation however it was all due to your non payment on your vehicle.

Had a vehicle for a few months I bought from these people and due to hard times it was repossesed. The vehicle was in the same condition as when it was purchased. Somehow they are saying I owe them more than I even paid for the vehicle. They managed to garnish my wages for 25% each pay period. After 7 months of this I have only paid 2% of the balance because they keep adding interest. So they got a perfectly good vehicle back and I am paying more than a car payment would be. I can't afford a vehicle because I am paying for one that has more than likely been sold again to another sucker. Shameful! I can't imagine how much they are making doing this to people!

So I got behind one payment with these people and I get messaged saying I’m harboring a stolen vehicle and telling me it needs to be repossessed I made a payment arrangement with them and then they call my family that I put down as a reference telling them that they are going to jail worst place ever they messed up my credit with a repo and I made all the arrangements bad company bad people
