Explained everything that was needed and scheduled the home inspection, the termite inspection and the septic inspection all for me. One stop shop. [redacted] is very professional and detailed. Very friendly and answered all our questions and went over all our concerns. His report was overwelming because it was so detailed but he provides a summary that makes it so much easier to see what are more important issues. Went over everything and told me to not hesitate to call him if I had any questions or concerns. Choosing Camelot Home Inspections is a MUST! You will not regret it!

Bryan at Camelot did a great job for us. He was easy to schedule with and showed up when he said he would and spent the better part of a day going over the house from roof to crawl space. His report was very thorough with pictures and good descriptions and was provided to me within hours of completion of the inspection. Great job and I would definitely use again and recommend to anyone in east Texas.

B[redacted] is the most comprehensive and knowledgable inspector I have ever worked with. He identified major concern to be corrected before I further considered the purchase of my home. He was on site for 9 hours doing his work due to the size of the house. Easy to work with and tries to protect his clients from major repairs when buying a home. I highly recommend him.

Also we met him after he was finished to explain to us all that he found and the ease or difficulty of correcting these problems. Also the why of the need to repair the problem. He also poinnted out good qualities he found in the house. We are now more comfortable knowing any problems and why they may need repaired and consequences if we do not. My wife and I purchased a home in Tyler, Texas. The home was a few years old and appeared to be in excellent condition. We hired B[redacted] of Camelot Home Inspection to perform our pre-purchase home inspection. During the inspection, B[redacted] found that the roof had significant hail damage that was not visible from ground level and that eight of the custom size windows had lost their seal. We negotiated our purchase to include the owner replacing the roof and windows. The total cost of replacement was in the neighborhood of ~$25,000. Brian's charge of $675 for the home inspection was money well spent. His professionalism, attention to detail and prompt response did not go unnoticed. I would use him again should the need arise and I highly recommend him.

After reading a number of reviews and business ratings, I called [redacted] to inspect a lakehouse we're considering east of Dallas.

In the setup for the inspection, he was incredibly thorough, asked a lot of questions, and helped bring in qualified subs for termite and septic evaluations. He arrived early and was incredibly through, taking time to explain things to my wife and I along the way and wasn't afraid to engage the seller for answers. The finished report was a 32-page masterpiece and he took time to do a follow up call to walk through it, answer additional questions, etc. We'll never work with another inspector again. And I hope if we ever sell our home, the buyers don't hire [redacted]! Highly recommended.

Absolutely GREAT service! Brian was beyond helpful and patient with all of my questions...and there were A LOT folks! I am not from the area and was inquisitive about EVERYTHING. I never thought I would learn SO much or have such a great time getting my prospective home inspected. As a soon-to-be single woman, I had a lot of doubts that I would understand everything I was told or if I could reeeeeeally trust everything in the report.

Brian was not only courteous and informative, he went OUT of his way to show me exactly what each problem area entailed and explain what each issue meant long term AND short term. He took great pictures and his report was concise, specific and very, very detailed. 1. Wow! Inspection was done; report was issued within 16 hours of my request for an inspection. I just don't think you could do better than that.
2. Report was thorough and illustrated with clear photography.
3. There were references for each of the issues cited in the report.
4. The inspection and report were simple and straightforward and could be easily understood.
