Ordered this product and did not know that it was a membership monthly.
Had the problem today, called their customer service and found out that there was an $89 charge on my credit card. They don't even give enough time to test the product nor was I able to find out where I bought this product since it was on another website. Very shoddy tactics and they take advantage of people who are not aware this is a costly membership. They know it is a scam, because they give a one-time $40 credit and you eat the $49 in change difference. They should not be on the internet taking advantage of senior citizens and other people. They should have a warning before you enter to purchase as a pop-up window. But they scam many people.

Desired Outcome

I want a full refund not a partial refund. I offered to send back the product but they weren't interested. I don't know if the product works, it didn't do anything for me so as far as I'm concerned it's a waste of money. I like to know who I'm doing business with and this company is a sham.

Because of you they took the correct road. They are refunding me the remaining balance as a one-time issue. The fact is, it is very deceiving and obscured the language of a trial. If I had been better advised, I would have never ordered the product in the first place. Thank you for your assistance in this matter, I've been advised that they are crediting my card that I made the purchase with. If I don't get that credit, I will contact you. Again thank you for your assistance in this matter.

I tried to get a refund but they wouldn't give me my money. They keep taking my money off my card even though I cancelled. I need my money back.
They charged me 176.00 dollars for something I don't need.

I bought a single bottle of cbd oil and 2 weeks later was charged an additional $89.83 and $89.87 with in 20 minutes of each other
I purchased a single bottle of oil and a pack of gummies for my wife on April 11. Then today on April 28th I was charged $89.87 and then again $89.83 within 20 minutes of each other for God knows what. I did not sign up for anything just the purchase of the 1 bottle of oil and the 1 bag of gummies that I all ready paid for

It was to be a free trial for 2 products, am not able to get a hold of anyone to unsubscribe. Now they charged 89.87 TWICE to my account.
Basically what I said. I read an article about these 2 products from this company. I spoke with a woman I barely could understand, agreed for the trial. I never received the emails she was supposed to send. Her name was Alice, I did keep note of that. I tried finding information to be able to unsubscribe and the site was gone. Disappeared. And they sucked my COVID-19 stimulus all away and I'm unemployed due to COVID-19 and now I'm flipping out and trying anything. I'm screwed because of this company.

I ordered two items at the trial price. I was later charged 179.70. I called about a refund but the said this was for the products I received.
I ordered the trial products and paid for shipping and handling. I was later charged 179.70 for the same "trial" items. I called to cancel further shipments and to request a refund which they say I am not entitled to. The ad dis NOT state I would be charged full price for the items I paid to have shipped. Totally a bait and switch.

My money was refunded.

My wife responded to a Cali Naturals ad on Facebook which seemed to offer a free trial of CBD oil for simply paying the shipping fee. What she didn't realize was that she had to respond some way within a certain time and that she would be charged $89.81 for the product. My wife is not a careful reader, but this company is not making it clear that this is not really a free offer. She was reassured by the fact that Alex Trebek was associated with the offer. I feel that companies like Cali Naturals are betting many people won't realize what they are agreeing to and they make money based on that.

I ordered a sample product on-line. I was not made aware that 2 weeks later by debit card would be charged $89.00 for more product.
On April 9, 2020 I ordered a sample bottle of CBD oil on line for $6.91. At no time was I made aware that two weeks later my credit card would be charged an additional $89.90 for additional product (which I have not received). I can not reach the company either by phone or on-line or by phone to have this payment reversed and order I did not place cancelled. I am going to have to file a complaint with my bank for fraud and then change my debit card to prevent further fraud from this company. This is a huge strain on my financial status and problems I don't have the time or energy to deal with. Thanks for your help.

This customer is not affiliated with us. We attempted to search him across all database and he does not come up.

They hide their refund policy in very small print at the very bottom of the page so you do not see it and charge your credit card unexpectedly.
Their website provides a wealth of information about their products and they make it sound like its a great product. They entice you into trying their "free sample", just pay a small shipping fee. They intentionally hide their return policy at the bottom of the page in very small print where you are not likely to see it after you have read all their sales pitch about the product.
The return policy states you must contact them within 14 days to cancel or they will bill your credit card monthly for $89.87 for more of their CBD oil. They hide that in such a place that most customers would not see it. Its intentional and unfair. They should place that policy right by the order form in bold print so you can see it!!
I saw numerous complaints from other customers regarding the same issue on the Revdex.com website.
I purchased their CBD oil and gummies on 4/2/20 for about $13 (don;t remember the exact amount) and my card statement came in today with two unexpected charges on it for $89.87 and $89.83.

Desired Outcome

1. Have them credit my card the full amount of $179.70. 2. Make them post their refund/cancellation policy in bold print right by the order form for their products so customers will see it and be aware of what they are getting into instead of intentionally hiding it so you are unlikely to see it.

The terms are listed on our website, and it has to be agreed to by checking off the terms box to be able to place an order. Unfortunately in some cases our customers do not read over the terms prior to agreeing to them. "We're so sure you'll come back that were offering a pack of gummies for the cost of shipping". Then, weeks later they charge me $190
Bait and switch tactic? Tell me I'm getting sampler stuff for the cost of shipping and the 2 weeks after they charge for the shipping(Approx $14) I am charged almost $180?? That was not the deal. This is blatant thievery! These people should be in jail!

Desired Outcome

If a person or company lies to me to get money from me, it is illegal. Criminal activity of this nature is being vigorously prosecuted. I want an immediate refund. If this refund is not immediate and in full, I will file with my state attorney general and then talk to my lawyer about suing you out of existence. FULL REFUND

I sent a nasty email to Calinaturals asking to cancel and accusing them of theft by deception over state lines and they sent me a response. They cancelled my "order". I checked my bank immediately, and they were crediting my money back to me-but it was a PENDING transaction. This credit mysteriously disappeared by the next day, so they still have my money! These people need to go to jail.

I called their customer service, put on hold, never called me back. 20 days for delivery is no acceptable, I still haven't recieved your product. Send me an RMA so if I ever receive your product I can send it back. Do not send me anything else ever again.

THIS IS NOT REAL CBD OIL. No scent, no color, it's probably water! Canceled my credit card immediately so they wouldn't have a usable card. CaliNaturals is sold through fraudulent SCAM Facebook ads.

This company is deceptively offering a free trial for only $6.87 shipping but charges an additional $89.87 that was not disclosed 2-weeks later.
I ordered the Cali Naturals CBD Free Trial bottle on 3/18/20 on their website and had the one-time shipping charge of $6.87 charged to my MasterCard. The web pages that I viewed when I ordered the free trial showed nothing about any additional charges or any automatic shipments where I would be charged. I received the free trial bottle approximately a week later.

On April 4th I received a fraud text alert from my credit card company regarding a charge of $89.87 from this company, which my credit card company had declined. I sent an email to Cali Naturals on 4/4/20 and stated that I did not want any future shipments and that the credit card charge had been declined by my credit card company. I did not receive a reply to my 4/4/20 email.

On April 13th my credit card account showed a processed charge on 4/10/20 of $89.87 by this company, so I immediately sent them another email asking for a refund. They had apparently resubmitted the charge AFTER I sent them the email on 4/4/20. The only reply I received was that my order was cancelled.

I waited for a few days to see if the refund credit appeared on my credit card account, which it did not, and sent another email to [email protected] asking about my refund. I received a reply that advised me to call them directly at 866-519-0427, which I did (they apparently didn't want anything in print). After waiting on hold for a long time the representative talked in circles (something about 14 days and that the $89.87 was for the free trial bottle (???) and basically told me that I would not get a refund. I advised her that I would be filing a fraud charge with my credit card company, which I have done today (4/17/20).

This is a big scam. I believe they even used Michael J Fox in the ad. They need to be put out of business. I have bought many free trials but none were deceptive like this one. Also, why would I pay $89.87 for CBD Oil when I can buy it locally at a health store for less than 1/3 of that amount? If I had seen anything about being charged anything other than the $6.87 shipping I would have immediately exited from their free trial offer.

The website did NOT show that after 14 days + 3 days of shipping I would be charged for the Cali Naturals CBD Oil. With these types of offers I always read the fine print. If it had stated the requirement to call and cancel and return the product in 14 days + 3 days of shipping or that I would be charged for ANY amount I would NEVER have submitted my order for the free trial. Others have complained of this same situation.

Facebook Order on April 2 2020 Arrived on 6th Start on 7th Everyday until 18 Not working Unauthorized billing on 19(Sunday)closed.Sent email not 2 wks
They issued an unauthorized payment from my bank debit account on Sunday April 19, 2020. My bank emailed me at 1:24 pm and I immediately responded no. My account was frozen. Called the bank and we discovered who it was. I ordered the products on April 2, 2020 at 2:10 pm.. They arrived late on April 6, 2020. Started taking morning of April 7, 2020. Continued everyday per instructions until April 18, 2020. Their products were not improving or helping me. Decided I would call them on Monday April 20, 2020 to let them know and to cancel their product. I did email and call them before 2:30 on Sunday April 19,2020 to inform them of this unauthorized transaction. I have until the end of the day on April 20, 2020 for my 14 days.

Saw the special deal ad on Facebook. Decided to try it to see if it would help my health issues. Ordered on April 2, 2020. Arrived late afternoon on April 6, 2020. Started taking it the next morning April 7, 2020. Continued per instructions everyday until April 18, 2020. Was not working for me. Would contact cali naturals on Monday April 20, 2020. On Sunday afternoon at 1:24 I was notified by email by my bank of an unauthorized purchase. Responded no to it. Called them to confirm and cancel. Saw that it was from bioinstinctseyeserum. Not sure who that was. Turns out it is Cali naturals. Tried calling them and left message pertaining to what I am describing now. I also sent an email with the same information. My two weeks to contact them is not up until April 20, 2020. That is 14 days from order until it arrived at my door and I took possession of it. I asked them to credit the $89.83 back to my account and cancel the unauthorized order. They had all this information provided to them by 2:30 pm. Sunday April 19, 2020. Will call them first thing in the morning April 20, 2020 to confirm all this and to hopefully fix this problem. Thank you and please contact me in regards to this matter.

Only when this happens can we process a refund. Since the dispute itself has already refunded you, we suggest you to await your bank's advise instead of going through the lengthy process of withdrawal and dispute finalization.

Ordered Trial and then billed $89.87 and $89.83 for additional product product. Email was sent to cancel, but still billed. Didn't send product.
On March 12, 2020 submitted and charged `$6.87 and $6.83 for trial of oil & gummies. Did not produce results, sent notice to cancel. On March 29, 2020 billed $89.87 & $89.83 for oil & gummies. I do not want this product. I cancelled and still billed and they didn't even send the product billed. I request a refund and do not bill again.

this company actually contacted me to verify if I wanted to make another purchase I told them that I did not want to make a purchase and that I have been trying to contact them to actually cancel my purchase or my automatic payment and then my bank contacted me for possible fraud because they charged me $86.97 at 11am when we spoke and then again at 11:12 so these individuals definitely need to be on the lookout the are crooks. I stopped my payments had to cancel my credit card

This company falsely advertises buying their products for cost of shipping and does not state it's a 14 day trial and they will charge the full price
On 3/29/2020 I responded to an ad by Cali Naturals to purchase CBD oil and CBD gummies for the cost of shipping which was $6.83 and $6.87. No where in this ad did it state this was a 14 day trial and that if I didn't cancel by the 14th day I would be charged $89.83 and $89.87. On 4/15/2020 when checking my bank account those two charges were in my pending box. I called my bank to dispute the charges and cancel my debit card because I didn't know where these charges were from. After going to my bank to retrieve a new debit card I called the number listed on the pending charge. That is when I learned the offer was a 14 day trial. I want to be clear that at no point when responding to the ad was I informed this was a trial. I was told by the 3rd party customer service representative they could not refund my money because I had disputed them with my bank. After heated words I was able get them to cancel my supposed subscription with them. I would like to receive a refund for what I feel was a theft of my money. My speculation is that Cali Natural is hoping my bank reimburses me these disputed charges and then Cali Natural will be off the hook of giving me a refund. I feel they need to pay me or my bank should my bank refund me and be made to clean up their act when it comes to deceiving consumers.

I will start by saying that I am positive there when ordering from Cali Naturals that indicated that my order was a free trial and that I would be billed in full after 14 days. I've seen numerous other complaint on Revdex.com for the exact same reason. I believe Cali Natural's is using deceptive practices to lure in costumers. My bank did reverse the charges back to me so I do not expect a refund from Cali Naturals. I will say that even once my bank stopped payment to Cali Naturals they still managed to "force" the payments through and my bank had to go back and "force" them back out again. What a terrible company! They should be put out of business.

Ordered their CBD oil took it for 2wks and it did nothing for me,now I need to send it back and I need the Calif add.,this is where it came from.
Don't have all that,just want a refund.

When you order on our website you must agree to the terms and conditions which state that after 14 days + 3 days of shipping you will be charged for the Cali Naturals CBD Oil and Cali Naturals CBD Gummies, if you do not call to cancel and return the products.

Your trial started when you ordered the products on 03/10/2020 which you paid shipping and handling fees of $6.87. Your trial ended on 04/05/2020, in which we didn't receive any call from you thus, your account has been kept active.

We went ahead and cancel your account on (05/12/2020) and refunded you back $60.00.. Rest assured, the account is cancelled and you wont receive any further shipments.

Since we do not normally do this, as a ONE TIME COURTESY, we went ahead and process additional refund of $29.87 and $89.87.

Please allow 5-10 business days depending on your bank's processing time for the credit to reflect back to your account.

Charged my account without authorization
I ordered gummies and all I had to pay for was shipping while checking out j could get the oil as well if I just pay for shipping. So I did that too. I got the gummies and everything. And them 5 days after getting them I get a charge on my account for 89.83 and 89.87. I called the company and they said thay cause I didnt call and cancel this is the charge for the original order!!! I was so mad. I actually like the gummies and was going to order more. But they went and had to be sneaky about it and charge behind my back. So now I will go elsewhere. I already cancelled my account. And I want my money back. When I talked to the guy on the phone I told him jnwas going to call the bank and he said well do what you want and that I was not alone. So apparently they scam alot of people. Beware!!!
