Stopped by today not rally sure if I would get approved or not.. not only did I get approved but the process was super fast and relaxed they did what most company's out here cant

Made a visit to Cactus Jacks's Avondale and received amazing service. The car selection process was quick and easy, and they had me in & out. Kelvin did an awesome job getting us assisted and providing great information. Definitely stop buy and give them a try. Great service.

When I bought the car last Wednesday, February 13th, the light for a flat tire was on so I didn’t think anything of it and thought it just needed some air. I have already had to put air in it at least 3-4 times and it was still going flat. I took it to discount tires they said something different then my father-in-law took it to cactus jacks to make them put on a new tire because discount said it needed one. They take off the spare and put the old one right back on, not a used one the same tire that has cracks all around the tire that could cause a fatal blowout. I have proof of the tire in the back of my trunk and I have the receipt for having to go buy a whole new tire. I’d like a reimbursement of the tire I replaced with my own money and the rest of the tires replaced as well.

Thank you very much for forwarding the complaint and allowing us the time to research and respond back.In reviewing the account, I learned that a few days ago, customer's father in law has brought in a receipt for the 1 tire they had replaced at discount Tire on 2/21/19 for $111.80, along with another receipt for $321.27 dated 2/25/19 for 2 tires, also purchased at Discount Tires. Both receipts were in different names other than that of our customer.(See attached)Sometime Mid March, customer's father in law went back in to the dealership and during that visit had mentioned that they had driven into a pothole.Since the complaint also, and just on 3/30/2019, customer has voluntarily surrendered the vehicle back to Cactus Jacks. In the trunk of the vehicle were the 2 tires that were replaced on 2/25/19 as per the Discount Tire receipt, with apparent damage to the tires and rims from the pothole incident.( See attached pics)As per customer's request, we have applied the $111.80 tire cost from 2/21/19 to customer's account. However, we are unable to adjust for the 2 replaced tires from 2/25/19.

Please let us know if there is anything we can help with.

Thanks.

Revdex.com:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

Regards

I think this business is out of their minds. Bought a car from here 3 days later car was over heating a week later after they “fixed” it I was stuck at the bank while on the clock for work. They told me they would have a tow truck out to me took 2.5 hours for them to get to me WITHOUT a tow truck. They drove my broken car to their dealership had me drive a car of theirs and then when I asked what was going on told me my commentary was unnesscesary. They are unorganized and very rude.
