I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is in fact true.  However, while resolved, they made me look bad on my credit because of the way it was corrected.  I had to defer a payment and the reasoning they put was "financial hardship"  It was not a financial hardship on my part at all, rather a mistake make by their company, which they admitted too.

Hi [redacted], I am writing to inform you that [redacted] with California Republic Bank contacted me (directly) outside of the Revdex.com website to help me resolve my issue. She was able to provide me with the information I needed as well as have the refund I was requesting processed and sent to me quickly. The refund has cleared into my bank account and I would like to close this complaint out as satisfactory. I do appriciate the help and support from both parties to help get this resloved quickly.

Very rude customer service. The women that called her name is [redacted] she was very rude and argumentive. She did a poor job with handling the sitituaton and had the odasity to say, "she doesn't like to be lied to." What kind if customer service says that.I told her the person she is looking for I don't speak to or affaliate myself with but still ask the question on why my number is on the list of reference. She needs to know buyers are liers!!!!! She did not handle the situation at all no she was NOT PERFESONAL at all.

This complaint has been addressed with Ms. [redacted], personally, outside of the Revdex.com complaint process.  Ms. [redacted] should contact us if she disagrees or has additional, related complaints.

I called in to speak with a representative about my account. I have had fraud on my accounts and was still trying to get everything sorted out, so I wanted to let them know my payment would be late. The account representative did suggest a possible resolution of deferred payment, but she also treated me like I was a worthless person who can not make my payments. First off, the situation is out of my control and secondly, I have made my payments on time. I am a hard working single mom and do not appreciate being belittled or made to feel like a piece of trash who can't afford a payment. The level of professionalism is awful and she kept interrupting me and talking down to me like I don't know how a car payment works. You need to train your employees on a higher level of professionalism and being courteous. Life isn't in our control sometimes and you should have a little more compassion to those of us who pay our bills on time.

Upon review of our records, it was determined that there was a misunderstanding on our part of an email sent by [redacted] asking to apply a portion of her payment to fees.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and have since reversed fees assessed as a courtesy to [redacted],...

Mr. [redacted]'s account has been reviewed and further information is requested to continue the investigation.  Our records do not reflect "thousands" in late fees and show that Mr. [redacted]'s requested deferment was processed...

05/26/15 when he submitted the completed paperwork.  We ask that Mr. [redacted] provide a confirmation of earlier submission and a record of claimed thousands in fees, should he believe our records are mistaken.

They have HORRIBLE! customer service! My husband co-signed for a loan with this HORRIBLE company! It's been since 2015 and never had a problem until 12/04/17. They called to say they payment was sent back not paid. Well long story short, it was paid out of my son's account. He doesn't have checks only a debit card. We put in what was thought to be the correct information. But it was not so it was sent back. They (CRB) said it was insufficient funds. Any way the rep Ryan asked my husband if we spent the funds? and when would we pay. Today 12/8/17 I get another bill and called them to see if it was paid or what. I knew it was because it came out of MY checking account. The rep, a lady couldn't pronounce her name, proceeded to tell me since I'm not on the account she couldn't tell me anything. She told me I was being rude and hung up on me. I'm just writing this review to warn others. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL!

Thee WORST to go thru for a loan DONT WASTE YOUR TIME ! I can’t go into exactly what happened but let me tell you this I had made payments automatically withdrawn from my checking for over 2 years they cash the check sent from my bank and had the nerve to not only be rude every time I called but after getting a fax and email with the check back and forth showing I made the payment and on time still asked me to make the payment because it didn’t show on their records! What the heck ! They had all the proof and still were extremely rude to me and made me wait for them to investigate all while my credit to suffer for THEIR ERROR ! Terrible terrible bank DO NOT GO THRU THEM FOR A LOAN !

Please let me know if anyone is filing a class action lawsuit against these people. I’ve had representatives cuss on my voice mail I’ve had reps yell at me threaten me and it’s all recorded on my phone. All of them from their Dallas office. This company has horrible customer service!

Really thinking about filing a lawsuit against CRB. I refinanced my car with a credit union in order to lower my payments in the beginning of December and it's been a pain to get CRB to accept it, they come up with excuses left and right! They received the check with 10days interest on dec.14th (the expected date) but didn't not notify us of any issues or even about the fact that they recieved it till a week and a few days after,claiming that I was short $33 I was hesitant about it but thought about just paying so I can get this over and done with. I say okay and boom they hit me with the you don't owe $33 and not to worry about that(the money), now it's your signature that doesn't match what we have. Okay? Well it's MY signature, it's not always going to come out the same. So they have me send that paper with my signature again, I sent it TWICE not counting the first, one on dec29th which they say they never received and they blamed their system, clearly not my fault and they didn't notify me like they said they would. The second one was sent the following Friday (Jan.6th) and after calling repeatedly they finally received it that same day. I called today (Jan.9th) thinking it's already being processed and I would have an answer but no. It's not even being processed yet (or so that what they told me) and I tried to get transferred to someone who can help me with that or who can actually do something but the lady I spoke to said there was no way for me or herself to contact them (nevada corp.) sounds like another excuse to me. Funny thing is when my dad called they told him they can't process it because I'm short on the interest amount. I don't understand how they thought it was okay to not notify us of this and we had to call to find this out as well as the fact that I was told not to worry about that. It's so clear to me that they obviously have been stalling the payoff check approval on purpose to gain a few extra bucks off me before going with a new lender. They made something that was suppose to be an easy process into the most stressful situation ever and now they want to act like it was my fault ? I did everything I was suppose to, but you guys decided to make a big deal out of my signature which let me make clear has never been a problem! Oh and let's not forget how bad they're screwing up my credit and my dads too!
Desired settlement: process the payoff check immediately , no interest charge, remove the late fees !

California Republic Bank are scammers who buy indirect loans from dealers plain and simple . they use sql injection , data manipulation , mass media fraud and batch files in commission of there fraudulent bank loan scams . I currently also am victim to them and the dealer scam but they made a mistake because I guess CRBAuto aka Chase aka illegal lenders thought they were the only computer literate people . lol I have so many different inquiries on credit reports its violating the equal credit laws , also my tort case in a month or so will blow there socks off. advice to online. people when they call record every conversation , get there violations of debt collection laws . also in my possession I have them on data and fraud not to mention forgery, so CRB ill be seeing you in court sooner than ever .. ALSO ANYONE WANNA JOIN MY CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST CRBAuto AKA California republic bank email me at [email protected].

beware of CRBAutos it tech s there real savvy wen it comes too data and misinformation online, this is probably there blog . beware of emails with malware and spyware also they have no offices but maybe 1 the rest are virtual offices .CFPB is working with me now on new evidence against them but beware there very evasive and coward s . CRBAuto your end is near guaranteed I have 2 years worth of your pathetic evidence ..

I have sort of the same issue I have only been these jerk-offs for only a few months. Long story short I asked for a date change around the second month and had sent the change request form to them three different times and sent to three different emails and still no due date change. Eric the "Manager" is a liar and a two faced [redacted] and he informed me that if I sent the date change to him he would get the situation handled I called back three days later per his request said he was not at that bank anymore all the while sending more date change requests to different emails. Now I have over 100 dollars in late fees they have charged to my account. Have given up and will need to finance elsewhere.
