Very pleased with my home inspection *** is extremely thorough and willing to answer any questions Honest, personable, and not afraid to sweat in the attic for a few hours in hot Texas weather He made sure to be available on short notice-did not rush through the inspection He made sure to cover all details In my opinion he is there for his customers needs and this is not just a job to him I would highly recommend using Camelot Home Inspections-definitely not a let down stars in my book

I believe Brian Cameron did an outstanding job of inspecting the home for which we are a potential buyer He was thorough and meticulous in his inspection for which I am very thankful Not only did his report identify deficiencies, but also mentioned areas outside the home inspector's responsibility that should be inspected by others It also identified how certain storage areas could not be thoroughly inspected because of items obstructing his view, and how plants close to the foundation would obstruct the inspection process

B*** is the most comprehensive and knowledgable inspector I have ever worked with He identified major concern to be corrected before I further considered the purchase of my home He was on site for hours doing his work due to the size of the house Easy to work with and tries to protect his clients from major repairs when buying a home I highly recommend him

Inspection company inspected my home and took a party a faucetThey are not allowed to take things apart and did not have permission to do so
My house at *** *** ***, Tyler, TX was inspected on Thursday, December by CamelotThey had permission to visually inspect the home yet they took a faucet apartThis was not part of their scope of work and represents poor business practices and vandalismI am very concerned that they vandalized my property
