After reading a number of reviews and business ratings, I called *** to inspect a lakehouse we're considering east of Dallas
In the setup for the inspection, he was incredibly thorough, asked a lot of questions, and helped bring in qualified subs for termite and septic evaluations He arrived early and was incredibly through, taking time to explain things to my wife and I along the way and wasn't afraid to engage the seller for answers The finished report was a 32-page masterpiece and he took time to do a follow up call to walk through it, answer additional questions, etc We'll never work with another inspector again And I hope if we ever sell our home, the buyers don't hire ***! Highly recommended
