Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Attached is the image, price and description for the Flylow Men's Baker Ski Bib pants that was advertised on Amazon by Camp Saver It also shows ups as completed order invoice for a past purchase that I made and it says it was delivered, despite that the package was never delivered and Camp Saver sent me a t-shirt intead of the the ski pants.Sincerely, [redacted]

CampSaver advertises out-of-stock products for sale that it can never get in stock againI placed an order at CampSaver for a previous model year jacket that had since been discontinued by the manufactererCampSaver had discounted the jacket on clearanceWhen I placed the order, they listed left on the siteAfter I placed the order, the estimated shipping window came and went with no deliveryI contacted them and they told me to simply waitmore weeks went by and I contacted them again, at which point they admitted that they would never have the jacket in stock again and could issue me a refundThey held my money for over a month and without me contacting them and notifying them that the jacket was discontinued by the manufacturer and that they could never get it stock again, they would have simply kept my money and never ship the jacket At the time of this complaint, they are STILL listing the item for sale on Google and their own website

Incompetent company or scammers in every aspect dealing with the customerI ordered a product from their site which indicated free shippingA few weeks after I placed the order I was contacted by their customer support with the line "As you noticed in the product page this product does not have free shipping" then they attempted to collect shipping to complete the orderWho does this? but it got betterNot only did they attempt to collect shipping they also wanted to charge more for the orderAfter another email exchange they decided to honor the original price of the item but they still wanted to collect shipping, as if honoring the original sale price was doing a favor for meAfter a few more email exchanges of me refusing to pay for shipping they tell me, that even if I do pay shipping the item is back ordered and will not ship until 1-months from now Incompetent or complete scammers

HelloThis order was not placed through CampSaver.com directlyIt was placed on Amazon.com with us being the 3rd party seller We have reviewed the order that the customer placed on Amazon.comThe item that Amazon.com shows in the order history was for for the FlyLow Grizzly T-Shirt - Men's Black Medium, which was shipped to the customerThe order in the Amazon details was not for the PantsIt's possible that Amazon listed the item with other pants or similar products, but our image and description was for the shirt at 21.47.Also, there was no attachment to this Revdex.com complaint as stated by the customer showing that the pants were on the orderAll we see is what Amazon is showing and what our orders systemWe are happy to refund the customer for the T-Shirt but we are unable to send the pantsThanksAndy

I hope by NOT clicking any star it will be a ZERO STAR? Where do I start - 1) advertising 2) Bait-and-switch 3) "captured"/charged card full amount before it ship....and still have/had not received product 4) lying about backorder dates I ordered a winter coat on CYBER MON (11/26/18) from campsaver as it was 10% less than other online stores They said they had problems with the card, so I had to give another on which the charged the full amount immediately Then I never heard anything again When I did not receive an email that it had shipped (NOTHING on website indicated it was on backorder) I call and get a customer service supervisor that gave me a song-and-dance about how it might not make it for Xmas and did I want a different color? I said no, I want what I ordered Then they gave me another 10% off for my "trouble" (further sucking me in to wait, no doubt, rather than try and find it elsewhere)...and said maybe 2-weeks When I would look on their website, it still appeared as if one ordered it now one would STILL get it right away NO updated website that it was backordered I call again after Christmas and same stuff....not sure when coming, did I want yet another different color....they would talk to the buyers who would talk with the company and see what the problem was...would call back No call back I call again...."we spoke to the buyers and the company and you will have to either cancel your order or wait until SEPTEMBER 2019" It is January!!! Half the winter has passed by while I wait for the coat and they have my money....AND have kept me one the hook so I could not take advantage of buying it elsewhere at favorable prices on Cyber Monday or the Post Christmas sales (if they were to have told me that it was backordered....)NOW (January) their website merely mentions that it may take 19-day to ship!!! 19-days when they told me, and repeated as of today (1/18/19), that I would NOT have it until SEPTEMBER So they are lying - either lying on their website about the expected delivery dates (being only weeks), or to me (delivery date reaffirmed as September) Perhaps they are trying to get me to cancel as the price I have been quoted is much below what is out there now DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM...NO MATTER HOW GOOD THE PRICE SEEMS BIG DISCOUNT OFF "NOTHING" IS NOTHING AND WORTH NOTHING If I were to cost my time at minimum wage for the time spent on this (not to mention the aggravation) I would have ended up spending twice what the discount was 30% on nothing = nothing! They sold me a snowboarding helmet that they did not have in stock (with no mention of the fact), and weeks later claimed that it could be well into the next year when they could get the helmet They made no mention of the product not being in stock As I read reviews of this company I find more and more negative feedback Do your research and don't patronize this company! I’ve spent the better part of a week and a half now trying to return over $worth of products that were advertised on their site as one model but when received were something complete different Customer service is absolutely no helpThey argued with me stating they shipped the correct items out regardless of the images and video shown on their site showing something completely differentBuyers beware! If you do a little digging online you’ll see they have a tremendous amount of negative reviewsOne of the items I purchased even came broken and looked like it had been used prior to it being shipped to meOverall my feelings of this online establishment are no real savings, lots of headaches, poor customer serviceSpend the extra cash and buy from a reputable storefront

I ordered a TomTom Spark Cardio+Music fitness watch (with Bluetooth headphones nicely bundled) SPECIFICALLY for the buiheartrate monitor Instead, they sent me a model WITHOUT a heartrate monitor (music only) Since I had spent weeks trying to get the nonexistent heartrate monitor to work, the original packing material was lost and my only option was a return for in-store credit ON THE PHONE, Campsaver the customer service rep said I could do a one-for-one exchange for the CORRECT watch, that had the buiheartrate monitor, since both were identical in price However, when I returned the watch, Campsaver denied this and DEMANDED that I return the headphones Since the original agreement of the one-for-one exchange was ONLY telephonic, it's their word against mine, but I KNOW what the agreement wasClassic case of ADVERTISING and BAIT & SWITCH

On 3/17/I place an online order and was charged $On 3/19/Campsaver shipped a partial order Although their website stated they had numyth-tohil-watertight-fluid-lighters in stock and ready for shipping, when I received my order I showed these items were on back order and I would receive them in days It is now 5/28/I still have not received the items I have tried to contact Campsaver by filling out the online “ contact us” form and each time I attempt to submit the form, I receive a message saying the form was unable to be sent
Campsaver has had my money since 3/17/and is collecting interest on it yet I still have not received the items I paid for fully

I ordered identical items from Campsaver.com because they had the lowest price on this particular item I ordered size large and received size small I sent them back to the company using the customer service part of their website Under reason returned I selected "wrong item sent" and chose to "exchange" them for the proper size (L) The turn around for the return was relatively good However, when the second shipment arrived it was the exact same thing they had sent before! They sent size small instead of size large I called customer service who was non too apologetic and asked for a full refund Although I'm paying more for the product through a different business, it's well worth it!
